Was there on 09/18/23, and Brandon waited on me. He was absolutely the best! Unsure of what I really needed or wanted, he helped me pick the vest vape to suit my needs and was very attentive to what I was saying. Definitely did not try to push me into an expensive, hard to work with vape, but actually sold me, I believe, the 2nd cheapest in the store. Whether you know what you want or need assistance, this is most definitely where you MUST GO. Anytime I need anything related to vaping, I will only go back there. Or have what I need sent to me. Again, you couldn't ask for better, more friendly people or than what you will find here.

Went in today knowing pretty much nothing outside of disposables and got set up with a cute little device and a few juices to get me started! I didn't catch a name but the guy helping me was super friendly, helpful, and actually listened... Made me feel completely comfortable. Best of all, left spending less than the price of a carton of cigarettes! Definitely recommend to anyone! Don't forget to look through their book of flavors... Amazing!

Absolutely the ONLY place I'll buy my vape related products! Nathan and Brannon are the BEST in the area. They have always been good to me. I quit cigarettes 3 years ago and started vaping and they've never steered me wrong and ways done me right. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Best place to buy. Hands down. Fully customizable fluid. Good prices. Bought a small vape for my mother. Stopped charging after a few weeks. I failed to get my receipt too. He gave me a new one after their return policy time had passed. I won't go anywhere else!

Okay, so I've been to every other vape shop in town, and this place is the only one for me now. Always has stuff in stock, and makes their own juice in store, which you can TRY before you buy. Dude's doing a great job, and super friendly.

Sometimes I think people just randomly post 5 stars to be nice but this place deserves all five stars and some. I'm not always the best at choosing a flavor or product when I'm under pressure (like when staff randomly look at you like you know what you want) but the guy that helped me was super nice and super patient with me while I tested every flavor haha. They have a unique detailed list of what every flavor taste like which helps deciding and knowing which ones to try a lot easier. Thank you so much vapor generation, I'll make it a point to come back!!!

I went in this shop and was greeted by 2 great gentlemen, I am pretty new to vaping and they were extremely helpful and got me set up with a pod system and some amazing in house juices, just don’t get that type of hospitality anymore. Gained a loyal customer today!!!

My favorite vape shopI had basically given up on vaping. Got a lot of bad advice at other shops. I decided to try it again, and I am extremely satisfied with the service this shop offers. They didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive thing they had. They found me a practical vape device, that does require to much real estate in my pocket. The juices are alway good, and the quality is consistent. They have a lot of flavors, but I haven’t tried them. I stick with the tobacco flavored vape juice.

Coming from another vape shop out of town, who's number one concern is shop cleanliness and customer service, I can honestly say this is a phenomenal shop with incredible employees. I'm an assistant manager and incredibly stickler on everything. Typically can find two or three things that urk me but this shop was on top of things. Plus they have a dog which always adds bonus points5/5 on the shop10/5 on the dog because it was the sweetest little pupper

If there was a 6th star, they would get it. Super helpful not trying to rush you in and out and knowledgeable too. I live in Arma and there are OTHER vape shops on the north side of Pitt, but trust me when I say, this is THE VAPE SHOP in Pitt and probably the best in the 4 states.

Very good prices wonderful service ...helped me put my vapor together and told me i could come back for adjustments WONDERFUL PRICES ALOT LOWER THAN OTHER PLACES...i had to go back cuz my vapor wasnt keeping a charge they let me swap it out with a new one and gave me a free bottle of juice for my troubles....so sweet...no other places r like them...if u want good fair service for a wonderful price go here!!!!
