Parents recently helped me buy a good truck for me and my kid, the owners of miller motors treated us like family and not everyday customers. They went above and beyond after the vehicle that I bought had some minor issues that were unknown to them, they proceeded to pay for it and provide good service and care. Would buy another vehicle any day of the week.

Got my 05 Impala here years ago and it never let me down. Had a few bumps and bruises here and there but overall it was an amazing car for the price. About a year and a half ago now I crashed it and had to say goodbye. Kept me happy and never had a major issue. I would definitely (and have already a few times) recommend this place to anyone looking for a starter car or a good daily.

Bought a car from these guys like 2 or 3 years ago. Was a sleeper had a supercharger. Didn't even know what it was at the time ha ha. Hit a deer about a week ago and they fixed it up. Looks awesome. He called it when it would be done. Great service good cars for sale. Would recommend to anyone in the surrounding area or even from far away. Check these guys out if you have any car needs. Highly recommend.

This started off on a great foot! Russ was great to work with and we chose to purchase a vehicle from him. He listed off items that he would address on the dealer paperwork. He fixed most of it. except for the seatbelt in the rear middle seat.Then the check engine light came on. We knew were weren't getting a new car. He was generous enough to offer to fix the issues causing the light. However, we have only had this car in our physical possession 9 days out of the last 30 because he never fixed the issues at hand. We kept reaching out to them and letting them know that the issues still haven't been corrected. REPLACING SENSORS IS NOT ALWAYS THE ISSUE!!! He then criticizes us and tell us not to contact him anymore because we keep reaching out to him to fix what he said he was going to fix.This place is a joke! Never again.

If I could give "0" stars I would have. Came down to purchase a truck with known misfire issues. Drove an hour and a half and the truck was not the same as listed. Tires were different and other items were missing that were previously in posted photos.Saw a other truck, agreed on a price. Went to fill the truck with full and noticed a large hole in the floor board. Drive less than 20 miles and the fuel tank fell off. Sales lady did a great job with the information she had about the truck. Wouldn't recommend for their prices.

Decided to try out the small town dealer in Rossville for a vehicle for my son. Would like to rate this experience a negative 10. Shame on you Miller Motor for swindling my son out of his hard earned money and giving us a vehicle that has done nothing but cause stress for him and myself. Your business ethic is pathetic and you give American small businesses a bad name. I am grieved that my teen put his trust in the likes of you and hope he can learn from you how NOT to be when doing business in this world. We would have been better off going to a junkyard.

I found a fairly decent truck at a fair enough price. Sadly, like most dealers, some things were not represented factually. I was told that NEW GM mirrors were put on my truck. 2 years later I find different. I also had to replace a front wheel hub that supposedly both just replaced when I bought it. They last longer than 15000 miles. I I didn't expect a new truck. I expect the repairs you tell me that were done were actually DONE the way you said. Don't worry, I won't be back.

Great friendly service and very reasonable on price. Quick to fix any issue with a vehicle they are planning to sell. Bought my sons first car from here and they made it right before we even paid them. Absolutely 100% satisfied with my experience with Miller Motors! My first time visiting, just riding with some friends who was bringing friends to purchase a vehicle..the man was very nice ,answered all questions will great knowledge about all the cars on the lot.. made car shopping very nice for our friends.They ended up purchasing 2 vehicles that day!! I will definitely come back when I am ready to purchase myself a vehicle. Very reasonable prices,not to mention the special pricing on some vehicles.. I would recommend you checkout Miller Motors, before you go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed!!!

Interesting Experience, Challenging follow up process. 80 mile trip to dealership. Glad they made sure the car was in good working order as agreed. Very disappointed by the "fix" of the glovebox without a lock. It was agreed to be fixed so it would close. Never in our wildest imaginings would be expect two screws used to secure it closed, rending it useless. Car was supposed to be ready, cost me two hours of unpaid leave time at work waiting for it to be really ready. Owner was very conscientious. I would buy from Miller Motors again. Lost a better rating with halfbaked glove box fix, not having it ready as agreed and then not communicating in advance that it was not ready for pickup as originally anticipated. Published online price was wrong and not honored, but additional repairs to vehicle made that an easy consideration for fair price.

There is a reason that Russ doesn't list the mileage..its because the mileage is SO HIGH that nobody would even call or come to look at these trucks if he posted it. You can pretty much guarantee that everything comes off that used lot is going to have problems and they're not going to be fixed by anybody but the buyer. Read the 1 Star ratings....they'll tell you everything you need to know. If you are desperate and you have no other choice but to buy something and you need anything that might move under its own power...then i guess it may be the place for you. Otherwise, NO! I talked to two people that have worked there and they said that the 5 star ratings on here are from friends, staff and his own family.

Great Service I Highly recommend this place. Bought our son his first car here and drove it fifty miles and it drove Great! Very Trustworthy place. Bought a good, used car From them today. They went extra mile repairing a broken radiator for free when gave out on way hone fon purchase. Took the morally high road! Grateful. And towed car back free too.

I honestly feel this place is one of the best used car dealerships in town. The sales person was helpful and determined to get us into a reliable vehicle. If I buy another vehicle in the future I would definitely go to Miller motors. Thanks for the help

Not a good place to buy a vehicle, we had nothing but problems from the minute we drove off the lot. The office area was a mess and they are very unorganized. I wish I would have went there before the deal was made I would NOT have bought from them at all. The truck we bought caught on fire 3 months after paying for it. Had one thing after another go wrong.

I would rate 0 stars but I’m feeling nice. You’d have better luck going to a junkyard or auction. All cars are bound to have problems. Really test drive the car if you get that far. Especially high way speeds.

Paid cash for car which had a broken odometer. Was charged extra and promised to fix. Our mistake was taking car with fix coming when they got a replacement. Agreement to replace was noted on the Bill of Sale. 9 months later still getting the run around. No fix.

Unethical sales practices. I reached an out-the-door deal with the owner Russ over the phone. I drove 600 miles one way to his car lot (I live in Colorado). When I arrived, He reneged on our deal, and tried to jack up the price $1000 on me. His word means nothing. Stay away. Randy

DO NOT GO HEREThe first 2 trucks i liked didnt even start and had to be jumped and after that my dumb self Bought a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 and it drove good for about a day and the oil pressure kept going on and off took it to get it fixed with the warranty and he goes on about oh the truck was (to his understanding) SOLD AS IS.He also told me that oh that's just a little screen that gets dirty and causes it to read wrong and its a simple fix (MY MECHANIC SAID THAT DOESN'T EVEN EXIST)With his simple fix my truck sat at the Miller motors shop for over a week and I finally had enough so I i went up got my truck and made an appointment with my mechanic and just after the warranty expired my simple fix motor blew up right after the warranty ended

I would put 0 but it won't let me, they pulled the engine light bulb and the truck has been messing up and it the promblem stopped and then came back, the check engine light would have been on the whole time and I would have never known.

Family like car lot helpful staff large inventory some of the cars are a little rough around the edges I think for the price you're going to pay original retail price for conditioning oh no not a bad car dealership
