I go way back with Ron and Barbara from the days of the Fieldcrest Superette. Always was a quality store, especially with their meat department. So with a 60 year association, I think that they still are the best in town.

Ron's is wonderful especially for college students offering a 10% discount. I will continue to support them over larger chains when I can. They not only offer a cleaner environment but also one that is more stress free and personable while in the store.

I used to live in that area, my family was from Pittsburg, Kansas and Liberal, Missouri. They are all gone now. Before they all passed away we always shopped at Ron's Supermarket. They always had the best selection of items. Things you couldn't find elsewhere. I strongly recommend shopping at Ron's Supermarket in Pittsburg, Kansas. Keep up the great work. The staff is perfectly friendly and helpful. A produce worker even helped us bag our parsley when we couldn't find the small bags. And then a man that was restocking meat let us know the better cuts. The prices were also fantastic.

I ordered a cookie cake for my grandson’s birthday. I ordered it just the day before I needed it. I told the young man what I would like on it because he wasn’t sure what they actually had for themes. I got a call from the decorator the next day stating that she didn’t have what I wanted, so I told her what colors to put on it, but just make it look nice. When I picked it up, I was beyond pleased. The cookie looked fantastic and the price was very reasonable too. I was very pleased with everything, my grandson was happy, and I’m sure I will continue to order from Ron’s. Thank you for making my grandsons birthday!

With the exception of the past month or so (medical issues), I visit Ron's every single Tuesday for salad bar day and weekly specials. I have to admit that Judy is my favorite cashier, but everyone is fantastic. (She's probably actually worried about me at this point! Lol!) The entire staff I deal with is super personable and customer service oriented, which is super great. I feel welcome every time I'm in the store!

Recently they changed their carts to brand new ones - That don't support any sort of car or booster seat if you have young kids. Makes it very difficult to shop with a child under 2 zand even then the new carts still make it difficult if it's any age of child needing to sit in the cart.Hard to believe a business is family friendly when they make it harder and harder for families to shop.

Shop here often, small hometown feel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Not the largest of places but great selection with the best non-butcher-shop meat counter in town as well as a bakery and deli. Very convenient and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Ron's is a large locally owned store. They have a wonderful produce section, bakery and even a little coffee shop, but they are best known for their "Massive Meat" sales! They always have a tremendous selection of meats that are often on sale. They also have a decent organic selection. With all that said, sometimes their prices on just normal groceries are a bit higher then some of the other chain stores in town. But they're close and because they are locally owned, I think its worth it especially when you take advantage if some of their sales.

The store is CLEAN, well organized, and stocked with a refreshingly wide variety of locally ethnic as well as international items both freshly prepared and commercially packaged. Bakery, deli, sushi, produce, seafood, meats are all fresh and of high quality...no 'mysterious odors' etc. Friendly, helpful, Great quality and value.

Best store in pittsburg to get butcher cut meat at a good price. They have several novelty food and drink items that the big chains don't have. Some of the best produce in town. Love the sushi always fresh and can be made to order. Most of all the bakery is on point with there desserts and breads

This is my favorite local market I have ever been to. I live in Webb City now, there are days I almost want to drive down and shop here. The whole store is clean and orderly, their deli, and their meats are the best in the area!

A little pricey-er (maybe $1 more for anything at most) but definitely worth it. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, they always have everything neatly laid out, and they have fresh bread, meat, and vegetables along with a soup/salad bar. They even have things that are on sale for super cheap usually buy the front entrance. I refuse to buy ground beef or meat from anywhere else. The thought of it makes me wince. Wal-Mart's meat is pre-packaged and gross. Love this store with all of my heart.

Love Ron's but when the owners are not there the service is not as good...you are not asked if you need help out..and they are talking to each other the whole time they are ringing you up. The store is immaculate and shelfs look great and usually always have what you need was here November 5 owners already gone

Has some hard to find items. The salad bar is a big plus, but the meat (poultry & seafood) and produce selections are seriously lacking and their prices are astronomical. A self check would be nice.

Ron's is a fantastic, locally-owned store. A great meat counter, deli, salad bar and even freshly rolled sushi are available in addition to a good selection of groceries and specialty items.

Great meat department, salad bar, and deli. Local produce items are a great feature too. Staff is always helpful and friendly. And, the coffee shop is nice too.
