Two horrible experiences with this place, specifically with "Levi". Levi tried over-charging me for BOTH of these procedures. $59+Tax for a price of $39 clearly written on multiple signs, and $99 for a clearly stated $79 procedure on multiple signs.. Went to get a battery put in my iPhone, they didn't put adhesive on the battery so it moved around inside the phone. Took it in fixed that. Went to get a new screen on the same iPhone, "Levi" put in a "temporary" screen because they didn't have the correct ones. He didn't put the screen all the way in the phone, had gaps all around the bottom, completely removed my Touch ID feature, had LED lights shining through the screen, the screen itself wouldn't display when notifications would pop up, phone calls couldn't be answered. Took it in today to get this all fixed, they replaced the screen, but the so called "original button I brought in" got put back into my phone. Touch ID still no longer works. I asked for something to fix this, "What do you want me to do?" I asked for a partial refund for this $90 procedure... I got a $5 refund. I would never suggest ANYONE business with these people.

I want to make this clear in writing my review. The phone repair itself that this place did was 5 Stars however it was the process in which they took that makes me rate it 2 stars. Let me explain so you can understand. Also maybe they can improve their process so that this does not happen again. It started of course with my phone screen breaking. Therefore, I went to the mall and saw that they did phone repair. After giving them the information on my phone, they surmised that it would cost 80 dollars. Now at this point the person behind the desk said they could fix it right then and make me pay 20 dollars for a protective screen to put on as well. These are important details to remember. I thought to myself that I could maybe find a better price on the repair elsewhere so I said no thank you and went home. Well come a week later and I gave in being unable to find a better place and learning a bit more about touch screen phone screens and how they are attached to everything expensive in a phone which pissed me off but that is a separate issue. Therefore, I went up to this gentlemen behind the desk and this was a different guy from before. This man’s name was Adam. He said he could fix it however; he would have to order a part for it so he said that I could come back the following day and be able to drop off my phone and have it fixed fast. He also claimed to be the main phone repairperson for the entire place, so he handles the phone repairs. He was nice enough however, he contradicted what the first person had told me including telling me that the protective screen comes with the repair. This immediately made me suspicious of this place but I kept going with the deal. Then came half of the alarming part of the process. He asked that I pay for the part and repair in full cash. Now this would not be so alarming except when I asked why he could not give me a straight answer and after pushing the fact that I had no cash and I only had a debit card he said I could pay the first half of the 80 dollars with my debit and then bring in cash the next day. I agreed but was hesitant because if he could do it in the first place why was he so insistent on cash. It just reeked of a scam. Well I come in the next day after work and I work with another gentlemen who had his cute kid and wife there with him. I came in expecting the part to have come in and my phone ready to be repaired. However, I received bad news. The phone part was not there and would take a few more days to get there. I paid the other half of the 80 dollars. So I reluctantly agreed and I also mentioned Adams strange behavior and he seemed perturbed and confused why he would make such a request and tell me to come in the next day expecting the part. Another weird thing was that he wasn’t sure what the phone repair cost was and it seemed that I could of told him another price and he would of gone along with it. Which is suspicious, because that means they decide how much they want to make it. Therefore, I waited and day after day called thinking it might have been delivered that day but it did not happen until that Friday and finally after becoming more disgruntled as the days passed. I came in and dropped off my phone, it was ready about 2 hours later. He added the screen protector at the finish, and it was great. So as I said at the start of this the phone repair was well done however the process was so suspicious and shady that it made it seem like I would never get my phone fixed and that I basically paid 80 dollars for nothing. So they really need to make sure their employees all know what needs to be done and not tell things that are not true because then you get conflicting information and then you just come off shady. In short improve the process, be truthful and professional and you guys will be good.

Great place to fix a phone or tabletI was surprised by the nice price they asked. From that time all my kids and family go there to fix their phones issues. Worth it every penny. Quality replacement part used as well. Very recommanded

Terrible. We had XS back glass replaced phone quit working in few days. You can see the front glass isn’t intact. No one will call us back or answer the phone. Now I have a brand new phone that will Not work!!!
