This walmart is poorly ran. The genius employees at this location routinely put pallets full of items INFRONT of the refrigerator doors in frozen food isle making it impossible to get certain items. I'm no karen, but when it happens all the time, it begins to get frustrating as a paying customer.

Went to Walmart Neighborhood Market in Pittsburg ks on 12/24/23 to return a container of Miracle whip that was unsealed when I opened it from shopping bag. Customer service cashier was very rude and tried unsuccessfully to scan my receipt and told me their system was down and she couldn't help me. She had just waited on a gentleman before me and the check out registers were working. She rudely told me nothing she could do about it.

The employees here are awesome. And the place is well maintained. I'm in there atleast 3 times a week. Only thing I don't get is why is one person left to run the gas station. That gas station gets busy as heck. And they will have 1 person in there working. There should always be two people in there. When it's there break time or time to gather trash. Send someone from inside the store to assist the people working in the gas station. College is back in full swing and so is the gas station.. Only problem I have. Other than the prices..

Neighborhood market is a fine shopping experience. It is a bit smaller than the supercenter north location, making it a more personal and special shopping experience. Only downfall, no clothing area. Other than that, the neighborhood market is awesome. The employees are very friendly and helpful also.

Most of my shopping experience was fine. The part I hate about it all is checking myself out! I don't want to and I never wanted to!!!!! They could stop a huge part of their theft if they stopped this practice!! Plus it would give the idiot something to do besides looking at the customers and deciding who's stealing!! I hate Walmart for so many reasons.

5 self check tables open out of what, 15? Once the lines of shoppers were gone they opened up a few more. Why? I spent more time standing in line than I did finding my items. Reminds me to shop elsewhere for groceries.

Clean and convenient. Wish they would carry the same items as the big grocery store. I don't like when you do the grocery pickup and an item you choose is only carried at the north Walmart, so your entire order gets transferred there.

A great place to shop when I lived close to it. But I still make sure I come back to shop most things are cheaper here. They have or is remodeling the store fantastic job. Still good store for it bring in that area. Well done remodeling the store . GREAT JOB

This was my first visit to this Walmart and it was kind of disconcerting that the layout was so different.I did find the items I needed and used the only person sided checkout lane. (I hate self checkout).I noticed the isles were all faced properly and the store was very clean

Clean and probably the best I've ever been to. Staff wait by doors and by the end of self check-outs. They really do make this town seem a bit nicer. The other Wal-Mart is trash in comparison. I do like the fact that the other has a lot bigger selection though. This one is only a neighborhood market, so that's normal. I still wish the other one was managed this well.

Asked a worker for help getting an item from the top shelf today. I was very appreciative and I told him "thank you very much". He never said one word. I've been a Walmart stockholder and customer for many years and am very disappointed.

Really good shopping experience compared to the supercenter. A lot cleaner and fewer shoppers in the way. It still has almost everything. Love the gas station. I wish it had the fountain drinks inside the Walmart too like the stone’s corner one does.Update: It is good most of the time but you have to watch the dates on food. I have gotten home on several occasions to find out that the food they had on the shelf and that I purchased was already past the expiration date! 😡 Most recently it was hot dogs and cheese sticks.

Since it's right around the corner, its super convenient. The prices are the same, even though the selection isn't quite as good. But they also do a ship-to-store thing so you can order anything from the website and pick it up at the store. Very convenient!And as a Walmart+ customer you can get .10/gallon off on fuel!

Like the store. Not happy with the Deli service. One person, totally ignoring the counter. No response when people came up, rattled their carts,etc. Ignored the customers while VERY SLOWLY wrapped $1.25 hot dogs. Wouldn't this be a good day to sell lots of deli things. Saw several people finally go to pre-packed lunch meat and buy.

This was the first time going to a neighborhood market. I actually liked it! The prices are really good, very friendly people to help you and it was very clean. They even offer free fruit for your kids while you shop. It was pretty cool.

Location is great as it is much closer to the South side of town. The front end associates are very friendly, but that's it's only positive. The produce section is not really clean and always has rotten fruit and veggies. In comparison to the big Walmart in Pittsburg, it is not friendly or helpful at all. The only reason this store is mostly clean is because it is brand new. The employees look a bit depressed and honestly it makes me depressed.

What can I say, here lately Walmart in general has treated me as if I were trying to steak half the store. The Walmart neighborhood market in Pittsburg, KS is no differentThey have more employees at the branch near the self check out watching them then they have helping customers in the store. I grew up in Bentonville, I played ball with Sam's nephew and Sam use to come to the games in his best up Chevy. It really is a shame what his children have done to Walmart.

Always only one regular check out line! Now the parking lot is rediculus, might as well park in the back and get your extra steps, first half is reserved for everyone except those who are tired from a long day and only need 2 items! Plenty of pick up places for those ordering over 35$ who aren't leaving the car anyway 🤔🙄

Not the hassle of the wal mart superstore. Wide aisles, friendly staff. Can find things cheaper in the WM neighborhood market, compared to wal mart superstore.Less crowded. Prefer self check out. Goes faster.

I drive farther to go here as opposed to the main Wal-Mart that is utter and pure Hell. The Neighborhood Market is clean, organized, and the people are so nice. You feel like a human being here and not rushed.
