Wonderful Farm and Home store! Came here to get food for my dog. The prices seem reasonable. It is close to my house everything in the store is easy to find. Employees are very helpful and nice! I enjoy their Atwood's bagged candy! Would recommend this place to anybody that doesn't want to drive to Tractor Supply. This place used to be the Kmart as I pictured they did a wonderful job remodeling it.

Poor staff. The lady I had to deal with was not friendly at all. Refused to cuange the price of an item that was in the flyer as sale, and it was posted on the clothing rack i got it off of.Other staff was nice and helpful though. I do like the brands they offer. Just not that one associate.

I will never buy boots from Atwwods again. Got a pair of thorogoods $250 boots. Marked up $30 over competors but still wanted to support atwoods. Had an eyelit and hook fall off in less than 2 weeks. I wanted the same pair they did have and don't do not order any boots. What kind of retailer doesn't order boots ?

I love ❤️ this store and the atmosphere. Associates at this store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding merchandise, customer service is excellent. Don't be shy ask for product location or help loading. The entire group is more than happy to assist customers. This is also a pet friendly store.

Great shopping experience. I requested assistance back in the footwear section and a very pleasant and helpful young lady came to the department. I told her I had been in weeks ago and saw a pair of boots I had been looking for but didn" purchase them that day. When back in the store last weekend I was ready to purchase them but unable to locate them as the department had been redone. When I showed her they were like the boots I was wearing she went down an isle and found just what I hadn't been able to find days before. I had a $10 off a purchase of at least $10 so I was a very happy shopper.She was willing to listen to me and take the time to look instead of telling me they probably weren't available anymore. Customer Service like that will keep me coming back to Atwood's. ♥️Atwood's!!!

The customer service was excellent. We need help back in sporting goods and had service in less than 3 minutes. There was only 1clerk in check out and several people in line but she was efficient and attentive. She even took the time to wrap my glass item in rolled ad paper and sealed it with tape to protect it. We only saw 3 employees personally and every one greeted us with a smile and offered assistance even though it 45 minutes till close. I give them a ten star rating!

Huge store with a lot of variety. Different items than you find at other farm stores. Very nice selection of guns and ammunition and hunting and sporting supplies. They were sold out of the sale item I was after, but received a rain check for it, when it's back in stock. Something for everyone.

Absolutely lousy customer service! 5 employees at the customer service/register (only one) while we waited. FINALLY one of them rang us up the total was less than $5. The cashier said they don't take cash. We will NEVER go back.

Don't understand why when a business doesn't require their employees to watch for customers who are looking around in their store and employees don't ask them if they can help them find what they're looking for. I like this store but I avoid going there because I can't always find what I want, then the employees are unapproachable.

We were looking at some heavy wire panels that were locked up way out in the parking lot, I warned my husband he better take a picture of it before we go in the store but he had confidence they would know what they had out there!!! Nope. So HE walked out and took a picture of the product. No signage, no product label or price tag to be found. He comes in shows the 2nd employee the picture but she is just sure she can go out and find a number or price, sooo we wait. Then I hear over their walkies her describing the wire panel only wrong size to staff inside, sooo the 3rd employee FINALLY gets the price and then gets rude with me when I make a remark about signage. We did not purchase, and left.

I love the customers services and great products for pets, clothes and homes cares. God, the cinnamon hard candy's. Oh softly sweet stuffy candy's. On saturday you can get 2 grilled hot dogs for $1.00.Freshed made popular popcorn with butter< free.I love 💕 ♥ 💜 Atwoods!

Atwoods has a large variety of items to peak everyone in the household's interest! Items range from clothing, inside and outside pet supplies, cleaning necessities, and large and small tools needed to fix household projects down to storage containers. The store is very large, clean and full. Atwoods provides a dressing room to try on clothing. The help and the store have my vote...☆☆☆☆☆. Thanks, Atwoods!

Not a very wide selection extremely high prices compared to other stores. Don't have a lawn and garden section like the old kmart/ace hardware has. Very rude associates and Management will take my business elsewhere. Rather go spend my money at orscheln's their selection is better.
