Where do I start???So I reached out to Michael after I had a deal setup with a different dealer. The other dealer forgot to let me know that if you aren’t in the store they charge you $280 to sign docs plus their doc fee (no joke). I remembered seeing Michael on a VB WRX forum so I reached out to him via Facebook to see if he was able to help out and possibly match the deal etc. It took all of 10 mins (maybe less) for him to get back with me. He not only matched the deal but also gave me 4 different color options 🤯 that would be the same Money (see what I did there?)🤣They gave me more for my trade and they were able to give a quick appraisal and all I had to do was be honest about the 2 rock chips it had, sent a few pics and poof it was done! After I picked the color we moved forward to the paperwork and that’s where Clayton helped out because Michael was helping out in another dept that next day so he wasn’t in the store. He confirmed all of my info and grabbed the deposit to get the car for me. It was at another Subi dealer.Next Jeb reached out to see exactly what I wanted to accomplish with the payment options. Subi was doing 1.9% for 72 so that was definitely the way to go! He then offered me products to finalize the vehicle purchase process and made it so that I had complete peace of mind ownership! He sent all the forms via Remote signing and it took all of 45 secs to sign. Didn’t charge a penny for the remote signing either. Weird right?The next part was the part that took the service from Great to Absolutely Outstanding!!! Michael had offered to meet halfway because I live roughly 5 hours away from the dealership. We met halfway and he even helped me setup my son to surprise him because the vehicle is for him. Michael played it off like a pro and my some was taken back and in awe with it all! I told him we were picking up paint matched flares for his silver WRX but little did he know he was actually getting a brand new WRX.Amazing job to all parties involved and I can’t thank you all enough!!!

Got my car a month ago and absolutely love it. Arthur asked me questions and showed me some cars based on my interests and that he thought fit my needs. I ended up with a car I wouldn’t of originally picked but ended up being the perfect car for me! The car has gone beyond my expectations and so did Arthur’s customer service! Thank you so much in your help with such an important purchase! Definitely recommend Arthur at money for anyone looking for the PERFECT car.

My wife and I went to test drive a 2022 Subaru Outback on January 13th, 2024. We had put a deposit down with them to hold the vehicle for us over the phone. We were that serious about buying this vehicle. After the test drive, we sat down to talk about the price of the vehicle. I made an offer on the vehicle, knowing from my experience that I would be given a counter offer by the sales manager Clayton. Instead, we were told by our salesperson Bobby after he spoke with Clayton that no amount of money would be taken off the price of the vehicle because of how much they had invested in it. They would instead replace the worn-out wiper blades as a counter offer. I've been buying and selling automobiles longer than the sales person, and the sales manager has been alive. Don't insult my intelligence and life experiences by your counter offer of not even coming down a $1.00 off the cost of the Subaru Outback that we were going to purchase. We've actually purchased a new Subaru Forester from Money in 2019 and were treated completely differently. Congratulations, sales staff. You lost a sale and a good customer!

Bonnie and Danielle were the main people who helped me get the car I wanted! I told them what year, colors, model, and trim I wanted and they were the only Subaru dealership that got a trade going to get me my exact car. They were very helpful. Not pushy at all. Very informative and even text me off the clock when I had questions. Whole experience was smooth. Not a single hiccup. 10/10 definitely buy your Subaru here. I got an outback onyx XT and let’s just say these cars slap hard.

I can’t give Money Subaru enough positive praise. My Crosstrek broke down en route from California to Connecticut, and they were the closest Subaru dealership.The staff/team there was/were so helpful from the very first phone call, and SO patient (and efficient) every additional phone call and step of the way afterwards (there were quite a few). They quickly quoted how much my broken vehicle was worth and calmly/clearly (and again, patiently) informed me of my options. They even helped me find a place to stay during this process!!I ended up trading in my vehicle for a new vehicle on the lot for a VERY reasonable price.I have been to many car dealerships and I’ve never felt so comfortable/secure/confident that I was not being taken advantage of. Bonnie in particular was so invested in getting me home in safe vehicle I would love, but she was also incredibly understanding of both my financial situation and my desire not be stranded in Kansas anymore! She gave me all of the information I needed (and discussed the pros/cons) of fixing my vehicle, trading in my car for a used vehicle, and trading in my car for a new vehicle. In the end the choice was 100% mine and I felt zero pressure to make one decision or another.Money Subaru not only set me up with my new vehicle, but Noah (mechanic) also installed a new roof rack and transferred my Thule roof carrier and Yakima Road Shower from my old car to new car free of cost/out of the goodness of his heart just to get me on the road quicker (that was a huge task, and he did an amazing job)!I can’t thank Money Subaru enough for making that unexpected, unfortunate situation as positive as it could have possibly been. 10/10 recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience !

My son recently had his oil change at the Salina Subaru dealership. You would think yes, this would be the best place to have any work done on your Subaru. NO. A simple oil change, they left the cap off of the oil fill reservoir. It has cost him over two hundred dollars to replace sensors that were ruined from oil splashing all over the engine. They have not been willing to pay for the damage. Very disappointing!

I am very happy customer with Money Subaru.When I came in to look at the different models I wanted to get inside each one and see how I fit in them. Bonnie, my sales person, was very accommodating. She gave me keys to several models and told me to go check them out and take my time. It was extremely nice not to be pressured at all. I couldn’t quite make up my mind at the time so she told to think about and let her know if had any questions. About a two weeks went by and I sent an email to Bonnie telling her that I decided on the Crosstrek Sport. She told me that they had one coming in and gave all the information about it plus answered many questions that I had. She was very friendly and delivered every time without any pressure at all. I placed my order on the car they had coming in and Bonnie immediately took it off their website and marking it sold. She let me know exactly when it got there by sending me a picture of it being unloaded from the truck that it came in on.When I came in to pick up my new car Bonnie, my sales person and Ryan, my sales manager, were both very generous with their time in explaining everything about the car itself and the deal that we made. Ryan gave me options with my deal and gave plenty of room to except those options or not without any issues whatsoever.I WILL BE BACK TO MONEY SUBARU TO BUY MY NEXT CAR AGAIN AND AGAIN.It’s just really nice to know that Money Subaru not only sells the best car brand out there but that they also do it better than any other dealership that I have ever been to. I have bought many many cars in my life so I know a good deal and dealer when I see one.

My son purchased a Tesla from Money Subaru in September. Since then, he’s had nothing but issues with his Tesla (battery, body alignment, window tint issues). Money Subaru promised to take care of the issues. My son turned in his Tesla to resolve the body alignment and two window tint issues. Money Subaru kept his vehicle for Three weeks and only conducted a tire rotation and one window tint fix. Money Subaru did not address his issues once again. This is the third time my Son has turned in an attempt to resolve the outstanding issues. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from Money Subaru.

A big shout out to Jake and Jed. Money Subaru was going to be my last phone call to a dealership after being harassed by other dealerships into making a decision I did not request nor want. When I called Jake answered the phone and I came at him very aggressively thinking that this was going to be another failed attempt to get me in the vehicle I wanted on my terms. After explaining my situation and what used vehicle I wanted, Jake called back and met me on all my terms. They went above and beyond to help me and made this big purchase the most amazing experience I have ever had at any dealership. I would recommend Money Subaru 100%. We started our purchase of a 2024 Outback by contacting the internet sales person, Bonnie Garman. We suggested an acceptable trade difference for our 2021 Outback. Ms. Garman consulted with Clayton Sowers, sales manager, and we arrived at an acceptable deal on-line.Went to the dealership a few days later and found a suitable vehicle. Ordered this vehicle. Very professional, fair, and without the usual shuck and jive most dealerships employ.New vehicle arrived in a few days, we took our trade to dealership and completed deal with a very competent Jed Smith, finance manager. Processing fee is extremely low to compared to other markets.This is our 2nd Subaru from Money Motors. We are extremely satisfied with our latest experience here and Mr. Money to appreciate how professional, friendly and efficient Ms. Garman, Mr. Sowers and Mr. Smith were. We will trade here again....and...their service department is excellent. Great dealership.

I was in the market for a used Toyota hatchback. After countless hours I finally found the advertisement for the car a was looking for and the title had “Amazing condition 🔥” in it. I inquired about it and decided to put a deposit on it. They were genuine enough to hold the car for a week until I could make the three hour trip to see it.My wife and I made it up there shortly after they opened and they had the car ready for me. It was in absolute pristine condition, it’s almost like a new car with 111k miles I highly recommend these guys and definitely go see Jake Fine at Money Subaru.

I highly discourage you from purchasing a vehicle here. My identity was stolen as a result of giving them my information. I am aware that these situations happen, but their lack of empathy or urgency is extremely frustrating. After making them aware of the situation and promising to look into the matter, I have been ignored. Although I love my Subaru, it is not worth the absolute nightmare of dealing with identity theft.

I will never do business here again! When we are told repeatedly they are sorry we are having issues getting starlink on one of the two vehicles we purchased and they will get it figured out and than ghost us instead of taking care of the issue I’m done! Biggest reason I enjoyed my vehicle was because of the starlink we had on it! Had I known we wouldn’t have it on the vehicle we traded ours for I never would’ve traded! Lesson learned!

If you want to pay more for a new Subaru than you need to, I'd recommend Money Motor. I tried to give them our business based on a referral, but they didn't want to earn it. If you have money to burn and still want to buy from them, I would not recommend Hunter Campbell or Bonnie Garman. Hunter, even after I informed him that I was a former seven-plus year car salesperson, still tried to play games that I am so familiar with, and prided myself on not playing. He wouldn't even show me the window sticker on a quoted vehicle. Bonnie, once she figured out that I was shopping them against other dealerships, lost all interest in helping. After informing her of the best offer from McCarthy Subaru (which I offered to show her the written offer), she text me back with an offer that was more than $2800 dollars worse than McCarthy Subaru. To make a long story, less long, I went with McCarthy. They didn't make me play games to get their best offer and saved me $60.00 a month vs. Money's quote. Not only did Money lose my vehicle purchase business, I won't have my new Subaru Outback Touring serviced with them either. I will time the service to coincide with trips to Kansas City, when I'm driving by Lawrence.

On a day when temperatures reached 105F in KS, I was 3 hours into a 10 hour drive with my 14-yr-old husky when my AC stopped working. At Money Subaru, I was grateful for the fantastic customer service and expertise I experienced. Even though I was from out of state, they still expedited my situation and handled it with care and kindness. They had me speak to the mechanic directly who had found exactly what the issue was and gave me a couple of options. I loved that they took the time to speak to me on a human level, lifted my hood, and showed me exactly where the issue was. The level of care was exceptional and created a memorably positive experience. They even sent us home with the most adorable "Chewbaru Outbark" dog toy for my pup. Thank you Money Subaru!

UPDATE: They did stand behind what I asked them to. I purchased the car the end of August and received a check in December.My opinion has not changed about Kyler, I am still stuck replacing a $2200 radio that he just said probably needed an update.Buyer beware!!! They do not stand behind their warranty or what they sell. I would shy away from Kyler the salesman, either he knows nothing about cars or will tell you anything to make a sell. I bought a 37k used car, check engine light came on 2 days after the purchase and the door panels fell off. The radio screen is delamiting and the keyless entry does not work.Clayton, assuming he is a sales manager has told me for 6 weeks he is just waiting for a call back. Still waiting.UPDATE: They did stand behind what I asked them to. Absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I found a used Yukon Denali online that was listed as $14990, I contact them to see if I can come look at the vehicle and possibly put a hold on it. Well I go look and they tell me it still needs to go in the shop so I would have to wait a bit to actually purchase the vehicle. No big deal...until the day after I put the hold on it (nonrefundable might I add) the price of the vehicle had gone up $1000! I contact them and is told they would make this right and because they are a smaller lot they really take care of their customers. Well I went ahead and bought the vehicle because I loved it but when I went to go sign the papers I take the email I had printed off with the original price on it and they wouldn't even glance at it. All I got told was well the vehicle had more things needing fixed then what they originally thought so I was basically getting a deal because they were making it road worthy and safe! They didn't make anything right for me and totally ignored anything I had to say. It was all two against one in that situation. Then I still had to take the vehicle back a few days after I bought it because a sensor was shorting out. Wouldn't be a big deal but I live in Wichita and was making this drive multiple times all during the week. Lesson learned about this business.

This is my second buy from Money Auto. Jake worked hard to ensure that everything went smoothly. I pointed out what vehicle I wanted, and let them know what I had to trade in. Everything was done via text & just one phone call. The entire time spent in the actual lot was about a 45 minutes, signing and letting my old car go to get into one that suits my needs. I will always back this little lot. The finance manager, Ryan, worked hard to get me into the payment slot I needed and was friendly. The staff is professional and friendly, they wore their masks, they offered water, and I drove off happy!
