This was my first time ever coming to this ice cream establishment. I didn’t know what to expect for my first time but I found it to be comparable to your average Freddy’s but with a more retro feel. The fries were different from any I have ever tasted and they weren’t bad, but they certainly weren’t my favorite. The ice cream was good, but I love anything sweet. I would give five stars however the employee on register was not overly welcoming nor did she increase the value of my stay. I understand this is not an important aspect for some however I find the behavior of employees often make or break my visits, this was not a visit that made me feel like I needed to come back just based off of that. Additionally they had forgotten about one of the items I had ordered which I can look past. If I ever return to the area I may decide to come here again however I would not make it a priority.

Great burger place with the best ice cream. Their fries are not great, but with everything else so scrumptious, who cares. The service was adequate, with the exception of one grocery side employee with a great sense of humor. If you like peppermint or pumpkin ice cream, I recommend you buy a half gallon (or whatever size they are these days).

Worst service I've ever had. Employees were friendly but they completely forgot about my order as I was skipped by groups larger than I had who had came after me. After 1 hour and 5 different times of going back to the counter and asking what was going on an older gentleman actually took my receipt back with him and had them start making it. He told me it was never put in but yet I paid for it. After waiting over an hour and orders given out that were placed well after mine, the food was cold. I'm not really one to complain and it was very busy so I understand. I can honestly say I won't be going back to a braums after that

Did not wait in line. Had the order made fresh and the Employee was very helpful explaining to my son what was on the cheeseburger 🍔! Nice quick bite food that is a break from McDonald's or Burger King. My burger was very good! 👍

Absolutely Filthy.I ate there with some friends on Sunday and the place was rancid. The floors were covered in trash, discarded food, and unknown crumbs. We asked for the manager of the restaurant , but found out that we were served by the manager. There’s no way that a manager should find their restaurant in this condition and accept it. AVOID UNTIL THEY CLEAN THIS PLACE UP

Too hard to get someone over to the grocery checkout. But once there, they are super awesome. Would be nice if an employee could carry out heavy things to my car as I have big physical disability with my nerves all over.Parking: Just not enough spaces available. Unless you can walk kind of far.Wheelchair accessibility: Thee accessibility is top notch for anyone with physical handicaps

Someone needs to teach the employees to clean, instead of just standing and complaining about each other. They also need to learn how to put a lid on the splits and sundaes that go out the drive thru. My seat covers are now stained with strawberry and chocolate syrup, because lids were not put on properly.

I got my burger and couldn't believe it. They should have taken a picture of it. It looked perfect. It wasn't smashed off to the side steamed in the bag didn't look like it was stepped on. It had to be the best-looking Burger I've ever seen in my 62 years.

Everytime I go thur drive thru, the same guy is there and always trys to give me a dripping melting ice cream that I ordered. When I tell him I don't want one that is melted he agrues with meLast time I just told him to keep it and that I would go somewhere else. This one is closest to me. But this guy is so rude, I'd rather drive across town to get GOOD customer service.

This was not the cleanest braums. They left out cartons of icecream and that melted pools of flavored creamer on the floor. The manager made a comment about setting timers for squares, and move the containers. The pools remained and never got cleaned up while I was there. Food was good people friendly.

Only giving a five star review because of the young lady behind the ice cream counter tonight on march 21st 2023. No one was helping her but she battled through like a trooper! Very hard worker, had a great attitude and even when faced with a long line she persevered. I believe her name was Madison. Well done!

Nice selection of food for a reasonable price, and their market is great. Love the milk! Staff is always so courteous... It's a nice change of pace from most fast food places. I can't leave out the ice cream, it's top notch!! Wonderful for a treat for the kids.

We are from Beloit, KS, but we love Braum's so much that every time we are in Salina we just have to stop by! It's so much better than Dairy Queen and less expensive as well! The service is great and our ice cream is ready in a flash.

The ice cream was really good and so cheap! We were visiting from Central Illinois and were just flabbergasted that we could get a scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone for under $2. Where we come from, that would cost like $5! The restaurant was clean and had a cute little organic grocery shop in one corner. I wish we could have brought the whole place home with us!

The burgers are good. I haven't been recently because I asked for no mayo, I bit the burger, and it was full of mayo that instantly made me sick. It was night, and I didn't inspect it like I normally do. I will go back but definitely during the day.

We usually go to Freddy's because there is no Braum's in our town. We were visiting Salina and decided to try it. It was absolutely wonderful!! It was also so much more affordable than other options. It is tempting to drive 45 minutes to Salina just to go to Braum's!!

Ordered a meal and got home. Wrong burger and half the fries I ordered. Got told it was my problem. I don’t think so. Poorest customer service in town. Third time in a row I’ve ordered from the drive through and my order is wrong. This time I returned and watched them fix my food and then checked it to make sure. Put my fries in the cardboard container not with the normal scoop but grabbed a handful and stuffed them in. If this is the best they can do then it’s time to go somewhere else. Think I will.

The only good thing about this place was that the fries were nice and hot. The hamburger was dry, and the bacon was burned. The grill chicken looked rubbery, dry, and hard to eat.

We used the drive thru at 7pm. There were no other cars in line. We were asked to pull forward and wait on our order for 5 ppl so fresh meat could be cooked. After about 10 minutes our food was brought out, ice cold and no bacon on any of the hamburgers we ordered. The bread was even soggy like these had been premade for a while. We would NOT recommend eating here.
