I always shop Dillons. I bought bag chicken breast. It was all freezer burnt. I also bought red plums which were bad in the middle. The chicken was $13. I would bring it back but don't have the receipt. I'm really disappointed in the quality of the food you sell.

I'm not sure what you think selection, local, or craft beer is but this isn't it. See picture. Disappointed. How many breweries are in Kansas now? More than one I would think.PS Sam Adams and Leinenkugels does not count as craft.

Often times the milk I need is out of stock. And the self checkout was closed. In a busy day, with no “x items or less” checkout line. So basically all of us with 2 or 3 items had to sit in the BUSY lines. Idk if this is a normal routine but it’s very inconvenient for some of us.

The Chinese food was disappointing. The sweet and sour sauce tasted nothing like what it should and the chicken lo mein tasted like soup but without the broth. My server was friendly.

I've been shopping with Dillons for decades I prefer them over Walmart, also when I lived in Colorado Springs I shopped only at King's Super which is also Kroger Brand

There are two Dillons stores in Salina and this is the larger one. I really like this store because it's very well stocked and the people who work there are really nice and helpful. I usually do pick up but when I do go inside it's always pleasant

Service was terrible. Waited in line to check out 15 minutes. Then customers have to tell us it was cash or check only. Only one checker.

I don't have a picture, but I am very happy with my visit. I just came back to KS after being in Austin, TX for 20 yrs. We had a wonderful grocery chain. Anyway, I'm living in a tiny town with a small store. I don't love it. Ex: all produce except potatoes and bananas is refrigerated. So I drove 35 mins to come to Dillons. The produce section is wonderful!!! I got 6 avacados - a couple ripe and a few not quite. SO much better than refrigerated avacado, onion, oranges, etc. Thanks so much for being the store I need!

Dillons is one of the best supermarkets here in Kansas. They always have good prices, but with the app you can get even better prices. You can earn gas points and they have the clearance area where you can find good stuffs.I love the produce they have and the variety in every department.

I have lived in Salina, KS for over 30 years. I have shopped at EVERY Dillons store in the city. Sadly this store seems to have the unfortunate label of having the rudest checkers in town. I went shopping with my wife, while checking out, another store had given my wife a rain check because they were out of the product that was on sale. Notice that I said this rain check came from another Dillons store IN TOWN. When my wife told the cashier about the rain check she replied that “they’re NOT supposed to do THAT” in a condescending tone. She “snatched” the rain check from my wife’s hand then she simply walked away from her register. So here we are standing there, we looked at the man who was bagging our groceries in complete confusion. He looked at us, shrugged and said “she’s always that way”. It’s very sad these days that you have to keep an employee like that simply because they show up for work. Even though she is RUDE to your customers. I do know that I will NEVER go to that store again!BTW, she checked with the manager and we did get the product at the rain check price.

Enjoy shopping there. Only thing makes me mad is right when you learn where thing is, they remodel and move everything.🙄 Food prices are high but can't blame Dillons. Watch for sales and use Dillons coupons really helps.

PATHETIC service. Only 1 line open. Food prices are high. If you gotta stand in line aldi's is close way better quality. Plus friendly associate's. Dillons has failed at ALL levels.

Helpful people. My first time in this store so I'm used to much larger, but it had everything I went for. A clean store and well stocked. Plenty of cashier's, real ones!! ;).

Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience with Click List at the Planet Ave. location in Salina. Only use Cloud St. if you must use Click List. They are frequently delayed, do not offer substitutions for even basic things like potatoes and pork chops, and are dishonest when you call them on it, saying that their truck just miraculously arrived, as soon as you left. Cloud St. does a much better job..

6.12.20 approx 9:38 am approached employee chris asked where to find franks sauerkraut his reply sorry dont know where its at should be with the other sauerkrauts . He started to walk off not even interested in helping me locate item. Serious lack of customer service ! Needs retraining in the customer service area ! Need to find a new job if you want to work with the public Chris
