We chose this Bank years ago due to the friendly staff & their willingness to help or answer questions, when Needed. However, all of the staff that were here when we opened our accounts are now gone. There have been various new staff at different times, who have also always been super friendly & helpful, up until now! I have never been treated so disrespectfully by my own bank, in my life!! The rudeness & attitude that I experienced is unacceptable & We won't be giving them our business anymore because of that! We'll be switching banks this week!It's too bad that they dont see the need for professionalism & treat customers with equal respect! We used to LOVE this bank!
