Despite the fact the department was incredibly busy, a full drive thru line, and a very long line inside, I received excellent care and service today from Dawn, an associate working the counter. She went above and beyond and took the time to help me save some money on my prescription even with how busy she was. She was polite, patient, and kind. Wonderful experience.

It is 8:30 am on Sunday and the website says the pharmacy is open. It does not open till 11:00 am. How can basic information on store hours for a vital medical resource not be correct. We called the main store number and were told, "The website may say that, but they are not open". Basically the attitude is "toughen up buttercup! - wait till 11:00!" After I drive to the store do you think the prescription will be ready - doubt it!

Avoid this dillons pharmacy at all cost. Literally any other dillons is better. I wish I could give 0 stars to this pharmacy, specifically Maria. Other dillons (s/o planet avenue pharmacy and store for always being amazing) didn’t have my script but worked with me to find a location that did (calling themselves to confirm)!! We live an hour away so she transferred and I called to confirm dillons on cloud received and get an eta for an antibiotic I needed ASAP. They confirmed they have it and told me 30-45. We waited over an hour just in case not to rush. When we get there they tell us they don’t actually have it and can’t get it tomorrow or next day (can’t remember) and that I’d need to call and find it elsewhere myself. Ok did that. Pharmacist at CVS calling to request and I called to inform and get an eta on how long it would take to transfer. That’s when the good graces of Maria informed me they couldn’t do anything until he called, ok fine. I reiterated my I just want to make sure it won’t take long to transfer, requested an eta with their system, and if they could try and make it a priority due to their screw up. That is when sweet Maria hung up on me and my screaming infant. S/O to you Maria for ruining this store. May you never get mastitis one day and live thru this debacle yourself. <3 I’ll support every dillons but this one forever and always.One star for manager Amy to listening to my complaint while I cried.

Out of 10 self checkout lines only 1 is operating. It's bad enough we have to pay more for groceries, bag them, and check ourselves out. Also only 1 checkout actually has an employee.

The Pharmacy is horrible for Customer Service not only do the techs not know what they are doing some of the Pharmacist are the same way. They dont have the common courtesy to call you and notify you the script your Dr sent to them is not in stock . They will let you know when your standing at the counter wanting to pick it up. On a Friday night! they will promise you it will be here Monday just come back then . You show Monday after being notified by a phone call your order is ready. You guessed it no order when I show up. The Tech told me it wasn't unpacked yet and I would have to come back later in the afternoon.Wouldn't go get it from shipment I had to come back This was a lie ! And she knew it . It never came in and then they are dismissive and make excuses as to why it wasnt there but will reorder . Really ! Reorder so it was never ordered the first time ? But can't tell me when it will be in! Three days from Christmas good luck getting it . Save yourself the anguish and hassle shop elsewhere for your pharmacy needs.

I don't usually leave reviews, but am SO close to switching to another pharmacy. The wait times are ridiculous, lines so long, always seem short staffed, but the worse is that there is ALWAYS an issue with my sons seizure medicine. ALWAYS. It's an auto refill so I don't know why they wait until last minute to order, but their always out of stock. when I call to find out if it's ready, THATS when they decide it's time to order it and he CANNOT go without or he has multiple seizures a day affecting him at home and school. So frustrating. They really need to get some people trained and figure out what they're doing.

The Front end supervisor was a complete and utter moron. She shouldn't be a supervisor or even allowed to be on a register. She couldn't even figureout how to correct a credit card error when the machine wouldn't process the order. Had no idea what to do. Had to tell her multiple times what the screen said and she acted like she didn't care or didn't know what to do. (And it is not my card..it worked 10 minutes later at another store with no problem)

They have SOME organic produce, but I wish they had more. They're out of alot of produce often. I like their home goods selection.
