Tried to order 2 pizzas last night, their A.I.picked up, took our order, then connected us with a clerk who had NO idea why we were calling, so I said, I was ordering some pizzas and it connected me to you. He asked if he had talked to me earlier, still confused why I called. Finally I said, well I ordered and he said "cool" . So off I went to get our food. They had no idea I ordered, it wasn't ordered apparently and when I went in one person was working and the dude was just standing there doing nothing. Will not order again. Used to order multiple times a month.

I love their pizza but as a former employee who has a disability and used to work there it is not an ideal place to work eventually I was being harassed about my disability by the manager and other employee/s who complained about it and I got very annoyed by this so I ended up quitting, also besides that during my time working there they constantly had soda, ice cream machines as well as the dam registers breaking down and were to slow to call in maintenance to fix them it was very annoying especially when the store got busy as hell, they don't give their employees more then half hour break even if you're working more then 6 hours and that is the only break you get all day no matter how long you are there, these gas station companies don't care about you they are just out to make money and forget that they have employees working there that need their breaks and lunches!! lets not forget the employees that have to have a smoke break every hour or 2 just to feed their dumb nicotine addiction. Anyways! you only getting a 2 star rating from me

Their pizza takeout opens at 4 am and closes at 12 am, which is great for night owls like myself who need to eat something in between night adoration. Everything else in town is closed at those early hours. Not only great tasting pizza, but also a public service for the hungry when everywhere else is closed.

Constant Has problems with the card reader to the point to where they only accept cash. More often than not you won’t find what you want in the fridges, even though the product is on the floor in boxes. This place has gone downhill fast. The gas price sign doesn’t work anymore and half the time the pumps are out of service. The workers are always in a good mood though and it’s a very friendly place. Just wish it would be better taken care of.

Lights flickering like a disco party outside do not even think of going there if your prone to seizures. Gas price on the sign doesn't work. Card readers consistently messed up. Never have donuts out even though they have donuts baked in the prep area. If you ask for donuts in the prep area then they just ignore you and keep doing whatever it is menial task they're doing. Poorly trained management equals poorly trained workers. Orders called in are expected to be wrong when picking them up. You cannot seem to get anyone to make you a sub or anything else for that matter. Seems the whole place is failing. Which is sad because it has plenty of potential. Workers stand out front to smoke so you walk through a cloud of cigarette stench. Used to be a great place now is quickly going down hill. This is not the workers fault I believe. Owners need a better manager team who cares more about running their store and less about screwing around.

My experience was fine until they had to refill the half and half in the dispenser. When they took it apart it was so nasty and moldy I wouldn't drink the coffee that they squeezed what was left in the bag into my coffee cup. It looks like it had never been cleaned since that Casey's opened up. Will never go there again

Deisel sign shows 3.89, pumps show 3.99. When we asked a worker, they said the sign is broken. However, the owner posted 40 minutes ago the price was 3.89. Take your business down the road for the same price, to a business that's not giving you false advertising.

Poorly run. Products in the fridge are always empty. There is always something missing in that place. Won't put in the effort to get the card reader fixed and have to insert card 3 times then swipe. This Casey's has gone downhill real fast.

Orders constantly get messed up and their solution is free breadsticks instead of employee training. Masks are not enforced and customers are not assisted in telling others without masks to maintain a 6ft distance, I felt very unsafe after I had to ask a man to please step away from me while I was at the counter and he decided to stand BESIDE me, the male employee said nothing. They go through people so fast you can't learn who anyone is really (must be hiring some winners) cashiers are unhelpful and uncaring. Some employees have their friends just hangout in the store taking up space just so they can talk. Really gone down hill

Cleanest Caseys I've been into in awhile. Was greeted as I entered an they were busy both registers open. Got a couple donuts and coffee. Both tasted good. Coffee is coffee as long as its not decaf im good.

Fast and friendly place to stop on a busy morning. It's nice to walk in tired in the morning and have great service, helps the day run smoothly right from the start☺Deli is always ready to make us food and they genuinly seem happy to help and greet us smileing. Cashier's keep the line moving during busy times and find time to chat with us when they can. Great place and people!!

I have been in this store at least 3 times trying to get a sub sandwich. They always have excuse to get out of making a sandwich or totally ignore that you are standing there, today’s excuse I have 2 pizzas cooking so it will be awhile before I can get to you. Poorest customer service anywhere! To bad our town has no where to get food that Eatable guess I’ll continue driving to Topeka to get carry out.

Manager Alan accuses me of driving off and not paying for my gas when I’m fact I was in the store purchasing more items and using the restroom. Well Alan this is my last visit to your store. I will drive 45 minutes the other direction to avoid this store.

Word of advice, if you get their pizza, do not add extra veggies for 1.25. I got about 7 tiny banana peppers on my pizza for a 1.25 more... they're very stingy when it comes to veggies.
