Found the best belt i have ever come across they have so many different items i can see spending an hour in this store some things a lil higher priced that i have found cheaper after i purchased in other stores but u live and u learn all in all a nice lil place to stroll and find some cool stuff

Went in with cash in hand to look at an advertised gun that was supposedly on sale for $50 off. Stood at the counter with four sales people in sight for over 15 minutes with no other customer around, only to then be told by the one that appeared to be in charge as she walked past for the second time that she would be with me in a few minutes! Seemed to be busy fiddling with the cash register with a second employee, as she had been the whole time.While I continued to wait waited patiently several customers came, stood waiting for a few minutes, then left without being waited on either. Really!?! Whatever happened to waiting on the customers? Thought that was their primary job!To cap it off, when she eventually came to wait on me, for the first time in my life, and I buy several guns a month, I was required to turn over my driver's license to even be allowed to handle a gun that she then said she couldn't take the bulky trigger lock off of. There is no way anybody can tell how a pistol feels in the hand with that thing on the gun!Sorry, but all of that has to change before I buy another gun from your store. As I said, had cash in hand, routinely buy several guns a month from pawn shops, dedicated gun stores, and other chain stores. Have never ever put up with anything like this anywhere else.I bought one gun from this store right after they opened and was told all of this unnecessary run around was due to the newness of the staff and necessary training routines. Sorry, but I don't buy that. Just stupid policies! Won't back until they change.

Bought a pair of golf shoes about 45 to 60 days ago wore them 6 to 8 times and the padding in the heal of the shoe slide down and won't adjust back and they basically didn't care at all and wouldn't take them back as defective because I wore them. In all the shoes I have ever worn not 2 other pair has ever done that and I've worn some for years. All I wanted was to have them replaced. I will never go back.

I was VERY impressed with this store! There was a lot more in here than I thought there’d be! They really do have a VERY nice selection of things, and if you are ever in need of sporting equipment or anything like that this is the place to come! Especially if you live in Salina, you DON’T have to go all the way to Manhattan or Wichita. I’ll definitely come back here again next time I’m in Salina!

The lady at the gun counter was not interested in helping a customer. What could have been a potential 1000+ sale, I will take my money elsewhere. You can not clearly see what calibers they have in stock. So when you ask for help, and she reads only 5 or 6 guns and says that's it. What about all the guns in this display? Oh well, their lose not mine!

LOVE THIS STORE! I could spend hrs in here and everyone should plan to spend some time in here. They have so much merchandise and clothing n sports equipment for n e thing u could want. Definitely will go back soon. Service was super friendly n helpful so.

This was the first time I went into this store and it surprised me how many choices they had for outdoor activities. I have camping gear I need and instead of getting them from Amazon I'm going to get my gear from here.

Dunhams seems a little pricey in some items. They quote "low prices" everywhere yet I don't see it. Otherwise, they have a big selection of things.

Return policy is laughable. Your employee doesn’t give me a receipt, I don’t think twice about it because she gave me what is apparently coupons, and I’m refused the return. The item is still in brand new condition and I have the tags! No other big box store operates under this return policy and doesn’t treat their customers like they asking for the moon for a return on an item they’ve had for two days. Won’t be back.

With a no return policy on ammo I will not be shopping there any more. My first trip in the store I purchased two boxes of small caliber ammo. When we discovered it was the wrong ammo for our gun I returned to the store to exchange the ammo buy some fishing tackle, more ammo and new running shoes, but discovered Dunham’s would not exchange the ammo. That is how you policy ourselves out of $1,000 in sales.
