I recently purchased a 5010 Mahindra tractor from the Wichita location. Heath Martin the salesman took very good care of me. Upon delivery of the tractor I tried to lift with pallet forks a weight that was well within the limits of the specifications of the unit. The tractor would not lift the pallet of feed, in fact the back right tire came off the ground so far, I was in fear of the unit tipping over. I called Heath and he started the "appeal" process, as it went up the line it was agreed the unit would not perform in the manner as was outlined in the spec sheet. It went all the way to the top of Straub, it was decided that since Mahindra would not stand behind their product Straub would not either. As I said Heath did a good job and is trying to "fix" the problem but there is a limit that he can do. As for the Straub management they do NOT live up to the honesty, and integrity and service that they brag about on the home page. I would not buy one of these tractors as you will need to add an unreasonable amount of wieght to keep it from tipping over, if you are going just mow and not do any real work it might be ok. Just remember if you are counting on the owners to do any thing about problems you encounter they WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT, customer service is a mith and they WILL NOT HELP YOU. Heath Maritn is a stand up guy, but if does not have the power to help it will not happen. I am very disapointed and would not recommend any purchase from Straub International. You would really think in this economy a business would work hard to gain new sales and service existing sales, I guess Straub is doing so well they don't need to take care of the people who buy from them. I recommend buying blue, green, or orange, stay away from red. I am not the only person who has had problems of this nature, this is a huge liability and a danger to you BE CAREFUL and good luck with your tractor purchase.

They were fast and friendly. The parts I needed were in stock and ready for me to pick up when I walked in. It is always stressful to break down during harvest, but they got us up and going with minimal down time.
