Not one of my typical stores that I visit, but I left pretty happy. I came with my husband to find new dress clothes for him. The selection wasn't the largest but we were able to get what we needed. It was well organized and stocked properly. The cashier and other floor associates were polite and helpful. My only complaint was the lack of a large selection of sizes, particularly smaller men's sizes but otherwise a good trip overall.

Kohl's in Salina has great sales. The store is clean and orderly. Clerks are helpful. I also order on line and pickup at store. The pickup process is simple, you receive instructions online and don't have to wait in line at all, unless you your item is oversized!

They shop was nice and clean. We were greeted by someone as we walked in!! Great variety of shoes and unique styles of Vans we havent seen before. It was nicely organized!!

We were immediately greeted when we walked in the door at the Salina store, friendly customer service counter for Amazon returns, they had exactly what I wanted and plenty of choices, and the lady who handled our transaction was awesome! She has been working at Kohl's for quite some time now. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

The employees are friendly and helpful. The young lady, name Shikia, at the Salina, Ks store# 1310, rang me up. She was so great, smiling, engaging, helpful, and she really sold me on getting a Kohl's account. Shikia is a great role model for all stores! PJH

The cashier was horrible. Horrible customer service. I asked a few questions about a tablet they had for sale she told me to go to Walmart. She then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t use my 15$ kohls cash on the shoes I was buying but it let her do it. Awful experience and I been coming here for a while. The morning cashiers are awesome but this evening one with purple glasses needs a lesson in customer service really bad. I won’t be back in the evening ever again.

Good place to shop, although most of the cashiers act like they're better than all those shopping. Always a snobby aura about them even though it's just kohl's. The store itself has cute clothes and great sales!

I purchased 3 men's shirts through Amazon and had to return them. They were 2 sizes to small and extremely itchy. I decided to look at Kohls and found better shirts that actually fit at the same price with the sale they had. Plus they gave me $10.00 to spend next time I shop. A total win!

I don't shop in-stores to often but i needed some clothes for my grandkids, underwear and other things. So, the clothes are a little bit more expensive than other stores, even with prices marked down. Anyhow i just bought a few things for my little boy that caught my eyes.

Stopped by for a few items and was impressed. Clean, brightly lit store, easy access to fitting rooms and a nice selection of clothes. I left with more items than I thought I would. They give the usual push for rewards cards at the checkout, but not too pushy.

Nice place to visit. This branch is more tidy than the one at Roanoke. They have a sweet, pretty and young lady greeting the customers.Unfortunately, I lost one of my ear ring while searching the clothes. I wish they could find it and give me a call.

I debated on changing my review, as I enjoy going to Kohl's, however, yesterday when I visited I had a cashier cough on my items as she was scanning them. She never used hand sanitizer or lysol to spray the items. I know we like to pretend that the pandemic is over but if you have plastic guards/shields for the cashier to be protected then I as a customer should be protected as well. Me wearing a facemask does nothing if I'm handed potentially contaminated items.

Wish the dressing rooms were open! Selection seemed limited. I don't like going through the clearance because it's packed so tight and everything you pull off the rack falls off the hanger. It is a nice store though.

Cashier didn't explain Kohl's bucks, or honor my coupon online. Very frustrating and got my things as fast as I could just to get out of there! Will be taking items back. My sale items were charged full price when they clearly had yellow discount on them. Will not be shopping there ever again!
