I stop at this location every morning during the week love the morning staff, they are always awesome! Know my order as soon as I pull up. My drink is always perfect and the price is always the same, I cannot say the same about the weekend. My drink is never consistent and end up paying almost a dollar more for more milk than coffee. For that I just stopped going on the weekend.

First day I went it was an amazing experience and all the baristas was great second day was good until Ambria had problems as I was ensuring she made my drinks correct. She made it seem as I did something wrong because I didn’t want foam on my drink. Maybe she was having a bad day and hopefully I just caught her on a bad day!

I like this store, but why are you not opening in the morning any more? It says 1pm? Do you not have workers? I like coffee in the morning before my workout. The people in the morning are very friendly and give my puppy a treat. Please open early again!

This is probably the best Starbucks I have ever driven through. To all the employees: You are amazing and always brighten my day so thank you!! And the drinks are always perfect too, but perfect drinks are easier to come by than friendly faces and voices that make any day wonderful. I will go out of my way to come here instead of any other coffee shop!! 1,000/10 recommend you come here for your coffee and smile needs :)

I received my hot drink at the drive through. The lid was not on and the coffee spilled on my hand and all over my car. I informed the employee at the drive through that the lid was not on. She rudely laughed and said, "Have a great day!" I also, had not received my receipt, nor was I offered a receipt, so I had to go in to request it. They went right to get my receipt and again very snidely stated, "Have a great day!"

Echoing the previous review. Employees here are super friendly and are sure to brighten up your day! Shout-out to Suzie who saw how dejected I was after I learned that they were out of the chai tea latte. She was able to get the team to make me one from scratch! It was delicious!

This has to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations ever. The employees really try their best to get to know their customers by name and make their drinks just how the customer likes them every time! They are so kind and always welcoming. They are especially patient and willing to remake drinks if they aren't what you were wanting.

I ordered in the mobile app from 10 miles away. The drinks were almost ready by the time we arrived even though they were very busy! Our selections tasted great! We go there quite a bit but it was the first time I used the mobile ordering. It won't be the last! Great experience.

"10/10 service, and by far the best Starbucks experience I've ever had- every time I visit."I've never been a "Starbucks person," but over the course of the past year ordering my regular iced macchiato almost daily, visiting the Starbucks in Pittsburg has become a routine way of starting my work-day. When you can walk into an establishment and be greeted by name, have pleasant small-talk with the courteous baristas you regularly see, before heading off to work: that is the small-town, family-oriented feeling that helps communities grow, feel like home, and has you starting your day off right- with a smile, and a caffeine boost.10/10 service, and by far the best Starbucks experience I've ever had- every time I visit.

Great coffee. I always order throught the app and go to the mobile order pickup area, but it has takes an average of 15 minutes for my coffee to arrive in the area. This is during any time of day and even if they aren't busy. This most recent time I had to wait 45 minutes when no one was in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive through. Along with this wait, a majority of the time they forget part of my order.

Daily stop. Customer service great! Mistakes are rare and always promptly corrected.Getting very irritated about a30+ minute wait when there is no one inside and then getting a 1/2 full cup. Never had this issue regularly until the last few months. About the 6th time in a row any time I order a hot drink lately.

I spend a fair amount of time and money at Starbucks across the country. This one is my favorite. Fast, friendly service, order always perfect, always a place to sit, never a bad experience. As a company, I love their dedication to equality and their willingness to partner with our local police department as a safe space. And, their coffee isn't bad, either :)

The woman at the drive-up window was EXCEPTIONALLY nice. She remembered me from 2 days earlier and I was in town for business and not a regular customer. She complimented me on my clothing as well.

I grab a tea occasionally and most of the time it's okay. However I never actually get what I order they always leave something out or don't make it right. Today I couldn't even drink my drink because it was made so poorly. I even contacted customer service and they said there's absolutely nothing they can do about it! This makes me never want to go again!

The workers here are almost freakishly nice whenever I go through the drive-through. Classic Starbucks- good coffee.But here’s the secret- you can ask for your coffee to be warm! (So you can drink it immediately) and if you’re looking for something to eat from there, and don’t want to break the bank, the classic oatmeal is like $3 and it is amazing!

The staff is always kind and know us by name(and our drink order). They love our daughter and always give her a sucker. Yesterday I went to get my usual iced coffee to take with me to the grocery store....well, I spilled my entire drink at the store so I went back to Starbucks to get a new drink. The gal working the drive thru window recognized me and asked why I was back again. I explained my incident and she gave me my drink for free! It was very sweet and totally unexpected. It really made my day. I love this particular location and the people.

Terrible experience. Called ahead to make sure they were doing the buy one get one and she informed me they were. I proceeded to drive over an HOUR for 4 drinks. After ordering she told me I had to have the app and sat there while I downloaded it and created an account. After downloading she informs me I had to have been a member for a certain amount of time already so I ended up paying full price for all 4. Basically told me there was nothing she could do. And to top it all off, the drinks were disgusting. Glad I drove all the way here for nothing. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I just went here with my husband and I order 2 Venti Iced Caramel Macchiatos. They taste absolutely horrible, it’s like the coffee is burnt. It’s not sweet there wasn’t enough milk in it. It’s like drinking straight black burnt coffee.

I come to Pittsburg monthly for business. My last 2 visits were disappointing. The store opened nearly an hour late. Lights were off and the older guy with earrings that was working was incapable to help or offer any genuine service. Customers just sitting in the dark waiting.Coffee is great, but seems like this location has some operational issues.

I love this place not because it's close but because the workers were very nice and when I wanted to change the size of my drink the worker said no problem which usually at other places they're rude. Definitely recommend.

I come here every time I'm in town. The day shift staff are super fun and friendly, but the late afternoon/evening staff are not very friendly. They all make great drinks though!

We went on Monday Feb 6 in the morning. They messed our drinks up. We called and the lady was super nice about it. When we went to pick them up they gave us the correct ones and more!!! Definitely reccomend!!
