Called to get the glass in a window replaced. Within 15 mins they were at my house taking measurements. Got the estimate 10 mins later and less than 30 mins they were back out replacing the glass.The guys that replaced the glass were nice, professional and did an amazing job. They cleaned everything up well and did a great job. I will be using Kansas Glass Services from now on.

They did a great job on replacing the glass in my 40+ year old Mortan Building windows. They were very respectful, promp, and helpful. They even carried them out and put them in my vehicle. Thanks All. You have a repeat customer and I will definitely be referring you to my friends and to anyone who wants the job done right! 👍

They installed the wrong window. I didn't not get what I asked for. They never had me check the work and just billed it, to the wrong address. They were completely unwilling to correct it, telling me that I got what I ordered but it wasn't even close!! Even more when I called them they were the most rude people I have ever dealt with in a business setting. DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT. THEY WILL GIVE YOU A PRODUCT and if IT'S NOT RIGHT THEY WILL NOT FIX IT! YOU ARE STUCK WITH THE COST!!! BEWARE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - will never use this company again. Even if they get the product right, the rudeness is ridiculous!!!

Service for the little guy is hit or miss! Had rv Windows that were broken out by a storm and needed repaired. I took the frames to them and was informed ten business days and I should get them back. 18 business days later I get two out of the three Windows back that had been repaired. Miss measurement on the third I presume. Anyway 25 some business days later I called them and it's like oh yea your window glass is ready. Just don't complain about it because the gals there get defensive.

We were traveling and on a tight schedule. We picked up a rock chip outside of Topeka. I googled and Auto Glass Solutions came up. They were able to get us in right away. Tyler did an amazing job and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. I can't thank them enough for saving our windshield. 😁😁😁😁😁

I took in one window for my house that was damaged from hail and it took longer than they said it would( expected and was not too upset about that) but it was double the price of the quote I received when I dropped it off. I will find someone else to do business with.

Had rear window replaced in my Jeep. The destroyed the top of my top repainted another color to hide it. They must have broke window my 6 year old grandkid got in backseat bare foot and we pulled glass shards out of their foot. Looked in Jeep had glass dust and pieces everywhere.

I approved a bid for replacing a couple of broken windows in a rental back in August and we are still waiting for them to come out and finish the job! They have always gotten my other jobs done ASAP so this is super frustrating!

Worst customer service asked to get my window fixed was told not today waited few days no body came called too see when they would told me he's busy I asked about how long days weeks? Theyr response was he ll get to it when he gets to it. Worst service ever.
