Their stores are always clean and staff is always friendly and actually say the niceties that used to be a prerequisite for any business servicing you. Their selection and Kroger branded products are usually always top notch. They have deals daily and their Dillons app is superb. Not to mention the affiliation with Kwik Shops and getting you points towards fuel while you shop. Dillons has and always will be one of my favorite grocery store experiences. Hopefully they are able to stay alive and compete with other behemoths. Last and most definitely not least, their bakeries, kitchens, produce, and most importantly their meat selection are phenomenal. To the best of my knowledge it’s butchered in house and you can taste the quality. They also have seafood! So all in all, if you want a little bit cheaper of a price, go somewhere else. But if you want fairly priced, top quality products, at a place that treats you like a human, choose Dillon’s.

Every time I go in most of the women are rude and don't help. A woman backed out of my boyfriends payment area on self pay screen he didn't ask for help she just walked over and did it. It felt to him like she was making sure he didn't steal. The guys are nice especially a guy named Coca.

The thing I like most about shopping at Dillons is their employees are very helpful and friendly. Also, I find their store clean and the layout easy to navigate. I always cringe when it's time to settle up. And my pocketbook definitely takes a loss. But that's the world we live in today.

People are great, store is good, but the snow removal in and around the handicapped parking leaves a lot to be desired. Really hard to push a cart to the back of the car, and gets pretty slick. I'll probably use one of the other stores when it snows.

I usually do self check out. Tonight l let the cashier ring me up. My pain level was through the roof l asked for assistance with carry out. She was unable to find anyone else. She let the gentleman at the service desk know she was going to help me herself. Kudos to the two in front for excellence in customer service!♥️🥀

Horrible layout. Most employees ok, but the dark haired lady with the glasses who runs the cash counter is not nice, and should learn from her employees what customer service is. Dismiss her, and replace her with the lovely lady who actually works the cash counter register.

I'm here all the time. They've always got good prices and fresh produce, not to mention the farm fresh milk, I haven't found anywhere else to get that so this one's a win in my book!Edit:Shopped here daily for 3 years now but today I Was treated very poorly, rudely, and unprofessionally by an associate while waiting for the store to open to buy cigarettes. Will not return.

It's not as clean looking as it was a few years ago. It's pretty much all self checkout and I'm sure we're still paying the extra for bagging... I'm also disappointed so many lost their jobs so I can do more work buying groceries there. IMO.

Kudos to Casey who stepped up to cashier when others didn't show up!!! We shop here regularly and know that Casey is usually there to help bag or carry out and get carts, but tonight he did awesome checking out our very large order!!! Thank you Casey!!!

Gotta watch when checking out. Prices not right. Cashier said I was going to have to wait no one at service desk. But I did ask Drew to fix price on peaches and he was glad to make it right. A lot of times coupons don't come off either.

First time visiting the Crawford Dillon's. We were looking for several things specifically and unfortunately this Dillon's did not have several of those things. However, the staff was cordial and as helpful as they could be. The store was in good condition and laid out well.I do want to take the time to praise a particular employee.His name is Andrew and he was working the self check section last night (Sunday, March 13). We had several questions during our checkout process and Andrew was attentive, helpful and guided us through what we needed to do.Dillion's should be thankful for such a professional and helpful employee. Andrew made enough of a difference in his help that not finding the items that we were looking for took a backseat to our checkout experience.Thank you ANDREW!
