I cannot say enough good things about Queen of Paws grooming!! Our goldendoodle had such terrible experiences at 2 other groomers prior- literally came home a nervous wreck & wouldn't get near us for several days after each appointment. Thankfully we tried QoP!! Talullah is happy when she comes home! Acts completely normal & looks great too! So much peace of mind when we take her to be groomed at Queen of Paws!

We were recommended to this amazing place and I have to say the experience was delightful! I mean just look at him! All the staff were very nice and friendly and you can tell each individual cares about bthe well-being of every animal in their care. I can wait to go back!

Great place to groom our Aussie with extra long hair. She always comes back perfectly groomed. But since she is a large dog, it can get pricey. Be prepared.

I had my dog groomed here a couple years back and I’m just getting to writing a review because my experience was so bad. Price was fair but the person who groomed my dog was very rude. When she brought my dog out, my dog was very frightened and almost running away from the groomer. I got the feeling the groomer was mean or rough to my dog which caused this behavior. My dog has never had any issues with other groomers so I’m sure something weird happened at this place. Caution to people bringing other bigger dogs here for grooms to ensure they are being treated properly and kindly.

Highly recommended. I had an event I needed my dog groomed for and another business I was originally scheduled with cancelled the night before, I called Queen of Paws in the morning and explained my situation. The owner was extremely accommodating and understanding. She fit us right in. Queen of Paws was very clean and professional. Cooper has never looked/smelled better and I will definitely be returning. My new go-to groomer! Thank you so much!

I personally had a great first time experience with my puppy Murphy. I've never owned a dog before that needed grooming and everything was explained to me great and Murphy's grooming turned out spectacular. He smelled wonderful for well over a week. I was told by Amanda and Christine he was one of the BEST at being groomed. I will definitely continue to go here and he will be joining the doggie day-care program from time to time to get interactive play with pooches. I'll have no qualms about recommending this place to anyone.

I take my 8 month old puppy to Queen of Paws for doggie day play and grooming. The entire staff and owner have been so kind & welcoming. I truly feel like my little girl is getting the best care & gets the cutest teddy bear hair cut! There isn't one thing I would change about her grooming. She runs in so excited to greet everyone then darts off to play with her friends. This is even more amazing considering she has separation anxiety!

I've been taking my dog here for a little over a year now, have referred others and have to say I am disappointed with the owner recently. I’ve had a few odd interactions but Saturday’s made me decide to stop taking my dog here. I made an appointment on Wednesday for my dog to get groomed on Saturday at 11am. When I brought her in, we waited to be greeted for about 15 minutes. We had to yell to the back several times before we were helped. Someone had been waiting up front longer than me so I told him to go first thinking they would be right back up to take my dog back. Instead, we had to wait for that dog to get its nails trimmed before we were addressed. Finally, I met with the groomer, tell her what I want and leave. 2.5 hours later, I call to see if my dog was ready and was told “we had to squeeze her in, she is not ready yet.” I thought that was an odd response because I made the appointment in advance but accepted it and went about my day. At 3:30pm I called back to check on the status of my dog and got the voicemail. I was not expecting my dog to be there all day and had an event that night to get to. I left a voicemail that I would be picking her up in 20 minutes. When I arrived I asked the owner if she was ready and she said “she is not ready yet.” At this point, I was frustrated and stated that I was confused how my dog was squeezed in when I made the appointment earlier that week. I was told that all dogs are squeezed in unless they are on the regular grooming schedule? I said my dog didn’t need to get groomed that day and to please tell me ahead of time if she is being squeezed in not the day of when I call to check on her status. Also, it had been 5 hours at this point. There was no reason for her not to be ready. She accepted my feedback and told me she would be ready in 10 minutes. I do not appreciate being treated as if you (a business that I am paying for) is doing me a favor. Also, the prices have increased significantly but I didn't feel like arguing anymore and went ahead and paid it. It is too bad because the groomers are talented and do a great job.

I am excited to see the new facilities, but the staff at Queen of Paws is very friendly, accommodating, & professional. Our dog Ford, looks great after his grooming and enjoys going. I have been bringing my Beagle, Hazel, to Queen of Paws for about 5 years and couldn't be more pleased with her grooming and treatment!! Queen of Paws taught me what fermenting/de-shedding was for Hazel! The staff is friendly and they completely spoil Hazel each time she visits! The boutique owner is super professional in every way and a dog lover of course! I have recommended this place to all of my neighbors!!👍

I love all the darling clothes, truly unique! My brother's Yorkie, Louie V recently had dental work and he loves the soft treats! (All the treats for that matter) On the 6 week grooming maintenance plan & appreciate the reminders! Louie V always looks on point!! So handsome!!My go to boutique for pet gifts!! Amazing! So so so happy I brought my girl here.I have a white persian cat and they did such a wonderful job, she was in a great mood when she came home and smelled so so so good. The staff is so friendly. I have had multiple bad experiences with groomers in the area and was loosing hope I would find one.

We are new pet owners and so did not know what to expect when we brought our beloved Havanese puppy in for her first haircut. We were simply amazed with the time and care Kayla and Christine gave to our Sweetie. They stayed well past closing time to get out the matted fur that we had allowed to accumulate. And were very kind in their instruction about how to prevent it in the future. They went very slowly with Sweetie so that she would associate grooming with comfort rather than pain. I could not be more impressed.

I brought my lhasa apso in to be groomed for the second time. Hoped it would be better than the first time, where she looked sloppy after a couple of weeks. Maybe they needed to get accustomed to her. I picked her up and got her home. Looked closer, which I should have done there, and realized that the hair around her face looked choppy. Called Christine, the owner, and she was nice enough to let me bring my pup back in the next day for a touch up. Which I did but it ended up looking worse than before. Even though I showed her pictures! Shouldn't a groomer know how to groom different breeds without exact direction from the owner? Not sure what else I could have done.

I take my dogs to daycare a couple times a month and also for grooming. I love the friendly service. Christine really cares about the dogs and making sure they have a good experience with her. The store is clean and tidy and safe for the dogs. I love taking my dogs to daycare. They come home happy and worn out.

Took our precious Maggie in for cat grooming yesterday and she loved being groomed by Shastie! The owner, Christine, is a delight to work with, too. I highly recommend Queen of Paws for your kitty grooming - Maggie was way over-due for her grooming (our former groomer retired on us without warning) and I have been searching for just the right place to take Maggie. I came to Christine's boutique after my little problem child got kicked out of Petco for being a bad girl. I can't say she was on her best behavior at Queen of Paws either. Christine and her staff have always gone above and beyond to make my Princess look her best. Always a wonderful experience. I have a mal-shi and he gets so nervous to get groomed. He doesn't stay that way long while at this "spa" though. He loves it, and they do a really nice job. Plus, Christine is an absolute sweetheart and has a true and genuine love for animals!

Let me begin by saying that Samantha -Actual groomer is excellent at her craft, has heart, and was wonderful. However, I was completely ignored by the owner when I requested to hold my little one (Who hears when I arrive and cry’s like crazy and also was recovering from an ear infection in both ears, and this information was shared at drop off) WHILE I paid? No policy signs anywhere in establishment explaining this gesture? She had the audacity to have my pet taken to the back, As though I was going to take the dog and run without paying and like I couldn’t read between the lines? This wasn’t our first visit. I spent over $50.00 in addition to grooming fees for an over priced Christmas dress (Can find almost identical online for three quarters the price)....Not accustomed to paying to be insulted. Really didn’t appreciate the treatment. Business is about relationship Ice Queen, Not money. Needless to say, And not as though it will matter to you, we will take our business to where we can be respected and appreciated.

Today I went in with my pup, two friends and their pup just looking for some cool dog stuff. We walked in and we're not greeted. The lady at the desk who I'm guessing is the owner was very cold and honestly just rude. She looked at my friend and in a very awful tone said "can you lock that leash my daycare dogs are about to leave." Okay. Fine. But the dogs were not being disruptive, crazy or anything. They were just chilling with their owners. I got an EXTREMELY bad vibe and will not go back. I know my friends feel the same which is sad. They just live right down the road and could have been regulars.

My dog Rusty looks so good after his grooming the other day. This is my second visit and I can tell they were gentle to Rusty. They listened to my needs and did a great job. I'll definitely be back. I may even bring him back for some doggie day care.

Awesome staff! Fit me in at the last minute first thing in the morning. Very nice manager. Groomer did an amazing job on my cat and it only cost $30! Most places are $60-$110. LOVE THEM.

After being a satisfied customer for 3 years, yesterday I was treated so bad by the owner I will never be back! She called me a liar about wanting the same nail polish I received last. Said that they never even had that color that made me so happy last vist. Told they didn't keep a record of the colors they used, I should have done that!! I mean REALLY what kind of business is that. I always want to support small businesses, never hers again

Our poodle, Cashel, has enjoyed going to Queen of Paws grooming and doggie play for several months. So, when we went out-of-town recently, we decided Cashel should be boarded at Queen of Paws.
