What a nice establishment. Some of the dogs were outside playing in a kiddie pool. The staff are super friendly. The dogs seemed happy and excited to visit 😊

They never answer the phone. I missed one appointment after being a customer for more than a year (never missed one) and their customer service was terrible, my dog always refused to go inside the building so probably getting mistreated while doing her grooming! Be careful where you take your babies!

Unbelievable service! The entire staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The owner should definitely consider a bigger building, because they are always busy, but worth the wait. Book them! You won't regret it.

Had an appt. They texted me the day of to cancel and asked if they could reschedule. I texted back, "Please Do". A week and a half later I called back to see if they had forgotten and left a voice mail with my name & number politely asking to make an appt. It has been almost a month now since the initial cancellation.
