They've remodeled! And now they're selling brand new jeans at $40. They have raised prices twice since they opened. Idk what "good will" they have going on but I'm not contributing any more. I highly suggest EVERYONE do the same so we can get a real thrift store in this town again.

I love our local Goodwill and we waited so long to get one in this area. The store manager and his crew crank out new items like crazy! Great finds daily. And I mean daily!! However, the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed new items are slower to come out, which is a drastic change from how they have been doing it. They used to bring several new carts and racks out a time, which made it so nice to be able to shop the new items all at once, especially for those on a tight schedule. Now they are only able to bring out 1 cart at a time and only if someone is available to immediately stock it. I’m concerned this new practice is going to negatively impact not only their daily production, but drastically reduce their sales. I hope all these sudden and new changes do not put our local store in jeopardy of closing due to their frequent customers not being to spend an entire day waiting for new items to trickle out from the back.They have taken a step backwards and started tagging each item again, instead of universal pricing for categories. I can only imagine, this too impacts the efficiency of new items they are able to process in the back. Not to mention additional paper waist and energy waist in printing tags.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, facility is clean, usually good finds. Some items are more expensive then expected, but overall decent prices. This is my go to shop!

Tons of vintage clothing, electronics, and dinnerware. Great place to stop and browse. You never know what your going to find. Staff is friendly and helpful. This location also excepts debit and credit transactions with out any extra fees.

Prices are crazy high , they had a line backed up with one cashier . Not even any shopping cart available . I suggest you hire some staff and lower your prices !!!! All your inventory is DONATED FREE ----

They make you pay more than what your bill is when you do a split payment they say it is just how it looks, but anyway you add it you doesn’t add up, so if you shop there make sure to pay attention to your receipt especially when doing a split payment they over charged me by almost $7.49. If they had negative stars I would give that.

My chip fell out of my card in their card reader and it was rly embarrassing but they were really nice about it so if your chip is ever falling out of your card they are the place to go to. And oh yea they had a sailor moon crop top

First time was 6/13/19. It's a clean store with friendly folks and decent organization. With the prices being higher than other thrift stores in the area, I didn't realize till we got home to KC that we may or may not have been charged full price for sale items. Please consider making receipts more user-friendly? : ) Update: Management responded to my review within hours, I had a message from the district manager within days, and was refunded the difference in less than a month. They do good work providing jobs for people with disabilities, keep stuff we don't need out of the landfill, and take customer service seriously. Thanks to Kevin + Jason for making it right!

I frequent all the local thrift stores often. This store gets nice stuff but places holes in the clothes. I thought they were switching to tagless? Also, the books are way overpriced. Lines are often long. Just okay but worth a stop once in a while.

Went in on friday with my four toddlers to shop some kid clothes and shoes. Was in the store over two hours when Michelle Watson aka manager approached me and demanded me and all my toddlers wear mask. I explained to her we have already been in the store over two hours and there were multiple other individuals not wearing a mask and the manager was wearing her mask around her neck. I told the manager if shes going to enforce a mask rule she should properly wear one covering her nose and mouth because she was spitting all over me. I also explained that children under the age of 6 are not required to wear a mask in Kansas. At this point two of my toddlers were crying, I asked her to stop yelling because she was scaring my kids. She said she could care less.... she told me that if we werent going to wear a mask then leave so we proceeded to head towards the checkout lane where we were once more blocked by manager michelle watson saying we couldn't buy are items without a mask. I told her toddlers dont have to wear a mask and until she makes everyone in the store wear one I will not. She once again spit at me while yelling because she wasnt wearing a mask herself properly and said I have 10 minutes to leave the store because she is calling the cops. I explained to her I'm trying to leave but you keep harrasing me. She then proceeded to banned me from the goodwill store in Pittsburg kansas. I explained to her that we donate truck beds full every two weeks and she said she could give a f*** less what we donate. Cashiers were rude, Aspen refused to talk and the other blonde made snide comments at me and my children as my toddlers cried and were scared. The cashiers mentioned to me that if I filed a complaint they would be taking the managers (Michelle Watsons) side because me and my toddlers were in the wrong. I explained to the cashiers that this behavior is disgusting, inappropriate, and unprofessional and nobody should be treated this way.... especially since there were 7 other people in the store not wearing a mask. One of my toddlers had baby doll clothes in her hand that Aspen refused to scan... we were rushed out of the store and ultimately shocked by the experience... my children feel scared to return. It is sad that this is how Goodwill services treats mothers, children, and essential healthcare workers.

Female managers are rude and I was banned from the store because a manager sent a rude text about me to a friend of mine. I told her it was unprofessional. Talked to another female manger today to clarify that I was not yelling, cursing or threatening the other manager. Two minutes later I was banned for the incident. I will be suggesting to all my friends and family not to shop at the Pittsburg goodwill.

I think they are trying to be more organized. Which really helps the consumer out. It would be nice if they could spend a little time on the cleanliness of the building itself. Just a shame to see a newer building let go like that.

They over price there things half of it don't even work only got 5 items it came to 50 they need to shut down in my opinion.there way over price for someone on a budget I will not be going back in there.some things didn't even have a price on it they price it anyway without knowing what the price was. but over all way to pricey on alot of there things.just my opinion.

I bought a wii guitar hero set that came with drums and guitar and the guitar don't work, same day my wife goes in and buys an outfit tag said 3.99 with yellow dot on a yellow dot day and they told her that the 50% was how it was only 3.99 and didn't give her the discount!!! Last time we go there for sure, Damn shame used to be a good store

Honestly some of their items arent worth the price they ask for because some of it is either torn or worn out and not worth it I wouldnt shop there all the time if I were some.

Prices are the same as some new items. Why buy something used when you can buy it new at the same price? One item had the original price tag from the original outlet at one dollar, yet Goodwill had the price set at two dollars. Some things are a bargain, others you need to see if it's a bargain or not.

Things were overpriced and things are given to them free and they overcharge people when they try to buy them they're very bad people and they shouldn't be like that they take donations and and sell them for very high prices
