I was there February 27th Clint was at self checkout he was good at keeping an eye out for customers needing help. He was helpful with my check out. He asked Hunter to assist me in loading the groceries l brought. These young men were very courteous and professional in their duties. I would recommend this store. Produce dept. seems about the best of local grocery stores.

Store very clean. Easy to find and get what you are after and always well stocked. One of my favorite places to shop. Just never shop there in the morning hours, the staff are really rude and not friendly

The store is clean and the employees are friendly. The shelves are well stocked and there are plenty of employees on the floor if you need help finding anything. They carry a variety of different brands and the in-store brand is just as good as name brand. The prices are comparable to other stores. It is usually pretty busy, but still a good place to shop for groceries. The only negative is that there is hardly ever anyone at the manned checkouts even if there is a line at the self-checkout.

I like dillions but I’m very disappointed with the quality of produce this place Carrie’s. Most of my peaches were spoiled, along with most of my other produce. Other than that no complaints.

It was very nice, most associates were helpful and friendly. Could not find whole allspice only ground allspice. Recipe called for whole allspice.

Horrible. Pharmacy drive-thru is a joke. People in the pharmacy are rude. While there is two lanes in the pharmacy they don’t acknowledge one lane so it’s pointless to sit in it and wait while everybody else is helped in the other lane. Usually just a waste of time to go. So take my advice and ignore this location.

This has been my go-to store since moving here and I like it. It's clean, most of the employees are friendly, and they usually have pretty decent savings if you keep an eye out. I'm knocking off 1 star because of an issue that I think the parent company needs to address. I have a Rewards card that is tied to my bank account, so I can swipe it and pay for groceries. One would assume if you pay with your Rewards card that it would automatically apply any in-store savings before processing the payment. That is not true. If you have a Rewards card that you also use to pay for groceries, make sure to have the employee scan the card first and then you can swipe it to pay. If you don't, you won't get any discounts.I had to visit customer service and she refunded me just shy of $12 in discounts that I didn't receive. My worry is that there are others who may not know this and end up paying full price while thinking they're getting the discounts.**Update 4/29/2023** Deducting another star (3 stars now)I transferred my prescriptions from CVS to Dillons and went to pick them up today. CVS sent my scripts to the wrong Dillons (apparently). I went to pick mine up and was told my insurance wouldn't pay because the scripts were already filled last week. I tried to explain to them that I hadn't filled my scripts since March, that this is new insurance and no one but this store should have it on file. Instead of showing empathy for the problem, I was talked to like I was some kind of drug seeker trying to scam more pills. In the end, the pharmacy discovered I was right, they were wrong, and I got my scripts filled through my insurance provider. I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time and try getting refills in the future, but I was NOT impressed with the customer service today.

There prices are high and quality is poor. My biggest complaint is this purple hair heavy gal. She a clerk or a bagger and treats customers TERRIBLE. She maybe helpful as a janitor but her human interaction skill is equivalent to a badger or rattlesnake.

Personally I love coming to this dillons but the lady Diana upfront was very rude. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and absolutely hated her job. We asked her a few questions and she would walk away mid question while rolling her eyes. If you are going to work in the self check out area I think you should at least socialize with the customers. It was ridiculous to say the least.

Pharmacy people are so rude. Sorry for giving you my business. The people at the Walmart pharmacy were always nice. Also, as the employees go, Kroger/Dillons DOES NOT treat their employees good at all. Management will hardly give you time to go to the restroom. Compensation is terrible. You people have no idea what you are beast that you are feeding everytime you shop here.

Great store! Wonderful and Helpful employees. However for a newer store the water refill machine broke on me while filling a 5 gallon bottle of water. Told customer service. She said machine had been fixed many times before. The water refill machine on Crawford street always seems to work. And the check the price scanners never work here either. Lot of stuff broke for a newer store. Kroger corporate needs to get on the ball!

This time I went late, pretty much at closing. The nice thing about this is the fact that I was one of maybe eight customers in the store. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and I was able to get in and get out quickly. Another added bonus of going so late was the fact that the parking lot was practically empty. The nice young man who was getting carts just took it when I was done so there was no need to push it anywhere...great service by staff.

Took my 2 year old daughter with special needs to this store and a woman who came to help me bag my groceries began to harass my daughter. She kept telling her she was too old for a pacifier and that it would rot her teeth. Then she insisted on my daughter giving her her pacifier. I told her that my daughter was special needs and she the apologized, but this behavior is unacceptable and disgusting.

This is the second time I've ordered General Tso's chicken recently with a problem. This time in a QUART of the entree, there were 3 or 4 pieces of chicken max. Not big pieces either. About 95% veggies and 5% chicken. This was off of the discounted rack where food goes to get rid of it at the end of the day. But it happened before when I ordered it fresh as well. I honestly don't know if the worker hates Dillons and is trying to make customers angry, or they have no idea what they are doing, or this is the worst attempt at cost cutting I've ever seen. It's comically bad. Like how could you not know that is not the appropriate ratio?

Store is very clean. Pretty well organized. Hardest part is find items with there new reset. Management walks the floor checking if there customers are finding what they need. If they can't management is happy to walk them to the item in question. They don't pass customers to other employees. I shop here regularly. Nice atmosphere. Never see employees in a bad mood. I just wish they kept all the GMO in one area. Instead of me having to look for it.

This is Dillon's newest store in town. Store is kept exceptionally clean and usually very friendly and courteous service. Good selection of items including diet / gluten free / ethnic and health sections. Prices are competitive. A little more expensive than Sam's Club or Save A Lot, but not much.

Occasionally the service here is very good, but lately is struggling. Maybe the work ethic I expect is higher than Kroger does. I don't feel I expect a lot. Please improve. I pass Aldis each day, it's really not a problem to change.

Update! Went in at 1830 3/17/23 to get something out of the deli. WHAT A JOKE! No fresh oriental food, the food dishes up in the boxes were leaking! The chicken looked prehistoric, most had been picked through. Looked WORSE than a truck stop buffet! I will not be back!

As much as I like this place I have to give it a three star. Three reasons I've come to this conclusion 1. They're always in the way during the busiest time stocking the shelves. If they spent the same amount of time greeting and showing customers where items are located the customer experience would increase also pushing up the customer satisfaction rating. 2. There are no employees that speak and engage with customers. It's a grocery store one of the best in Salina but sometimes I think the employees forget how personal they should be to the shoppers. Saying hello, asking can you help, and thanking shoppers increase customer loyalty. 3. They just do things at there own pace. Not that you have to be super fast bit check out should be a better experience as you've just checked a customer out who's spent time and money in your store and they should be thanked by happy, friendly, and smooth checkout once you end the visit. It's so inconsistent and its just too subpar. The prices are competitive, the saving are always nice, and the products are always available in stores. They have done a great job enhancing the look and layout of the store and it feels like with the addition of the cooler sections the food is fresher. I really like the points rewards and the savings it offers for gas. They try and do a lot of neat things for their customers. I want to see more unconjusted environment where employees are engaging and looking to guide customers around the store making it a more friendlier shopping environment for everyone. I really like this place and it super convenient for me. The self checkout lanes on both sides of the store are really convenient. I wouldn't recommend the pharmacy as they are not the friendliest bunch and many times they refilled the wrong pills or they are very slow to call pills in to your doctor and get things going. But none of them ever seem to really want to be there or help out which is troubling.

This is the BEST place to order flowers for any occasion!! They do absolutely the most beautiful arrangements that I have ever seen for a very reasonable price!!! I just cannot say enough good things about them~~Thank you, Deb, you were so easy and friendly to work with. Good work!!! 😄👍🏽

Always love shopping at this Dillons. It's a very nice looking and clean store. Stop rearranging everything. Just learn where everything is and you move things around. lol
