Very clean and professional environment. Very educated and detail oriented staff. Adrienne Karcher i believe that was her name was the most helpful of all. Shes almost knew exactly wat i needed. That lady should be paid good if she aint already .

Will at the front register was very helpful and polite. Store arranged very well and found what I needed with ease. Not as big as other Harbor Freight tool store. But I find what I need.

I used to love going here almost every day. However, when they revamped the store to what the company suggested it should look, i can hardly find anything I'm looking for without asking where it's at. Other than that, I love to get my tools here .

Always a joy to shop here. Prices are fair and often awesome. I like that they have made a conscious effort to add higher quality lines of product. I fumbled around with the change of product locations for a while but the staff was quick and knowledgeable with their help. Has never disappointed me with their value and quality when that is what I really needed.

Wasn't to bad except I called before I traveled over an hour to see if they carried 3 inch bench grinder wheels they said that they did but when we got to the store they didn't have and told me that I asked for something different. Besides that I guess it wasn't to bad still spent some money.

Stopped by Friday and was unimpressed with the female manager on duty. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. When he didn't know the answer to a question and had to ask the manager, she was very curt and rude. Did not offer to provide additional help and only provided yes or no answers to my questions. Had she been more helpful I would have spent more money there, but as it is I will not be back. I will shop at Lowes where the employees have all been more than happy to help a DIYer with lots of questions.

I really like the Harbor Freight App. It makes it easy to use coupons for tons of savings. The best part, I don't have to remember what coupons I have, I just put them in my cart and use the barcode on the app at checkout. I'm sure there are many more advantages that I haven't discovered yet. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to lend a hand.

Two middle-aged ladies walk into the store and ask where the trickle chargers are; we have to ask a customer cuz we don't want to interrupt the cashier (he's busy). Saw one other staff that 27th of December. A man came in after us and did the same thing! Saw some empty slots but not whole shelves. Everything where it was supposed to be, organized.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I buy a lot of tools from here with no problem. You do get what you pay for to an extent but you have to consider the tool as well. As an example... A wrench set will work great and last a long time regardless of price as long as it's used correctly. On the other hand, the compound miter saw I got from there. Works great for hobby and starting my own business but will be the first to upgrade to a bigger brand!

This store is well stocked and well staffed. Clean and orderly. The clerk was helpful, and gave me all the information I needed to order a part for an item I had previously purchased. The location is easily accessible, and easy to locate. Parking is plentiful.

It's a good clean store for tools you need. Need a tool for a task you may never have to do, this is your store. A little research on the web will also help identify which tools hold up better.

I'm somewhat of a tool person and Harbor Freight is a store I like to look around in. Oh yes, I usually buy something as well. They have a wide assortment of every kind of tool, power tools, commercial tools, woodworking tools (my real passion) plus other merchandise like tarps, tool boxes of all sizes, wheels for mowers, carts, etc., I could go on, but the best way is to go check it out for yourself and see what I'm talking about. I love how they have rearranged the store as well.

No one is fooled into thinking this is top-shelf stuff. If you're a pro, or are going to use a thing regularly, move along and invest wisely in your craft. If you need a widget "A" for task "B" one time, then this just might be your best shot at a low price. Plus side, I'm told they have an excellent return policy.

First off, this place is like the dollar store for tools. That being said there are some incredible deals here on larger equipment and devices if you price around and use their coupons. The customer service is superior to anywhere I've been lately outside of Menards. I strongly suggest you give this place a chance before spending too much elsewhere first. They don't have everything but they damn near almost do!

I received a friendly greeting as I walked through the door. My first impression was how clean and organized they were. Employees asked if they could help with anything and when checking out they offered to load the item I purchased. It was a good experience.

Not a lot of interaction with employees in terms of help finding tools. Some tool brand names are not ones i have heard of. Doesnt mean they are bad tools, just personally unsure. Consumer reports search recommended if you are unsure. Go with trusted tool brands.

I've bought a lot of tools from Harbor Freight over the last 40 years. You know going in that some tools are cheap knock-offs, but they also have a lot of quality tools at great prices. I have always been satisfied with my purchases and they work for my purposes.

Everyone rags on harbor freight because of quality, but in truth it is the best place to go if you need a specialty tool that you may only use a hand full of time. The staff at the salina store are friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

I haven't been to a harbor freight in a few years. I went today and I have to say it is a changed place. Dont waste your money at other big box stores. Go here first. Understand what exactly you need and save a bunch of money. You dont need top of the line tools for general household use

I use to avoid this place, but they have stepped up the quality of their tools. I shop there all the time. I just purchased a $1200.00 inverter generator.
