I just went in on my lunch. Rudest ever! Seen multiple employees (which was a first) but nobody talks to you, they acted like I was in their way while they put freight up (heaven forbid I shop the next isle) and whe. I went to check out.... I grabbed the divider off on the conveyer belt. Until the cashier grabbed it and said don't touch it! I said sorry I needed to put my things down. But she glared at me.. so I Said fine. Dropped all the contents from my arms and said I'm done shopping here and walked out. Rude. Just rude and unprofessional. Not to mention - the store is disgusting and needs cleaned up.

what is going on with this Dollar Tree. Online the hours says they are open until 9pm, got there at 6:10 and the sign says they close at l 6pm now? they should update the website.......and now today they have a hand written sign on the door that says Temp Closed???This is the second time i have tried to go to this store and they are closed, during normal business hours! save people the drive and post online your newly changed hours and that you arent even open!Please tell me they arent closing for good? ??????

Today I met a cardboard "Karen" at the store..Ren, the highly unpleasant manager of the store! I bought 24 vases and requested for a box for easier transportation. The cashier started wrapping the vases in paper...while Ren found 2 empty cardboard boxes. While she gave me 1 box which could hold 12, she refused to give me the other saying she wants to save it for the next client even though it was store closing time..and she could've found more at the back..I requested her repeatedly, even offering to pay for the second box as I have had vases break when stashed in a polybag.She at the end, chucked the box away in a bin rather than give it to me..I left in disbelief. Salina people are kind and good... this store manager isn't.

They store if fantastic and very large. I live in Wichita and love going to the store in Salina because of its sheer size and selection. However, I'm disappointed in the Crafters Square section. It's nearly gone now. 😔

Online shows they were open late, but yesterday they had a hand written sign saying they were closed at 6pm. They need to update so people don't waste their time and gas to drive there when they are not open.

The internet says opens at 8 am and the store says 9 am. The employees park right up front so their customers can not. (Since I was early I sat in the parking lot and watched them.)

Terrible customer service from one particular employee... It's raining out, and I'd been shopping at another store before entering this store. When i enter, employee says, "you need to do something with that sack from another store". "Like what?""Take it out to your car."I need an explanation. Is it bc it's another store, or is it to prevent theft? Either way, it's raining out, and I've already gone out of my way to be the dollar tree's customer. I've spent a lot of money with this business and have felt a loyalty to this business over Walmart, but no more. The customer service at this location is a total turn off. You could have held the bag at the front for me.

This Dollar Tree has the nicest manager. It's a shame that the company doesn't pay their employees a liveable wage. No one can live on $7.15/ hour. There are way better jobs for the same work. Mickey D's pays $11.00/ hour.

Dollar Tree has everything for a dollar or 2 for a dollar. They even have one Mega roll of toilet paper for a dollar = to 4 regular rolls . My favorite is their frozen lemonade custard for a dollar. It is great on a hot day. They also have helium birthday balloons for $1. I am amazed at all the things they have available for a $1.

No wonder people shop online. The staff in this store very NOT nice. In fact the man we “tried” to ask questions about the store was unpleasant. Short and rude would be a more accurate description. So sad, customer service is dead.

Christy was very prompt and helpful. However I did feel she was being treated awfully by her coworkers. This was my first time at this location and there was a line through the middle aisles. Christy did an excellent job but she should have had support from her fellow coworkers as they kept ignoring her or talking back when she asked for help. No employee should be treated like that.

great location nice clean store there's handicap accessibility here also handicap parking ample parking for all cars and it's free you walk in the store they're clean courteous they greet you when you come in the managers there on site you can see him stalking or open a register everything is pushed to the front their stock always going up and I've never seen somebody not busy here it's a fantastic Dollar Tree Dollar Tree for One Stop shopping for a quick stop shop or to spend some time in here you can definitely do this. They've got from helium balloons to medication to dog bones and food greeting cards for every occasion and season utensils you name it they have it this is a store if you haven't been you really need to take a look it's worth every minute of your time thank you Dollar Tree

Store was nice, clean and organized. Asked for some assistance with 3 folks on staff. Unfortunately the fellow I had asked was in the store, and available... wondering aimlessly through the front of the store, said, "he worked there, but he was kinda on break right now and couldn't assist". Kinda?

I like Dollar tree because I can lots of stuff for all my projects whether it is filling toy bags for toy runs to getting Holiday wearables or buying stuff for gift bags, etc without breaking the bank.

Customer service is horrible here. Cashier was to worried about her break to get a manager for me so I could pick up an online order. The longer I waited the busier the place got so I just left and will have to try again another time to pick up my order. Ridiculous.

The store was clean and the staff were working their butts off. They do need more staff though. Except for the customers not paying attention to the social distancing signs and such, I'd recommend it.

The Dollar Tree always ROCKS. LOTS OF STUFF you don't really need but still buy ($1.25) Also, they actually have a Public Restroom!!

The store on Crawford has been out of stock of Nitrile gloves for about 5 months now. In addition some of the other items such as plain white gift bag filler paper have been out of stock as well. On many occasions, I have walked out of the store because they were out of stock of what I needed. If I can not find what I need at Crawford I go to 9th St.

Sometimes hard to get help looking for an item. When you call to check on an item, if they have in store. The reply is I don't know, you have to come to the store and look for it yourself. Now that is good help😝

Needs to be enlarged. Alot of merchandise in this store. I saw couple weeks ago it has been gutted so maybe they r making it bigger. Will n awhile before it's open again.
