For some reason the pharmacy changed the doctor that is on my husband's prescription medication that he has had for 5 years and has never had a different doctor. He is now 6 days past his refill and is experiencing withdrawals from his depression medication. Very unprofessional.

We used to get our prescriptions filled here, but they just weren't offering the service we needed. Until Gatlin Pharmacy opened they never even bothered with home delivery. The people working here try, but I get the feeling the corporate leadership had fostered a toxic working environment. In other words, you'll get better service going somewhere else.

Place is a joke, you can call early, you can do whatever you want to try and get your prescription, but you go in and they always have an excuse on how it will be another 20 minutes, they will even say I'll make sure to have that ready in the morning and still never do, lost my business I don't have time to go there and wait half an hour everytime.....
