Let me tell you, this staff is amazing! Jermaine, Donna, Elaine, Stephanie all teamed up to make sure I could find what I was looking for. Jermaine preempted what I was looking for and jumped right in. When it was determined they were out of the auto supplies I needed, the 3 ladies looked in the back. After we determined we could not locate what I needed, they all worked out a a map and directions to where I needed to go to pick up the supplies. What a great group of people and I am so thankful for their outstanding help!Love you all!

The mini fenced-in dog park was such an unexpected surprise! The employees and the pet owners who have previously used the dog park have done the work to keep it clean and well maintained. We probably spent an hour playing fetch and stretching our legs, which made the puppy exhausted and made me happy to continue our travels.

This is a very clean, well-kept stop that looks like it may have recently been renovated. Restrooms are super clean and staff is very polite. I would recommend this place for a stop along I-70.

Was here 2-3 weeks ago. Nice new building and staff. There's even a transgender staff member with colored hair that works nights that's more than happy to be your good buddy if you ask him.

Cute little truck stop with a large parking area, we frequent this stop everytime we come through Russell, Kansas. It was very late when we came this time but the lot is very well lit up and it feels safe here. When we entered the cashier, Ashlynn, had a mop bucket and had been cleaning the women's restroom but stopped to greet us and told me I could use the shower room to go to the restroom. It looked so clean and smelled good, she must've already cleaned it. She was so sweet, friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. Of course, with the virus scare the roller grill wasn't working and there was no popcorn or donuts, but there were lots of other food and snacks. I grabbed a liter bottle of 24/7 water, a cinnamon crumbcake muffin, a Southwest chicken sub and some Laffy Taffy ropes to snack on later. My husband went for a 44 oz. fountain drink and a ham and cheese sub..he doesn't think about getting snacks for the truck so I'm sure he'll be stealing my muffin later. This store also has an ATM inside and not only do they have food and drinks but WOW! all the other things to look at that they fit inside this small area. There is many souvenirs, figurines, books, movies, shirts, purses, playing cards...all kinds of unique items or gift ideas, I can't help but to look around everytime we come. I highly recommend this Travel Store and hopefully you'll get Ashlynn to be your cashier, she was refreshing to visit unlike some other places we've been too. Thank you Ashlynn, hope to see you again!

Nice place but the dog park is under construction, no fence and currently just a pile of mud. When it’s done it will be fenced and have a bench to sit on which will be nice, but it will be pretty small.

Had i known the sandwich i baught for lunch on the road was in the warmer but still ice cold inside i woulda saved $6 on a over priced subpar chicken sandwich and ate at home 1.5 hours later.

Stopped on our way back home to fill up. The posted price for cash was incorrect. The posted discount on the pump for cash payments of diesel was incorrect. The cashier spoke to us like we were the stupidest humans she had ever seen when we mentioned the discount on the pumps. Apparently, those discounts were never applicable to this station. According to her, we should have known the station had purchased used pumps.When we used less fuel filling up than we prepaid for, and requested to be reimbursed the difference, she acted like we were stealing.No one has the time or the energy to deal with such absurdity when stopping to fill up on fuel and other small items. It’s just as easy to go across the street.

Long distance traveling with our pup on I70 and we ended up stopping here for gas and a potty break. Doesn't appear special from the outside but as others have said, the bathrooms were clean and stocked. The best part for our dog was the fenced-in dog park. That was a very pleasant surprise and it made our dog very happy, which made me happy. We plan to stop here each time we make this trip.This review is for the 24/7 at exit 314 on I70 in Kansas. Oops

Nothing about this Google Maps entry tells you that THIS LOCATION AT EXIT 184 in Russell KS IS CLOSED --November 19, 2023. In fact it says Open 24 hours. I'm sure it's a fine establishment but driving a big rig pulling a trailer makes it more difficult to negotiate traffic when you have to change plans on the fly upon seeing the place you planned to stop at ISN'T EVEN THERE.

Dishonest bait and switch pricing. The price you see on the sign is not what you’re going to pay for regular unleaded at the pump. Recommend going to a different town and business for gas.

We are so grateful for an employee there name Donna who helped us with our electric car charging problem. She went out of her way to help us find a charging outlet- even calling McDonald’s next door. Our new car was not going as far on a charge as showing on the display, possibly due to the heat and rising elevation. She gave the best customer service. Thank You Donna.

This place is always a pleasant stop for us. The restrooms are constantly being cleaned, the staff are nice and friendly and they recently remodeled. The coffee shop and restaurant are a nice addition too. I'm not a truck driver, but their truck area seems large and well laid out. They even have charging stations for electric cars, a dog park and picnic benches.

I travel by motorcycle a lot. When we pulled in, it was hot, we'd put down about 400 miles, and the pumps were full. While waiting for a pump to open, and employee brought us a cold bottle of water each. That is the kind of customer service that melts my heart.There's no way the staff knew we were both old broken veterans. There's no way the staff knew we'd put down that many miles, and yet they took the time to take care of us.

We usually stop at the big name truck stops but on our way to deliver in Colorado from Pennsylvania, husband mapped out all our stops. We deliver on Friday AM and we stopped here for our 10 hour break. This place is clean and actually refreshing. The cashiers are friendly and make sure we had what we needed. So far we are very pleased with it. Will Definitely be stopping at their other locations to see if they are just as nice.

The staff here is great the bathrooms are nice and clean and it doesn't seem to be overcrowded at any point I actually took a good long break there and it just was seamless going in and out no one really had a problem with the parking lot or any of the pumps

It's a place to park that's it. Restroom covered in pee. Only ice cold water to wash your hands. No coffee at all at 5am. No creamer eigther. Terrible

Credit card port was not working on some of the pumps. The screen was practically unreadable. The person pumping gas on the other side of my pump had very little pressure until my pump had finished then theirs started pumping.

Creative/deceptive fuel price advertising. Nice little bait and switch they have going on. Putting a price up on the sign and then charging additional if you pay at the pump. I travel all over the Midwest and the south frequently. This is far from the normal way of doing business. And only after I swiped my credit card and activated the pump did I realize the price on your neon sign was your “cash price”. Loves truck stop up the road at least toggles their sign back and forth to show you their two different gas prices. No one likes being “tricked” into doing business somewhere...
