I went there to get chickens and a guy stands at cashier desk and didn't find the four people waiting any assistance or wouldn't take the initiative to try to help. This Pittsburg store is a joke with customer service. Chanute and ft Scott stores are so much better with customer service. Maybe go there and learn from them

Went there this past may to buy guaranteed pullets And wound up with two roosters, Did not want roosters. Call them today and told me there was nothing. They can do that, sorry. We wound up with roosters even though I bought guaranteed pullets. 😪 Not very happy. Roosters are hard to get rid of which means I may have to shoot these 2 roosters.

They can be little expensive unless you watch for sales and keep an eye on clearance. High quality dog food is fair priced compared to major stores in next city. They get live animals in as far as chicken and ducks.

Glad we finally have one in town! Got a good deal on a gun safe for black friday. All employees were prepared and handled the rush well. Got my safe and got out and was loaded in less than 10 minutes, even with all the activity.

Very rude employees. And rumors were that the married assistant store manager, brian was sleeping with associate k jones, who quit because of it. Brian still has his job and Trent transferred to another store. This is not at all a good image for such a big chain store. Not shopping here ever agsin

My receipt said Bailey now whether that's a boy or girl I don't know but it was a boy that checked me out at the register. He is not customer friendly that is the first time I've ever went in the store and was mad when I left

We purchase at least $300 per month on pet food alone every month. There are times when we spend more in the store for tools and equipment. My wife usually has to make these purchases on her own because I'm busy trying to make money to pay Tractor Supply for pet food. The girls at the counter are usually pretty good about helping or at least offering to help with 50# bags of pet food. BBBBUUUUTTTT! There are times when the male help in the store are either walking around the parking lot doing nothing or will go about half way to help, rather than loading, they may carry it out and leave it by the car or truck but not load it for her! The older gentleman is always good, but if he is not in the store, good luck! Quality control goes a long way for customer service. You are not the only game in town, COOP in Girard has contacted me several times. I may go there in the month of May and check out there customer service.
