Went in to pick up our cat .when we asked about him the person waiting on us said he was fine. My 11 year old daughter saw him first .face down in the water bowel Dead!!!!

Dr. Bergner was very kind and answered all my questions. Her and her assistant were wonderful with my animals and got my rabbit in ASAP when he had an infection. I definitely recommend and will continue to go for all my pets needs.

I found a sick Kitten and didn't know what to do. Dr. Bergner not only made sure to make time to help me, but continued to stay in contact with me and help me through the process. Dr. Bergner is incredibly caring and professional and clearly, loves what they do. I wish I lived closer to make this my main vet clinic for my own animals. THANKS DR. BERGNER!

I took my birds in for a wellness check and to get their nails done. I am partially deaf and I need to see faces to understand. I let them know this when I scheduled the appointment and they were able to work with me.The vet seemed like she knew about parrots and how to handle them.They were amazing. My birds don't like their feet touched but the vet and assistant were very gentle and calm while wrapping the birds in a towel to do their nails.I will definitely be taking my birds back to this vet for future appointments.

Went in to have my puppy checked out after we adopted her. The reason for the visit was her cut where she got spayed was swollen, and she had a nasty cough (it was rare when we went but still happening). All the women did was say her cut was “fine” just swollen. And that her cough was allergies. She never looked at her throat and only poked her cut for maybe 30 seconds. Well 3 days later I go to south fork because she isn’t eating and her cut is still big and the cough has gotten even worse. South fork tells me she has SEVERE KENNEL COUGH and her cut is INFECTED. And that if Dorman would have payed more attention my puppy wouldn’t be suffering like she is now. If I could give negative stars to this place I would. GO TO SOUTH FORK. NOT “MAIN STREET VETERINARY” Especially if you love your fur babies.
