Went to the Humane Society to pick up a voucher to pay a large amount of having my dog spayed. Couldn't have had the procedure done without their help. The staff is very friendly n helpful. The facility is very clean n has been remodeled and updated.

Adopted a kitten from the shelter on 01/14/2022, and had previously went in to see the cat and speak with whoever I could about the process and cost. I was told before I came to pick the kitten up that the adoption fee was $30, which is what's listed on every website that I can find. Finally got the chance to look at my receipt, and I was charged $50 for the adoption fee. I know I shouldn't be worried about costs when I'm trying to help an animal in need, but that's NO way to get returning customers. I was told a firm price of $30, and walked out paying $64 and some odd cents (with a $10 donation fee.) Giving 3 stars because I can't complain about the kitten I adopted, as she's adorable, but don't lie to your customers. I'll choose to go through another shelter if I'm approved to adopt again.

Went there today to see about a dog that was seen on their website. We ended up taking her home with us. She is very content on husband's lap.

The facility seems functional, but not well designed. An adapted warehouse, it seems, with after-thought office spaces and animal viewing areas. Staff was basically polite, but did not seem straight forward, either in person, or on the phone. My animal adoption was successful, and I do have a great pet as a result.

Clean, helpful, nice the only reason I don't give them a five star Pratt pride rating is the inability to stand up for pits due to the govt. Funding... As far as their care top shelf!

Went there with a friend, sat in truck while she went in, very nice people, they run the place great! Animals are well taken care of!

It is remodeled since I was last there, and it looks amazing. I would like to see more knowledgable staff working there. But they are friendly and helpful.
