Went through the drive through and ordered a 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich and got a double but was charged for a 1/2 pound. I’m pregnant right now and was really craving a roast beef sandwich and wanted the largest one but was charged extra for something I didn’t receive. I also asked for extra Arby’s sauce and only got 1 packet. The guy working wasn’t very friendly either he took my payment and shoved my food out the window and then my card and slammed the window closed no have a good day or nothing. I don’t think I will go to that Arby’s again for awhile. I hope the other one in Salina is a lot better than this one.💔😡

Gabbie is always upbeat and has wonderful suggestions for food. Always clean bathroom is always clean. The sandwiches are good not the best I have had. I would choose this over subway, especially if you are wanting a warm sandwich.

Food's fair for fast food. Staff is friendly enough. Business practices are strange: a medium 20oz drink is called a large. No refills on lemonade. But caveat emptor. I won't order from this location again

Customer service is Awesome. The employee who works the drive through is incredibly kind and polite. Even though our order was short. He apologized and quickly made it right and to our satisfaction. I definitely recommend this Arby's as a place to eat. The food was also fresh and the fries were hot. Thanks for a good experience.

The new hamburger was awesome but the service was bad! The person waiting on us was rude!! She left us waiting at the sign in the rain and when I complained she said she was busy. No one else was in the drive thru and as far as I could see maybe two tables in the dining room. I apologized for bothering her and she slammed the window in my face. I think she was a manager (gray shirt) setting a fine example for her crew. I have always had great service in the past but if this is what it is like now - I doubt I will go back there. Will have to find one somewhere else that wants to be bothered with my business because I love the new hamburger!!

Stopped there 3/6/221. Very slow service2. Out of ice tea.3. Waited 15 minutes for 3 sliders crinkle fries and a drink.4. Fries were 1/2 cooked they were horrible.I wouldnt reccomend this joint to anyone.as far as I'm concerned we were ripped off.

You just never know if you can chew there chicken sandwiches. Sometimes to tough because they had been holding it. So always tell them fresh chicken if you don't mind waiting 5 minutes more.Parking: Lot of parking spaceKid-friendliness: Lots of choices for my grandkids

Very fast service, efficient service, and very friendly! No monotone employees who clearly hate their job, they were very nice and amazing customer service, also appreciated them looking out and making sure we had all of our food! Food was delicious as well! Fresh and amazing! Very happy with the service I received!!

We went to eat around 9pm due to baseball. We were hoping for our normal warm and fresh sandwich however that was not the case. We got two French dips and both sandwiches were cool to the touch and cheese not melted. The fries were also lukewarm. We walked away disappointed.

Beautiful new building, good food and great service. Reason for only 3 stars is it's 7:30 PM on Tuesday evening, my wife and myself receiving our order with one other person in the dining area. All of the tables were very clearly dirty and needing wiped down. Floor was needing swept. Drink area was wet from overflowed drinks. As expected the food was great. I went to the restroom to wash up and it to needed a good cleaning. Everything was dirty down to even seeing a cigarette butt on the floor. I heard a lot of laughing and having a good time, behind the counter and I wouldn't hold that against them if the business was clean but I had to wonder where the manager was because they couldn't have been in the building. Despite all of this, I'll go back again and give them another try. Hopefully I just caught them at a bad time.We returned on June 1st around 6:30 P.M. and have to say the store was much cleaner even though it was very busy. Our server "Gabby" was very plesant and helpful. Our order was hot and complete. We were ery happy that Arbys would remain on our favored list.If review of this message helped correct the problems at this wonderful store, thank you very much.

First time getting a gyro thier. I chose the Greek one. Was good. Maybe better than what I would expect to get. My past experience has been basically it looks lots better in the picture than what you find when you unwrap your choice. The staff was nice, the inside was clean and fresh looking. Would go back here again .

Nice and clean, with friendly service. The food was done well. But having Fox News on a television insures that I will not return. I don't like to see political TV shows in a place where I eat, particularly not the lies of Fox.

Got my delicious Greek gyro right away! It was so good! I also had a Sweet Tea and a French Dip sandwich with au jus (So Good!!!). The service was awesome and very fast!

I love there Ruben sandwich and my daughter loves there deluxe roast beef and cheese sandwich meal. They cook a seasoned french fry and there pop is unlimited. We eat at the new restaurant out south usually weekly. It's clean and the food is always fresh and hot.

The fried were old and cold. Instead of serving stale fries...try actually serving good food. You will make more money in the long run. I will not return to Arby's for a long while
