It was my first time shopping there at Pittsburg store, just looking around possibly getting some shoes. The lady, Dana, was really nice and attentive. She asked me to ensure I was finding what I need. She was very helpful to decide which shoes suits me in my interest. I bought the Lugz black shoes and will be back for more! Great customer service and she deserves a raise!!! Thank you again!

My granddaughter loves her shoes. She loves THEM so much she didn't want to take them off. She loves the many colors in her new shoes. The staff was very helpful. Great deals! ❤️ Got a pair for grandson. He loves the color and softness.

Did not find some shoes for one granddaughter, (maybe she was too picky), but there was a limited supply of spring shoes for the other granddaughter. She found a pair she liked though. We just thought there wasn't a big selection for their sizes.

They are always super friendly even with rambunctious kids that need to try on shoes lol 😆 not sure what happened to their nice selection of wide width shoes but their sales are okay. 4 stars only because of the lack of wide width in stock.

I take it very specific shoe. 4E in with. The clerk did not know what 4E was. She did say that they could not order the shoe that I like in my size, even though I was wore a shoe that I like from the brand that I like in the size that I need. Maybe they should train better.

After my daughter and I choose for her a new pair of shoes, the salesperson interrupts and I end up spending $50 on a pair that is 3 sizes too big. Thanks for the "Expert" sales advice. Not a good experience.

Very rude employees that only answered in snide remarks and were to lazy to see if they had a specific shoe size in the back for me. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here, unless you have a humiliation fetish.
