The only reason we switched to this pharmacy is because an old insurance made us and I dont think about it in time to switch to someone else before the next refill. They have the poorest customer service ever, they all act like they hate their jobs, but there's one older lady who is so so loud and rude.Every time I go through the drive through, cars ahead of me will sit at the window for 15+ minutes, but when it's my turn they tell me to drive around and get in the back of the line again if there is an insurance to type in or if my daughters meds need reconstituted.Expect to sit in the drive though for at least 30 minutes any time you go, and expect your personal information to be shouted across the room for all to hear if you go inside.

My work trip from Houston to Denver and back was greatly delayed due to truck troubles. I am in Salina Kansas with my truck in a local mechanic shop. I completely ran out of all of my medications 24 hours ago including insulin. I was feeling very confused and via text to my brother and nephew, they talked to me through .y sudden confusion. Anyway I arrived at CVS and they were super super very helpful getting me a 3-day prescription to get me back home. It's been a few hours now since and I'm feeling much better without any confusion. Thanks again guys. I truly appreciate it.

I’ve visited a few times and each visit is pleasant. The employees are all nice and helpful if you need anything. The pharmacy wasn’t too busy when I stopped by, and everything was efficient. They were also able to help my mom get a weekend supply of medication when she forgot to bring hers.I can always find what I need when I’m here, and pricing seems pretty competitive to other stores in the area.Update 03/08/2023My last visit was to the pharmacy. There are two issues that caused me to lower my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. The first is the pharmacy staff seemed to be annoyed or something, like the customers were a bother. The second is I paid $135.92 for 3 prescriptions but later discovered I could have gone to Walmart and paid $38.67 for the same prescriptions. I'm not sure why there's such a tremendous pricing difference, but I won't be going back to CVS and plan to transfer my scripts to Walmart.Update 03/09/2023I returned to CVS to discuss the pricing situation. Colleen was very friendly and helpful, so that was nice compared to my experience the other day.They were able to refund the $135.92 and managed to discount my prescriptions so I paid $91.91 instead. Still much more expensive than Walmart.Needless to say, I highly recommend everyone price multiple pharmacy locations to make sure you get the best deal. There seems to be no good reason for the pricing disparity.

This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. The clerk that waited on me was extremely rude and expressed her opinion loud enough for the entire area could here. I’m in the process of changing pharmacy because of the treatment I received!

Don’t use this pharmacy if you are diabetic. When you call to see if the insulin you need to live has been sent over by your doctor is ready and you are out they will tell you if you keep calling they will go slower so apparently they don’t care if you live or die. Go somewhere else.

I waited in the pharmacy drive thru lane, arriving later 4:50 pm on a Saturday. There were three cars in front of me. Knowing I’d checked the website and closing did no occur until 6:00, I knew I could just wait patiently. When the car in front of me arrived for his turn, he continued to drive through without stopping. When I pulled up for my turn, I understood why. The blind had been pulled down indicating they would NOT service any more customers. Thinking there must be a mistake, I parked in front to go inside the store. This is NOT a hometown store, but instead a large corporation THAT DOES NOT CARE. The gentleman in front of me was pleading to get medication for a young child to get through the weekend. I didn’t have an emergency, but ended up being BEYOND FRUSTRATED at the callous attitudes displayed.

Wonderful pharmacy staff! Specifically the pharmacy manager Mr. Beachy is extremely nice, helpful and caring. He went out of his way to help us. He knew my niece's name and was more concerned about getting our niece's medicine for her upcoming trip than he was about getting out of work on time. I know what CVS stands for now Courtesy Value and Service! Thank you very much!

I am extremely disappointed in the service. I had a ups package there and when i arrived to pick it up my package had been opened. When I asked the shift manager about it she said she dont know how it happened that it must have been done by mistake. Donna is her name. How do you make a mistake and open someone elses package when my name was clearly on it NOT ONCE BUT TWICE in 2 spots. Opening peoples mail is against the law and if you know you are an access point store then the staff should definately pay closer attention to the names on packages before opening them. Making excuses for them and getting an attitude with the customer is not professional nor is talking about the situation in front of other customers. Then when she came back to me she didnt even say anything she just stared at me like im wrong for being upset. No i have a right to be upset when someone opens something that is mine.

Wish we would’ve had the luxury of finding another location. Traveling through on a road trip my Type 1 husband ran out of insulin due to faulty pods and we had to find the closest pharmacy to us. First we were refused, then they made our doctor wait on hold while he called in an emergency prescription. After all that we were still made to wait. Horrible pharmacy.

Also zero if i could. Every time i have a prescription sent there, it takes most of the day for them to get it....unless i have my doctor personally call and tell them to fill it.Then the staff acts like it's not their problem. Debra is the only one who is not rude and who will go out of her way to help. I give her a 10 if i could.

Drive thru faster then others in town for picking up meds. I been to the others in town and usually wait time was 15 minutes or more. Here the longest I ever waited was 3 minutes.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! VERY unfriendly and extremely unprofessional!! Took a script in for pain medicine for my dry socket, and they refused to fill it and kept the script! Treated me as if I were a druggie and was unnecessarily rude! Having a dry socket is the absolute worst pain I've ever felt, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone.....except the unpleasant old hag that treated me like garbage!

Went in to see if there were any thermometers left, encountered the rudest employee I’ve ever seen. She used foul language, was rude to a caller then snapped at me for asking a question. It was unbelievable. I called the manager and told all of family and friends, none of us will ever enter that store. So sad especially during a health crisis.

Great place! Staff is friendly and helpful. Shelves are always stocked and drinks are always cold.If you need a prescription or snacks or even some general grocery shopping, CVS is a one stop shop.Highly recommend.

Tried transferring my prescription here and they couldn't find it. Tech and pharmacist did not know how to look up on line orders and were very unfriendly. Pretty much didn't care that I went back to Walgreens
