The employees went out of their way to be helpful and were knowledgeable. There was a nice variety of plants and outdoor furniture. I will return for my next home improvement needs

Think I will stop going here. Annoying enough there's no checkout option at 10am on a Tuesday, just self-checkout, but then the girl at self-check greets me with an over-the-top phony greeting, clearly making a mockery of a real greeting. As I go to answer her on how I am doing, she interrupts me and says, "Will you be using your Home Depot card today?" I tell her "No" then proceed to explain to her what I have in a bag of screws. She interrupts me AGAIN and starts to try and sell the card some more, I interrupt her back and say, "How about you let me talk now?" She rolls her eyes and turns her back to me. Then starts to count the 60 screws I told her about. She is purposely going so slowly; I will probably be there 5 minutes waiting for her. Either that or she is just completely incompetent at counting. Home Depot needs to move her as far away from customers as possible. I walked out without making the $200 purchase, probably never to return.

They have pretty much everything you can think of when it comes to Home and Garden supplies. There is usually never any shortage of employees around who can help you with just about any question you have. They have these handy electronic do-dads that can look up any item in the store and the employee will take you right to it. They have handicapped accessible parking spots, entrances, and restrooms. Water fountain outside the restroom. You can call ahead or order online and pick up at the store free of charge. They will help you with everything from pudding your cart to unloading/loading your items into your vehicle.Quick Tip: Park near the loading and unloading area because all the registers have moved to that end of the store.

Nothing is ever in stock and they are getting rid of Klein tools. Get this store in order. You never have what I need to complete a job it's out of stock!

Hard to find what you need because the aisles are always piled full of junk. Difficult to load up your cart when you can't even push the cart down the aisle due to all the junk in the middle. I've never been in a Home Depot that was so cluttered.

Generally good visit the guys out in the lawn and garden section were great. Crystal who rang me up was super nice, she held my roll of carpet while I checked out. Since I didn't think through what to do with it. It was a clean well organized store.The only negative aspect was the guy in paint. I told him I saw some exterior 5 gallon for $50-60. He kept pushing buying some that was on special, up selling is good, trying 3 times is too much, not helping a customer find the intended product isn't good. Guy smelled funky, and criticized me twice. I said: I guess should have read deeper in detail to realize I can't use the product. He said something along the line of learn to read, later he said something to the effect of life is hard without a brain, directed toward me. I responded, you're young it might come in later.I spent $500+ on this trip, I didn't buy any paint. I won't buy any from that sales associate. I brushed off the first insulting joke, but 2 in a row isn't professional.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service I called in needing 5 1/2-1/2 brass ball valves for 1/2 inch pex-A and 50 feet of pex-AThe associate absolutely refused to let me place an order over the phone and have the order placed at the will call desk for me

Best home and hardware store I've probably ever been to. I go here for almost all of my hardware\outdoor needs including tools, appliances, gloves, gardening plants and equipment, and small things like rope and clips. We just recently bought a washer from here and had a great process from the employee that sold it to us to the delivery service(highly recommend). The employees are always nice and helpful to the highest of their abilities, and they ALWAYS greet me and ask if I need help as soon as they see me(that goes a long way personally).

Very nice people. The sad thing is I had 2 women workers ask me if I needed help. I was getting 60 lbs bags of concert. I seen 5 young men not one asked. I took the 7 bags out to my car and 2 very nice young men said they was putting them in the car for me. I really appreciate it.

The staff are lazy Will not help you. We took back some siding that was wrong it was a big mess. Our 83 yr old parents bought woukd not give us the money it store credit we didn’t have them it licenses with us. We left it. We thought we had the correct siding no help either it said 11.98 on tag go to register it rang up 25.98. Finally ask a nice guy to see if he could get it gif us he did. I slipped and fell noone ask if I was ok or if I needed help they just laughed and stared at me. My knee is still hurt. No one would help us load it either. Went back 10dats later to get my dads money with dad returned whenever didn’t need. They didn’t want help unload they finally did after I got mad. We bought quick Crete no one would load it took 3 of us old people to load. Had to go back to buy air conditioner didn’t have the one that we saw in flyer it was 50 higher than advertised. They would help with it tell we made them then when loading wanted us to load it i. The car the way they wanted not our way it took for ever thrn didn’t get all the things that went with it no brackets to hold it in or other things to install. We had to rig it the best we could to have air to dam hot to not have air

Recently moved to the area so this was our first time in this Home Depot! We had excellent customer service. My husband got all his questions answered, the customer service desk helped my 7 year old with a Halloween spider and figuring out it’s cost, the associates all said hello and were very approachable. Had to take my 6 year old to the bathroom and they were clean and all. Over all it was a great experience. We spent at least an hour there and it was easy breezy and over all very enjoyable.

Most of the landscape timbers are split and warped beyond use. The young man that help load them took the time to try and get me as many good or better ones as possible, despite the 100+ temp and sun.

Bought 10X10 metal building online and had it delivered to Pittsburg store. When we got the four boxes home and starting opening them, they were full of roaches and lots of pieces bent. we have building up and it is still full of roaches. We have set off two bug bombs and hopefully it will get rid of them.

Staff at this home depo are very poorly acknowledged with the store or products last 4 times i have been there i have asked for help and all 4 times the staff had to get another staff member then that staff member would go find another member of staff I'm not kidding there was 4 or 5 staff members each time trying to figure out where something was and all of them was on their phones searching it on line trying to find the location in the store ..It was like the entire staff was hired freshly out of high-school and have never delt with tools or construction and it was their first job .Now with my long storie I'm not at all mad at the staff members this is to show that the management isn't properly training their staff and managing their store very well

I ordered a new tool chest which was advertised with next day delivery. Two days after ordering, I called to inquire about my order. My delivery showed up 4 days late. The item delivered was an unboxed floor model with signs of wear from store traffic. I rejected the order and called the store to explain. The store customer service was rude and offered no help. They said they could not send another order for 1 week. I cancelled my order.I WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN!Only offering 1 star to make sure my review is read.

Went through self checkout because no lane was open. Needed help with register, and both workers were too busy playing on their phones and talking. I had to ask of either one was working self checkout to get help.

Nice young man at the Pro Desk helped me cut to perfect keys, and as I was browsing the store two employees checked in and made sure I had everything I needed. Lady offered to check me out as I was headed for the self checkout, which was good to see!

Went down there and got awesome help. Then we left and my 4 year old left her cup in a cart. Sierra went above and beyond and went and tracked it down for me. Great customer service. Saved a meltdown over a cup!

This store has some of the best employees. I had to pickup an online order up and the customer service was so helpful. When I went to get the order at first they said not all of the items were in. The service department were so helpful I said I had a long drive to get here. The young lady said she would look and see if she could found out what happened to the order. I went to go shopping for other gifts.When I was paying customer service came over and said they had found my other items. They had a young man help me out to the car and the cashier was so helpful with letting me know about the warranty on the tools I was buying. Thank you for all your hard work and help. You all made may Christmas shopping so much easier. Have a wonderful New Year!!!! See you soon!!!

Selection of walk in showers were pretty low. Other than that; really good store.(Update with a downgrade from a 4 to a 3 star.)Bought some more supplies and a ladder for $122. Went to the register and noticed the ladder was damaged in 8 spots. (Minor visual damage) The cashier told us she would give us a 10% discount if we bought it. So we said sure the ladder works fine still. Paid and left and once I got back home after 1 hr trip. On closer look on receipt the discount was only .96¢. Wasn't too happy about that. -.-

Absolute Garbage experience. Was treated very rudely by associate. I have receipts for only $10 worth of air filters and all I wanted to do was exchange them for the correct size. She told me that I would not even be able to exchange or return them because I don't have my wife's debitI could possibly understand not getting a cash refund but an exchange with the receipt and my driver's license is Ludacris

Again disappointed with customer service. I asked two different employees a question of where something was and they just pointed me to the aisle I need to go to. I know work is boring but if someone asks for help or assistance get off your tush or stop talking to your friend and help the customer. Now the girl working at the self check out was helpful when I had an issue getting the quantity to ring up correctly. She was much appreciated especially after two two attempts earlier. Hopefully I got the correct items or we will be returning them and going g to Lowe's 45min away.

I had to hunt for help. The help didn’t know much. Had to kinda figure things out alone. Mostly very young kids working here. They’re very polite but not too good at problem solving. I’d called before hand and needed to speak to someone in the lumber dept but was never able to. The girl on the phone seemed annoyed at having to help. I probably won’t go back there to shop.
