Very nice store. It looked clean & organized. The staff was friendly. It was a pleasure shopping there.Special thanks to the lady, maybe a manager... she gave permission for me to park for the night in the parking lot... I'm truly grateful! I am a senior woman who travels alone in my Winnebago. I like to stay at Walmart because it's so well lit. I feel very safe there😁🥀

I have delivered to over 500 Walmart Stores. I just made an on-time delivery in New Mexico last Monday. I shopped in your store not making a delivery, but shopping looking for the gr8!! Qtrly bargains. Deals and savings along my route travels on short speedy lunch breaks as I have done for 7yrs. Walmart Employees today followed me throughout the store to the Clearance Aisle and a younger male in WM vest created a fake conversation. Another WM employee in WM vest took pictures of me with her personal cell phone while I picked up a broken gel lid to put the broken lid back for a brand new one and at check out two female WM employees in WM vests refused to sell me the individual akaline water at the correct individual price. Originally from fast pace New York I can self checkout extremely fast on my good days. Today was not my fastest ck out but I guess I drew high attention on me. I paid cash/credit. This makes WM employees leary of my fast paced check outs. Attached is my receipt. I paid for everything in my cart. Nothing stolen. This is 2024 WM your not seeing straight. Paying Customers recognize know and feel Stereo-tpying, predujidice and when there is disparage treatment.

Everyone, with the exception of the lady that works the customer service desk in the evening, is always very polite. The store is always clean and organized and for being a smaller store, they have a good selection of products.

As much as I wish other stores well, I really have no problems except with the cheap electronics.Microwave arced to the point of self destruction and the floor fans are wonky.

As am Over The Road Truck Driver with diabetes it imperative a shop every 7-10 days. So it is GREATLY appreciated when y’all let me bring my truck in to shop. Also John was excellent.

Went in to shop and look around for different items I needed...was instantly followed and felt judged...in fact even overheard said worker refer to me with a very unfair slur that doesn't even apply to me. I'm terminally ill and might not fit ones idea of what they may find attractive but that didn't give them a right to make such an unfair assumption. I won't be shopping here again and will drive the extra miles just to shop at a less judgemental, intrusive, Walmart where I'm not followed and profiled.

While I was shopping the other day I was walking through the food isles and there was mismarked items, boxes on floor and nobody around. It took forever to try and find someone to assist me with finding anything and when I did find someone they were rude and almost hostile. I don't like walmart in general but in this case I've got to say it was one of the worse experiences I've had. Guessing they are going through management changes. Hopefully it gets better.

My son is attending Barclay College and went to the Pratt Walmart to get an oil change. The people in the Oil and Lube department went well above their duties to assist him in getting an oil change and other issues. I have never experienced any other Walmart Oil and Lube to do more than is required in their job description. Thank you for taking care of my son and going above and beyond to ensure he was taken care of. Your assistance means so much!

Managed to get in with our semi for a quick shopping trip. They don’t want trucks in there, like most Walmarts these days since there are always those handful of lazy truckers who leave their trash and tear stuff up. Idk if they have the security to enforce trucks from coming in or not, but would be cool if we all could be respectful and not ruin for truckers who actually need to shop and stuff. Walk your trash to a trash can and don’t leave it in the lot/shopping cart. It’s easily finagleable without tearing up the lot.

I have Never seen such Rude employees. It was like they All hated their job and their lives and hated us for being in their space! I really couldn't believe it! We are traveling and needed a few items so we're not familiar with the store. When we asked directions to what was needed they were very rude. Not just 1 or 2 or even 3 but 4 different employees. It was a very odd experience to see so many hateful people working in the same store. I can understand 1 person having a bad day but not every single employee we had contact with. Even the lady at the checkout counter had a very bad attitude. Maybe it's something in the water or just the air they have to breath in that town. I know I will Never be going there again and hopefully corporate sees this review and does something to address the severe attitude problems at this particular store. Because I have never seen anything like that and I've been to many Wal-Mart stores all over the country. The people at this place have No idea how to treat customers. Good luck

It could have been better like when I'm standing around looking at something I wish someone would have walked up to me asking if I needed help besides people standing around with their thumb up their behind when I go into Walmart or any store you know if you need help with something but if you can't help anybody if there's nobody around and someone does walk by that person should say can I help you and the person if they said yes that then let the associate find someone who works in that department to help that person

Its not as big as the other ones in the area. If we have to school shop or anything like that we go somewhere else, but its a nice store amd but employees and definitely does what it needs to. Still a good selection

Masks are provided when entering. Posted, but not enforced. Even though the parking lot was pretty full, I was able to shop (including looking through the clearance racks) and self-check out with no delay.*** An additional plus, it is getting better about items coming in and being available again on the shelf. I was able to buy Lysol spray (the one that we know and love) for the first time in almost a year!!
