The best vet in town! Both of our dogs love Dr. Clark. He is thorough and takes the time to listen to concerns. Our dogs were anxious with other vets in the past, but are excited to walk in to the vet now!

Took our dog Bentley to the groomer here today. When we got there the gal walking him back said “same as last time?” I said yes. We were just there in January. I then pick Bentley up and he is completely shaved…. In the dead of winter. I let them know that I had meant for him to get a sanitary cut and a bath not completely shaved. They said that they do not document bath + sanitary cuts, only “full grooms”. Obviously a miscommunication. Dr Clark gets on the phone and I let him know I was unhappy that my predominantly outside dog was completely shaved in February. He was going over the logistics of their computer system and specific grooming terminology trying to find out where things got messed up. He then offered $25 off of my next grooming. I said that I had just paid over $100 and my dog was supposed to get a bath and he is now shaved. He said he has to pay his groomer and buy shampoo and he can’t just give me my money back. Then he said giving me my money back is not going to make my dog any warmer. I’m so surprised by all of this. Customer service completely out the window.Apparently this is how their business works:They don’t document baths + sanitary cuts -my fault I didn’t know thisThey said same as last time- my fault I didn’t know that meant last “full groom” in sept not when I was just here in JanuaryWhen a customer is upset by a service being done incorrectly due to a miscommunication it is the customers fault for the miscommunication not the staffsI was told if I wanted a refund then I would have to find a different groomer. This is obviously not the groomers fault. It’s a communication issue within this vet office.

I brought Bear in for grooming, and a nail trim, and I love how they cut his hair. I always receive good customer service, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Attached are “before and after” pictures. Love it!

Had such a great experience getting my mini goldendoodle indie groomed here! I was so nervous as she is only 8 months old and this was her first official groom but they did a great job! I am so happy with them and the price was also so reasonable! Here's a before and after!

I've always been happy with the services here, until yesterday. The staff is usually friendly and my dog always looks great. The new groomer was incredibly rude on the phone yesterday and reported that she won't be grooming my dog again, via the receptionist. We've been going there for several years and have NEVER had a problem. I know my dog is high strung so I typically ask how she did and am always told she did well. I will say, the 1 time we used the vet he was very friendly and helpful.

My friend went in and purchased a cone for my small dog because her paw was hurt. The cone didn't have the necessary ties and no one showed her how to put it on my dog, so she went back in to ask for help. The woman gave her the strings, directions to put it together, and told her how to put it on. She didn't tell my friend that if it wasn't tied tight enough that the dog could get it stuck in her mouth and cut her mouth and gums up really badly.My friend said that the woman who helped her made her feel like she was an inconvenience from the start. The cone was $10. Had I known that, we would have gone to Broadway Animal Hospital because the small ones there are only $2 and their staff is great. I was trying to save some money on gas, which ended up costing more in the long run.

We absolutely love this Vet Care Team. We have been taking our 13 year old cat and 1 year old German Shepherd to this care team for about 4 years. We routinely take them in for their "spa' day and they always come home super fluffy, soft and smelling great! The groomer is amazing! The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Dr. Clark has always been very professional and has always thoroughly explained procedures and answered any of our questions. We have and will continue to refer friends and family to this Vet Care Team. As long as Dr. Clark and his team remain at Pet Care and Surgery Center, we will continue to take our animals there.

My dog Levi had developed a bad skin infection. Dr. took good care of him, the medicine is working. Lori, Levi's groomer did an awesome job with the groom. I was very pleased. Levi is healing nicely. Thank you to all the staff.

I took my Husky in to Pet Care and Surgery Center for her annual shots, the environment was very clean and sanitary. Staff was very kind, helpful and got us in very quickly. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable, kind and worked very fast and well with my hyper Husky that was very excited to see him!

We always receive great care for our now aging Husky at Pet Care and Surgery Center! Our dog has always been anxious when visiting the doctor but since we switched to Dr. Clark he actually enjoys going to see the Dr. and the very friendly staff that give him great care during office visits and also when he’s boarded. We also hear great things about the care that our dog training clients receive from Pet Care and Surgery Center! Dr. Clark is also very informative when I have questions on various healthcare subjects pertaining to our dog. I could never thank Dr. Clark and his staff enough for the peace of mind that they give me when caring for our dog and also for providing a very low stress vet care experience. Thank you!!!

AN AMAZING VET VISIT! The staff is extremely kind and friendly and Dr. Clark is such a knowledgeable vet. They make you feel very comfortable and you know that your animals are in good hands. I've personally had my cats at Broadway Animal Hospital for many years BUT I decided to get a second opinion from a different vet on one my cat's current situations. Dr. Clark knew exactly what was wrong in minutes and what steps to take, something that Broadway Animal Hospital had been trying to figure out for months. I am extremely impressed with him and his team and will be officially transferring the rest of my animals to his services. So blessed that I now have an amazing vet to take care of my fur babies!!!!

My husband and I just got speck 9yr terrier mix. Was nervous about taking him in. Once we got in the receptionist was so great and helpful. While I was signing his paper a vet tech had taken one dog out to his owners. When she came back in she stopped and loved on speck. This further more relieved me. The vet did his thing came out he was so awesome . These guys are great with my guy I watched the check up. So they also set me at ease of contact. For husband is doing chemo. You all was perfect for our guy and us. Thank you so so much.

Drove three hours to see this vet for our dogs surgery. First off want to say I’m very impressed with Dr. Clark and the staff. They were kind, caring and knowledgeable. I was worried about going to a vet I wasn’t familiar with, but they do an excellent job at making you feel comfortable. The office is extremely cute and clean which is a very good sign! Also let’s talk about affordability: this vet is one of the cheapest vets I found for my dogs acl surgeries. The quote they told me was the exact cost at the end of both surgeries. Additionally, my pup tore a couple stitches and the vets in missouri, where I live, wanted to charge 700-1000 to put my dog to sleep and stitch her back up. I called Dr. Clarks emergency number and he answered and was not mad or inconvenienced when I called at 6 am. He told me he could restitch her and it would be 80 bucks versus a 1000 dollars. Im so impressed with this place. It makes me have hope for future surgery centers. 10/10 would recommend, even if you live in another state. Thank you Dr. Clark and your amazing staff for everything you have done for my Mila Kunis. Although she’s in pain, she’s grateful to have her legs fixed so she can eventually get back to playing 💙

My old girl is in pain. She's hurting and down in her hip. Called here because of the good reviews and I just moved close by. Was told earliest I could get in was June since she's a new patient. If all clinics operate like this, not sure how anyone can get care for their fur baby when they move into a new area. Pretty sad.

Dr. Clark is by far at the top of my list when I recommend a veterinarian. He know's what he is doing not to mention is amazing with all types of fur babies. My dog Maddie is very fearful of men do to the previous owners when she was a pup and even she is comfortable around him.

I transferred all our animals to Dr. Clark from another well known place in Pittsburg and I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made ! From the friendless,cleanliness, caring and support you receive it makes you know your fur baby is cared for while in their hands ! Not only do they take care of all our fur baby medical needs they also keep them in boarding when needed and have awesome grooming services ! Never a disappointment !!!!They love your babies just like you do !!!

Dr Clark took care of us and went above and beyond. He even met with us after hours. We thought our dog was in trouble but it turned out to be a mild issue. This didn’t bother or annoy him a bit. He was so happy to help. I’ve been to many places and encountered a lot of vets. No one is as good as Dr Clark.
