I work at Barks N Bows so I may be biased, but I have worked at several other shops. Barks N Bows is clean and friendly. What makes this shop unique is the "suite" system of retraining and protecting the dogs. Every dog has their own little pen that has a dog bed and a "locker" to hold their leash. The dogs are with the groomers all day. They get to look out the window and relax in a more comfortable setting than a crate. If I was a client I would take my dog to Barks N Bows for the care that the staff offers to each individual dog.

The owner called me and refused to cut my dogs the way I asked and stated “ take your dogs home and brush them, then bring them back” I live 20 miles from this place… she was rude and refused to cut my dogs the way I wanted.. pure laziness and this is the type of place just trying to make a quick buck!!! she also did the same thing to my mother with her dogs horrible owner!!!

Its a really great place! My dog Dragon is a rescue who was nervous about the whole thing and they took super great care of him and he looks and feels so much better!
