DO NOT USE CLICK 2 GO service. Ordered food, went at my scheduled time to pick up, got the email it was ready and we have been sitting in the parking lot now for an hour. My husband ended up going in and asking where the heck our food was, and they have no idea. Have been told 3 different times they were getting it. I would’ve walked home and back 3 times and am still waiting. What a waste of time. Figure out the service or don’t offer it. There’s no reason we’ve been waiting an hour for an order. I could’ve shopped it by now.

You can save on certain things if you compare to off base options. Do NOT buy fresh produce or meat here and check dates on ALL perishable items as many of their employees do not pay attention and do not always rotate stock. You have to watch to be sure you do not buy expired goods. But cannot beat that tax free so long as you are VERY careful to watch the dates and inspect everything as you cannot trust this place! I have learned the hard way a few times when I was in a hurry.

Fair prices but have noticed recently the fall off in service provided. Curbside pickup use to be on time and most items were picked up. Now they are always running behind and they barely fill the order because of rushing it. There has been items missing and I go into store afterwards and find.

Not sure why they have a sign for the express lane when the checker supervisor has people with full carts go in front of people with only a few items. Produce quality is the worst in town. There are empty places on shelves often.

This store undoubtedly stands out for its budget-friendly prices, making it a great option for soldiers looking to save on food expenses. The affordability factor is commendable and sets it apart from other stores in the area.However, there is one significant concern that prevents me from giving it a higher rating. The quality of the produce leaves much to be desired. I noticed that the freshness and overall standard of the fruits and vegetables were lacking, which was disappointing.Despite the appealing prices, the subpar quality of the produce is a crucial factor to consider. While I'd love to give this place 5 stars solely based on its affordability, I have to be honest about the produce issue, which ultimately brings my rating down to 3 stars.If the store can address and improve the quality of their produce, it would undoubtedly enhance the overall shopping experience and possibly warrant a higher rating in the future.

Has pretty much everything you could want. It's kept clean and organized. You can also trust the sushi here, I've had it several times with no issues. They make it fresh daily. They even have houseplants for sell.

Was great to work until people that think they know everything got involved in our department. They create drama and sabatoge you if you work harder than them or ignore the banter. The assistant director hated men or something because she always seemed snotty to the men in our department and even made my manager remove his Shriner bobble head on his desk because her religious leader said Freemasonry is bad. If donating millions to sick children is bad then I guess she would be right. The other manager rewards the lazy and oppresses the hard workers. You can tell by the massive amount off quality of people that left how the environment is.

Very clean store, the produce always looks great. It's hard to find a worker sometimes to direct where an item is. Self-checkout cashiers are not very friendly or attentive when the register scale gives an error message and locks up.

Clean. Well stocked. Orderly. Good meat prices for area. Some other canned items too high priced. I would suggest management get a program started to match prices to outside local stores. It would help our troops and their families, keep them shopping on post. Think about it management.

Your better off shopping at Dillons or Aldis. Food is mostly expired and the produce goes bad almost immediately. Its not worth it

I enjoy shopping at the commissary especially when you don't have much else around your area. They usually have the best meat prices and a good variety in their international section and specialty meat. The new Click2go app is sooo much better but inventory on there is still a hit-or-miss though and I wish they would price-match substitutions like other places.

I'm always looking for one big bag of nature's recipe but they're always out. I used to get two big bags every two weeks if available but now I'm having to use a small bag and other random dog food. I wish that they put more in their inventory.

If you are not careful, you might end up paying more than civilian stores. You don't pay taxes but you pay a 5% government surcharge... (just add the surcharge to the prices, what is wrong with you?) Also, their self checkout machines are a nightmare. They are slow as hell and you need to scan your products one by one and make sure the weight detects them (which takes forever).

It's just an average commissary. Not a ton of options for Asian foods - particularly no Korean/Vietnamese. Most of my produce rots very quickly. I appreciate the Blue Light self-bag lanes because I don't carry cash - ever, and the self check lanes have a very annoying weight limit (especially when I buy like two things and a case of soda or dog food). Employees could certainly be nicer.

The best grocery shopping on post. The prices are even better than Walmart. The only complaint I'd have is that they don't have Schweppes tonic water, only Perrier and some others.

The cashiers, the deli workers, the sushi chef were very nice. The commissary melt my expectations I was able to find what I needed.
