4 1/2 years, parked outside in the Kansas, Texas, and Florida sun for 3 of those years, and these tiny bubbles are the only defects in the tint that have arisen. They are completely unnoticeable from the inside, and there are zero noticeable defects from the inside. Otherwise after over 100k miles this tint is the only thing I’m not worried about on this 220k mile Jetta. Last 3 pictures are how it started and the garage pics are how it’s going. Highly recommend! I dont often see comments like this but the quality is so high and I’m so satisfied that I still very much remember them and I honestly wish I lived close enough to bring my other car in. Very quality work, they wont let you down!

We needed an auto starter for our trip.They can keep your car running for up to 45 min with your phone and you can get notified when car shuts off and the temp of the interior. Perfect.

TC at Nu Image was able to promptly complete my order of 10 names that needed to be engraved to my soccer teams medals before the season was over. I slacked off on giving the medals to him in a timely manner, I was worried he would tell me he didn't have time. I felt bad for rushing him but he wasn't discouraged. The medals got done so fast, when I needed them, and I was very impressed with how well they came out in such a short notice! He had time to look through fonts and asked my opinion of which one to use. If I ever need something engraved, I know for sure to count on him, and of course, I will be more responsible with my time next time. The kiddos LOVED this idea and they thought their names looked fantastic! Thank you, TC!!

He knew exactly what I was getting at with heat reduction without visibly seeing tint for DOT reasons. Finally decided to get my radar detector and front/rear facing dash camera wires ran inside the trim and wired into the fuse panel instead of constantly hanging down and taking up my DC plugs.TC at Nu Image Audio was very helpful and took good care of my truck. Can't see the wires now and it looks great! AND it was very reasonably priced!Looking forward to working more with them!

Did a killer job on my install, but will be having to go back since the head unit I bought (NOT from them - from another site) doesn't function correctly. They did tell me beforehand, I just didn't have the money for another one at the time - but I will definitely be going back for this new head unit, and eventually for a full Subwoofer & Amp install! Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Owner TC is excellent and delivers as promised. Had a stereo installed a year ago on my Harley street glide and it works flawlessly still, even with all the outdoor elements. His pricing was fair and as stated and delivered when promised. He gave me several quotes with different setups and pricing before hand and never once got frustrated with me in the decision making process. He has been helpful since the sale and install also, and will go back to him for future builds. If he doesn't know the answer he will research until he has the answer and give a no BS response. Great guy and great place hands down!!

Dropped my vehicle off at 9am sharp, after confirming appointment. Waited in town all day for remote start to be installed and they never got to it. I checked in with the front desk lady around 430, she said they are just getting to it and it will be finished around 6. Arrived at just before 6 and it was still parked exactly where I left it. Went inside to see what was going on and was treated like an annoyance and told that they just didn't have time. Customer service was terrible and being lied to when I check back was unacceptable. I will not return

I looked for a long time for a quality shop and thankfully found Nu Image Audio. They are a recommended installer from Crutchfield and after my install, I can see why. My sound system is now the best I have ever heard. It is perfectly balanced and crisp and clear. They also have amazing customer service and are very honest and trustworthy.
