Went to look at refrigerator. Guy helped people that came in after us. Then left. Another guy we asked a question, he left. Waited for someone to come around. Found two different associates to get us help. Noone ever came. Got tired of waiting and left. Customer service is horrible. Plant Customer service is horrible too. They never know anything. Wish we had some other place in Salina to go to. We have bought a lot of stuff from lowes and have always had poor customer service. Even when we bought a new door there. We came back the next day to Salina. We had the best customer service we have ever had. It was with Sarah who works in cabinets. She was fast, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. We ordered a refrigerator from her. Thank you so much, Sarah! She didn't even work in that area. Kuddos to her!!!

Can find some very good deals here. I really enjoy taking my son to the monthly building projects. He really looks forward to it. I just wish they carried water softener connectors instead of having to go to another store in town but its a very nice place.

I signed up for the planting box making class which was scheduled to be from 10-1. Upon arrival they were not ready at all. After talking to the associate who was very nice and helpful, I decided to come back later. I came back at 12:00 and no one was around and no bundles were ready but a near by assistant said to take the list to the lumber area and the supplies would be cut for me to take home and try to figure out on my own. He still seemed unsure of the cost. The lumber associate seemed angry and said he wasn’t going to do it and to go back to gardening and get someone else. Again no one was in the class area and the line at customer service was 6 people long. I ended up leaving but wasted at least 1 - 1.5 hours.

Their delivery team sucks! Refused to deliver a refrigerator I’ve been without for four days because there was some patches of ice and snow which blew across the driveway after shoveling. Refused to unload until all are removed. Explain how in subzero temps we are to get this accomplished, even with ice melt. Then they come in my house with clumpy heavy boots, don’t wipe their feet on a rug, but proceed to walk from one side of the house to the other, leaving water and snow all over my wood floors! Lowe’s I’m done with you!

Ordered new front end washer and dryer in color of gray. Wait 7 days for delivery. Both show up but the dryer top is very scratched up. Delivery guys don't care. Store says will give $200 back on card. We shall see. Update. Lowes credited me $200.

We have been exclusive loyal Lowe's customers for over 11 years. We have completely remodeled 6 houses during this time. We support Lowes because they have always given us a military discount. As a veteran I appreciate it! So we have purposefully not given business to Menards, because they "don't discriminate" meaning no military discount. We don't shop on the internet, because they do not support local businesses,or local employees. We have not regretted it! Lowe's has always taken care of us!! Big salute to the Salina Lowes!!!

We found the products, loaded them onto a cart. When an assistant finally showed up. He couldn't answer our questions. But did assure us that there is a "lift" at the front of the store to help us load up into our truck. 3 associates later who knew nothing of said LIFT... .... We got the product loaded w/o the lift because the associate said we didn't need it! If it wasn't for a kind & fit customer offering help, we would've struggled loading our HWH UP into the back of the truck!! Not impressed w Lowe's personnel today!!!!

Bought a stackable, washer and dryer and arranged to have it delivered and installedThey delivered it and they had to come back with the parts to set up the StackableWhen they came back, you could tell he really didn’t want to Be hereHe was very negative when he got it all stacked together. The thing wobbles like crazy he’s like well your floors that didn’t even.Did research on my own and found out the washer was supposed to be leveled which she didn’t even bother doing before you put the dryer on topSo I have it sitting in my laundry room at the moment unable to be used because I walk with a cane and can’t get it done

I ordered a washer for my residence and they delivered it to the wrong address which was a business downtown. I was then told it would be too big of a liability to deliver to the correct address which I gave them the day I ordered. Called Lowe’s in Salina and was told I’d be transferred to a department that would correct the issue to get an automated voice stating it would be up to an hour and a half before I could speak to anyone. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from their appliance section obviously they have no clue what they are doing there.9/27/23In response to Lowe’s response: I did call the store then was told management would contact me within 24 hours…no one contacted me I had to call them after said 24 hours. Was told it could be delivered on Tuesday I said that was fine but had to be at 5 pm as I work out of town. They said okay, I told your manager that if they screwed that one up I wanted an extra discount for failing to resolve the issue. Guess what? They called at 11:30 am saying they were ready to deliver so I had to decline that as it wasn’t what we agreed on. I called the store and was told management would be reaching out to me in 24 hours well guess what? It’s been 27 hours and no call from management at Salina location. If you need someone to show you how to manage a business give me a call.

I have been waiting for this refrigerator for almost 6 months (from a different vendor) making do with 2 mini-refrigerators. I found it while looking for an alternative. Cheryl Adams, the Lowes Associate, confirmed it wa at the store, gave me all my payment options and even set up delivery for the NEXT day. Incredible service by Cheryl and Lowes. I am extremely grateful.

Horrible service. Delivery was 8am to 12pm. Last up date was July 13th I call ay 1155 am asking why the status has not changed since July 13th. It's the day my order is to be delivered. Status date changes to July 20th not the status. I call again at 2 asking where my siding is. He's loading it now. I said so 3 hours past delivery time.. got me at home from 8 am to 3 pm waiting on this. What a joke. Better to just get a trailer and pick up your own stuff.

Downfall is you have to go find yourself ..no one is ever around to help or tell you any product information!!Word of advise keep your phone charged and handy!! You are better off looking it up on their website to find your item ..it tells you the aisle and row .

Was a really great experience. The cashiers not busy with ringing people up went out of their way to smile and greet me. I felt like they really cared. Wasn't very busy, yet everyone was walking around checking on the customers, as a past customer service trainer they did great!

I recently moved to Galva from Wichita, 40 miles from the Salina Lowe’s and 34 miles from the Hutchinson Lowe’s. I went to the Salina Lowe’s on December 20 and purchased a Dewalt miter saw that included a free Dewalt miter saw stand. The miter saw stand was out of stock, so someone in customer service told me, and it was printed on my receipt, that the miter saw stand would arrive on February 15 and someone would call me when it came in. On February 26, I realized I had never received a call, so I checked inventory online and discovered that Salina Lowe’s had zero miter stands and Hutchinson had nine. Utilizing a contact I had from the pro desk at the West Wichita Lowe’s, I requested assistance in arranging a pickup of a miter saw stand from the Hutchison Lowe’s. Hutchinson Lowe’s agreed to allow me to pick up a miter saw stand from their store but told me Salina Lowe’s had to approve it. Salina Lowe’s refused to allow it, which forced Hutchinson Lowe’s to ship the miter saw stand via Fed Ex to the Salina Lowe’s. I only know this because the Hutchinson Lowe’s communicated with me. Hutchison Lowe’s told me Salina Lowe’s should receive the miter saw stand Saturday, March 4.I waited until Monday, March 6, at 3:00 pm for a call from the Salina Lowe’s to inform me the miter saw stand had arrived in their store but that call never came. I had to call them, and after being put on hold for 15 minutes, being taken off hold three times by three different people, and having to retell this entire story three times, I told the miter stand was in the store. I then informed them I would be there in two hours to pick it up and asked if they could put my name on it so I wouldn’t have to go thru all the explanations when I got to the store. When I arrived at the store and went to customer service, four employees wearing light blue vests huddled around the pickup register. They made eye contact with me but did not ask if I needed help. I waited in the customer service line for several minutes while the customer in front of me bought a dishwasher. Once It was my turn, the employee in the red and blue vest on the register could find no record of my call earlier that day; the miter saw stand or my name on it. She then made a call which took several minutes before someone realized the miter saw stand was in receiving and brought it to customer service. They leaned it against the wall, and I was asked to sign a form to acknowledge receipt. I was then thanked but never asked if I needed help loading, even though the cashier and I had to maneuver thru the same four light blue vest employees standing around to complete our transaction. Also, while all of this was going on, two other red vest-wearing employees walked by without offering any assistance but came back right before I left, one riding in a motorized shopping cart while the other one pushed her because the battery was dead. It took 76 days to obtain the free miter saw stand with zero assistance from the Salina Lowe’s. This transaction was a fundamental breakdown of accountability and customer service. Unfortunately, this type of service has become standard operating procedure at Lowe’s, and after years of loyalty, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
