Today’s Christmas Eve morning 2023. I went in there to cash a check. Unfortunately it wasn’t. It would be cash there as with everywhere else. The employee that was helping me at the service desk was extremely kind and nice he went above and beyond. He helped me for about 15 minutes trying to get a hold of the company to cash my check. When we came to the realization that I wasn’t going to be able to cash my check, he asked me to please hold on. I waited patiently and when he came back he had a me a $20 bill so that I can make sure I make it home. That is one of the kindest gestures I have ever seen in my life. I truly appreciate him. He made it to where I could be home during Christmas. Your employee went above and beyond any service I’ve ever been given. Thank you to that employee, and thank you Dillons.

Stop partnering with instacart their service is beyond garbage, there’s plenty of other similar businesses who are more legitimate. I’ve dealt with them 3 times and 2/3 times there’s been an issue. Finally decided to accept my small order with $12 tip after it sat there for 4 hours, the driver finally shows up as the store is closing so they weren’t even able to get it.

This is a small Dillions store. It has a lot of merchandise for its size. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. The aisle were somewhat tight. The employees were doing work or talking with each other, we did not have one employee out of the approximate 6 or 7 we were in close proximity to ask if we were finding what we needed or if we needed assistance. The cashier appeared to be annoyed that she had to check us out. 😥

Sharon in the floral department did beyond amazing with the sunflower birthday arrangement she created for my mother-in-law yesterday.It is incredible.You can feel the love and dedication Sharon puts into her work!

These are the flowers Dillons delivered to my place of work. Not only were they disgusting and dead, they didn’t come in a vase that my husband payed for. I was so embarrassed by this I tossed them in a closet so no one would see them. Why would you think this is okay to send to someone as a Valentine gift someone else payed for and wanted delivered ?????

Absolutely under no circumstance order flowers for delivery under this establishment. I ordered a week before Mother’s Day to be delivered the Saturday before Mother’s Day. I received a message on Saturday they changed the delivery to Mother’s Day. Then on Mother’s Day I get an updated time and that the delivery was being picked up only to then within minutes be told I was getting a refund because there were no flowers. What the actual heck. This was on Mother’s Day not the week before that I ordered and paid or even the day before when they changed the delivery. On Mother’s Day I’m left with nothing to give my sister on Mother’s Day.

Nice clean medium sized Dillons. I was impressed with the friendly staff, the quality produce and the large meat department. I took away a star because the trash outside was running over and bathroom was gross.

Picked up some tenders from the Deli and the guy working there was not very friendly. On top of that the tenders were dry. I didn't finish the tenders and threw them away.

It's not. Bad store. But I went thru checkout and stood waiting for a cahier to check me out cause I needed help with Dillions discount shopper stuff and three people stood nearby talking amongst themselves as they looked around... And seen me waiting but didn't bother to ask me if I needed or wanted to check out. So I went to self service checkout and have to walk to service desk to try and get some assistances from someone to help......THEN... the ones talking decided to disperse and one had the nerve to say if I needed help to just let him know.

Nice shopping experience. Love the store after the remodel. The recently added self check out is handy as well. The system could be faster but it's better than it was a few months ago. Very good deals here and I like the free Friday downloads for shoppers. I like going here to see the clearance prices for yogurt and salad items as well.

This is a busy store so...if you don't go at the right time, the store can "feel" picked over. But the people who work there are super nice and they've done a great job with some of their improvements, like the produce section remodel - it's great. They also usually have pretty good sale prices, which probably leads to the busyness and that picked over feel. All-in-all, its a great place to shop.

My aunt was already been helped and there was no problem until it was my turned. Cashier rang everything up and as i was ready to pay, an employee, mananger wanna be came and told the cashier to canceled everthing and start all over again because we were using coupons.. I know he was doing his job, but for him to come and canceled everything without explanations, was not rude. I know he's not a manager cause i get mostly my groceries from over there. I liked shopping over there cause i love their mega sales and more. Now i don't remember last time i was there. Employees over there are rude now

Do not try to call this store for question. The automated system hangs up every time you ask to speak to ANY (I mean aannyy) department. I love Dillon’s but obviously not their phone system. Lol!!

Decent selection of sushi making supplies, like Mirin and medium-grain rice! The prices are a little high, but I’m just thrilled they have it. They have miso paste, gochujang and high-end soy sauce too. Yay Dillons

Very nice Kroger affiliate, reminds me of home. I still miss fresh produce and a decent sized store (this one is a little small and limited on selection.) But it's waaaaaaay better than selling your soul by shopping at the big W!

I ran into the same person 3 times and rude ... Sheryl... Had to explore the store myself for one item... That I never found...Cashiers were really kind and friendly

This Dillons is the only one I know of down here in Southeast Kansas! We moved from the Wichita area this summer and were so excited to see that we didn't have to give up our favorite grocery store! They have great sales, their produce is always beautiful and plentiful, and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's worth the 38 mi. trip we take to get here!

My mom placed an order for pickup and we had a very positive experience. Their app told us which items they were out of and let us select a substitute or skip it. There was no charge for the pickup.

My most favorite Dillon's store and pharmacy. The staff is kind, smart, and helpful, even though it's one of the busiest supermarkets in my area.I do the majority of my food, pharmacy, and plant/flower shopping here. There is a great customer service area where I can buy stamps, cash checks, and get questions answered.
