I have purchased about 2 years apart, 1 female and 1 male both Dorky's. They have given this empty nest a lot of excitement. They also gave us a litter of puppies 4 to be exact. The male now lives in AZ. with my Son and we kept 2 females.I still love coming in to get dog food, every time I still have to look at the puppiesThe staff is always so helpful, So glad I found Land Of Paws

Very clean & well kept dog/cat boutique store. They carry a variety of dog toys, food, treats, etc. Some cat products as well. They also sell puppies! Very cute designer breeds. The puppies appear to be healthy & well taken care of. Highly recommend this pet store!

We found a truly perfect little puppy. When we bought him, we received papers describing the provenance of this puppy (not a puppy mill), including information about the mother and father of this puppy. I had been concerned about puppy mills in general, so this was very important to us.Becky, the store manager, and Dr. Daly, the Vet owner of the shop next door were incredibly helpful. Store's selection of merchandise is really good, albeit on the pricey side, but we have thus far had a really great experience.

I love this place. The staff are helpful and friendly. I've bought 2 dogs from here. I loved them both. I would recommend this store to anyone. If anyone tells you not to buy here. It means they have never owned a dog from here.

The store personally orders in our food for our dogs. They have been incredibly helpful in finding a food that works for our pups and when we were struggling to find one, allowed us to try a few and return the ones that didn't work. Their customer service is always incredible and we will be customers for a very long time!

The staff at Land of Paws is SOOO helpful! I have been here multiple times with questions about various kitties I've owned, and for they're always happy to assist and advise me. They have a GREAT selection of merchandise, and the vibe of the store is open and friendly. I travel all the way from across the state line, just to shop here. They're FABULOUS!

We bought a wonderful puppy from this place after being told multiple times that they don't get supplied by puppy mills.After researching the breeders, Canterbury Tails, we found out that they ARE a puppy mill and they've been cited numerous times for horrible conditions they keep their dogs in.Do NOT buy from this store as they are lying to their customers. The Vets associated with this place should be ashamed of themselves.Thankfully our little puppy seems to be happy and healthy, but I have a feeling his parents aren't so lucky. Makes me feel sick to know we helped contribute to such a despicable place though.

We recently took our basset hound to Land of Paws for grooming. They did an excellent job! They brushed her thoroughly and really cleaned up her coat. Her shedding has slowed dramatically and she's so soft. We will definitely be going back! Also, I went to pick her up with my 2 children in tow, I was told when I was checking out that next time I can call ahead and pay over the phone and they will bring her out to the car instead of me unloading the kids and everything. Wonderful!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I've never experienced such poor customer service in regards to returning an item. We bought a dog bed that states it has a removable cover. Only a small piece of the bed cover can be removed thus not worth the buy for us. We returned to the store with our receipt and were told by an older woman that it was "too damp" after we had washed it and to return back later afterwards to "see how it smells". We returned the next day and were met by two young associates. They inspected the bed and were sure we could return it but asked if we could wait for the manager to arrive to approve the return since the bed no longer had it's tag (we had bought it without the tag). We left the bed there and kept our receipt and later returned to an older woman telling us that the bed was now not returnable because it was "too soiled"?? The bed was just approved through the other two associates and was not soiled on prior to the return. We had made sure it was cleaned and in the same condition we had bought it for. We even had our receipt with us.Never again will I buy from this overpriced store. Shop at your own discreetion but just know they do not have the customers best interest at heart. $150 wasted on a bed we were unsatisfied with.

Nice store but sells puppies. Puppies are kept in enclosed plastic cages/boxes. Many are mutts that are very expensive. GOOD breeders would NEVER sell puppies to a pet store, no matter what they tell you.

Ok animal boutique for unique items, but the prices are really high on a lot of the same products you can find at big box stores. And if you venture all the way to the back, you'll find rows of kennels with designer puppies for sale. A pity they decided to line their pockets rather than use the space for rescue animals.

Fun, pet friendly with nice employees who greeted you and our pets. Store was clean and well maintained with all kinds of decorative treats and fun toys for purchasing that our dog absolutely loved, especially the yogurt flavored dog snacks.

Wonderful store to find everything you need for your dog or cat. They carry regular and specialty foods and many unique pet items you can't find elsewhere as well. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Great spot to find what you need for your fur babies!

I love coming here to play with the puppies, if you have 30 minutes of free time I fully recommend it. They also provide dog grooming and have every dog item you could possibly need. Great place!

This store is a little pricey compared to other places (and the internet) but they carry high quality pet food and fun unique pastry style treats for special occasions. They also special order food upon request when they don't carry the flavor or size I prefer, which I appreciate.

My last two pups are from here, have the best experience ever because of this place. So sad Dr. Gates has passed. Get your pups HERE. There are scams everywhere. Buy local. Visit your pup first then decide. My boys are my best friends and best friends to each other.

Comparing some of the stuff to regular pet store prices, it's pretty high. Also there's plenty of dog stuff but little to no cat stuff. The store and employees were nice though.

Pricey puppy factory but I can't help enjoying a visit here and there. They take really good care of their puppies and have excellent products. Specialty treats/ bakery style treats.

We were only visiting from Chicago and we knew it as a place where you could pet and bond with a puppy...covid change it all. We had to make a reservation prior and there was no time for us to do that. There's always next time.
