I came in Saturday night 30 min before close. Sara helped me and l had exceptional customer service. Definitely above average in Salina. All the staff was very nice as were all the customers. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Very positive experience. I will definitely come back!!!

I had visited this store to purchase a new fill valve for my toilet. The associate walking by the area stopped and asked if he could help me, listening to my issue and giving me clear advice on how to fix the problem. He was a very helpful young gentleman. Thank you!

What a great store! There’s always a knowledgeable person nearby to help. Today it was Paul who assisted me. Wonderful sporting goods department, toy selection, best jigsaw puzzle selection in town - - if you need it you’ll probably find it here.

I only went there because I had a gift card. The cashier was rude, put my change on the counter after I handed her the cash to pay the remaining balance, then gave me a coupon to use next time I come in. No thanks, I'm good. With that kind of service, why would I go back.The store itself I like browsing.

Fantastic place to go. Gibsons ACE has a great selection of everything. YETI, Milwaukee, Dewalt, Treager, etc. I love to visit just to look around at the always fresh inventory. WARNING: amazing kids toy selection, you have been warned! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended visiting for your essential items, browse for yourself.

This little chain had more staff than any of the big stores. I was asked multiple times if I had found or needed help finding something. Funny you walk into the big stores and it's like the staff run from you, thanks Ace and all your employees for helping your customers.

This place is HUGE inside. I’m pretty sure they have anything you could possibly need. It’s almost overwhelming when you walk in. I found what I needed pretty quickly and the employees I had contact with were friendly. Pricing seemed fair as well.

We frequent this store almost every weekend! They have the BEST grilling section in Salina! I'd give 5 stars but sometimes the aisles are too crowded with stuff.

I visited on 3-19-22 and every employee I encountered knew where to direct me to what I was looking for. Everywhere I went looking there was an employee who asked if I found what I was looking for or if I needed help. They knew what isle, about what I was looking for, what would be the best for what I was going to use it for. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and got the 5 things I needed. Best employees I have ever encountered anywhere. Thank you for all your help

Customer service employee was snide immediately. She didn't know the return process, argued with my partner, until finally calling another associate. I walked away within 5 minutes into the encounter. The 2 gentlemen associates were knowledgeable and helpful.

While spending 20 minutes in the store I had someone offer to help me no less than 5 times and every time they had an answer. I crisscrossed the store twice from one corner to the next. The store is filled with unique things and lots of inventory. The aisles are narrow and you get the feeling the store is jammed with lots of things to discover. Great experience! I love the small town, local owed feel. I personally know the owners support the community. I suggest the community support them.

Horrible customer service by Al, Mark (the owner), and those under him. Don't do business at Ace. Said they weren't going to sell 12 gauge shot shells to the public. Who are they selling to? Mark and Al are very disrespectful. Al will act all nice to you only to get to hunt your property then he will back stab you when you're not around. Don't give any of them your hard earned money. Forgot to mention they are extremely expensive on most everything there in the store. I did a lot of business with them over the years... I will never again give them another dollar. Poor quality, rude, disrespectful, and down right horrible business men. Ask me more about my experience and I'll be happy to tell you! 🙂
