The other reason I gave it a 3 star is because I LOVE this place. BUT...BUT! It has really started to decline. The drive thru takes way too long. Like I ordered a bag of burgers and I had to pull up and wait almost 20 minutes for that order. I also recently went inside to get ice cream. A banana split was ordered and they are becoming more and more stingy if you will on toppings. Very disappointed. A few years ago would have gotten a solid 5 stars hands down. I know it is popular and it gets busy and loud but less attitude and make the food like you are supposed to. Not trying to be that person but coming from someone raised here and going here a LOT. It has gotten worse.

Unless you want ice cream from a bucket, go anywhere else. Ordered a breakfast burrito that somehow too over 15 minutes to make and serve. It had more of the buritto fillings on the outside than in the tortilla. Was given fries instead of hashbrowns, never told they were out of hashbrowns at ordering. Had to go back up after they finally gave me food to get my coffee which I should have received as soon as I paid. Bad experience, only coming back for post game ice cream for the kids. Wish I could give half star ratings.

Every time I come here to service is terrible, and that's on the rare occasions that someone actually comes to the counter to take my order. This place is a pain, and they never prioritize the dine-in over the drive-through. Though one time, I actually spent over 30 minutes in the drive-through just for a cherry limeade. It is crazy how awful this place is run for how many employees they have on shift at a time.

In only a year since I moved to Pitt, it has gone from admirable to distain. I came here with high hopes of giving me a taste of back home. There should be no reason it takes 30 minutes to cook a burger and then have the gumption to serve an overcooked, dried up burger on 3 separate occasions, at different times during the week. It used to be better than this just a few months ago! Shame on you guys for not training new staff.

Not sure why my last review got deleted. But I am back. This place has been very rough for several years now. However the last few times I have been here. The drive through actually moved along pretty good. It used to be nothing to be in line for 30min to an hour only to get burnt food. I hope they continue to improve. I am seeing a lot of new faces and a lot of the faces that brought this place down are gone. Time will tell. When staff cares, braums is great. Hopefully braums as a company will care enough to hire and pay well, a good staff. Remember braums, you get what you pay for.

I love how Braums can turn a bad experience around I went to that new terrible DQ in town and they gave me runny ice cream saying that’s how it’s supposed to be so me an my son came here instead and they never disappoint taste and service so glad we have a braums in Pittsburg and for way cheaper I used a coupon at DQ same order it was almost 2$ more than what Braums was not to often you get something good at a great price

This place has the best burgers around, made with all fresh ingredients and real beef and cheese. They also have the best fries out of anywhere I've ever been. The restaurant side offers lots of choices and usually very quick service. This last time we went it seemed that we waited quite a while at the window for 2 combo meals and my wife's malt was definitely not mixed all the way, I think this is mainly because of the younger staff at this time. The store\produce side has a decent selection of all of the needed essential foods for the kitchen, all of which are very high quality, and the best milk you can get anywhere.

I ordered a chicken club grilled and my wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Even though we waited almost 10 minutes for our order the chicken was old. The chicken was between a tan and brown color from setting out so long after being cooked. And it was tough, like biting into a tough pork chop sandwich. My dogs liked it. Kind of expensive for dog food though! Oh and the fries were old too. This Braums is just as bad as the one in Parsons!

I have not eaten at a fast food or restaurant in quite awhile.I've been to this store 3times in the last 2 weeks and only ordered a simple bag of burgers. The first time the person taking order in drive thru kept cutting me off while I was ordering, asking is that all and giving total and telling me to pull forward. At the window I asked if I could get a side of mayo." She said I'll ter her". In the same breath was telling another employee "I'm supposed to be on break in 2mins " then shut the window. I got order and there wasn't a side of mayo... so I pulled in a parking spot and went in and got a side of mayo..not a problem . But when I went to eat... instead they had mayo slathered on the burgers and was warm.A few days later I decided to try again. I went back and ordered just a bag of burgers with cheese and added onions this time. But when I got home there onions but they didn't put cheese on then but charged me for them. I called and told them and they said they would make it right ( the manager was very nice about it and pleasant to talk to) told me she would replace if I came back. And took my name.Well I went back tonight told drive thru worker the situation and made order...the girl asked if I wanted cheese on them and I said "No" but I would like onions on them and a side of mayo please. .She said OK. I pulled up and waited ,the girl came out handed me bag and said "sorry about that" I said "it's ok".I really am wondering how a big order would turn out .... cause the replacement food was even wrong. I ordered them without cheese ,but for some reason they decided to put cheese on them when I specifically said no cheese.... I reminds me why I don't go eat at fast food places ... cause they don't care ... I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. Kind of disappointing to say the least....

If I could give a 0 I would. I waited 15 mins for 2 sausage biscuits. The sausage was so greasy it left a film on the top of your mouth. The biscuits were not cut all the way. The drinks the lids came off both drinks and there was ice ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP. Then the lady that makes me pull up and wait was VERY RUDE. So I hope she reads this find a new job customer service is not for you.

Amazing and with so many flavors of ice cream. Took this pic because Pineapple upside down cake was always my grandpas favorite. They are priced fairly and to say their cones are huge is an understatement. I couldn't even finish the whole cone by myself

We had the worst experience at this restaurant that I’ve had in a while. We went up to the speaker and asked if breakfast was still being served… no one answered so I repeated it again. She came back with ya in an annoyed tone. I ordered my friends order and told her I have a second order so usually when you say that it means there is two orders. So I pull up to the window and she tells me the total and I told her it was two separate orders. She repeats the total again then the lady that originally took our order at the speaker comes back with “ you should have told me at the speaker now it’s going to take longer I have to get my manager and they have to come over here and do it” so I said ok even though I did tell her at the speaker. Instead of dropping it and moving on she repeats again she has to get a manager and it should have been taken care of at the speaker and her tone wasn’t nice… so my friend tells her ok technically we did tell you at the speaker. Instead of moving forward she want to keep making these little comments until her manager walks over…. We get the orders paid for and my friend looked through her bag and didn’t see a fork so she asked for one insteadOf just handing her a fork we here the lady with a smart tone day I know I put a fork In the bottom of that bag…. I will never come back to that Braums again. I worked for Braums for 5 years and never in my life have I had a bad experience until today. I hope they grow from this and learn how to treat customers or not be in the fast food industry

I have been coming to this Braums for years and I have noticed a continual decline in the cleanliness and service. Today was the last time for me. 22 minutes in the drive thru for breakfast with only 3 cars ahead of me. I was pulled up from window, and finally I went inside to retrieve my food. After seeing the filthy conditions, and also experiencing the quality of food once I got home, I realized this facility is no longer a breakfast option. The last several times i have brought breakfast home from there, my children wont eat it. The quality of food has gotten really bad. I should attach a photo of the pancakes to show how bad.

It was my mother's every Friday stop. So in her honor, I had lunch on Friday there for her. Food was great! Well go again, hopefully get ice cream next time, was so full!

I wish we had one in Fort Scott!! The prices are unbeatable and better flavor selections. We drive here from Fort Scott when we can. It’s a nice treat once in awhile. Great family atmosphere. It’s usually pretty busy when we go. I do wish the lobby was bigger. It can get a little crowded and sometimes no place to sit. BUT-totally love their ice cream and some other menu items! We will definitely be back 😊

I love the ice cream here! A family favorite every time we pass through Kansas. My favorite thing is their classic chocolate shake. They have the best chocolate ice cream of any place I've been to!!

This used to be one of very few fast food places I liked a few years ago. Now it is so awful in that place I wouldn't even accept food from there if it was free. That place literally forgot the banana in a banana split. Can't make that up. Too many things wrong with this place now days.

We stopped in today and there were only 2 employees working. Neither employees acknowledged our presence. There weren't many people in drive thru or in the building but it took over 5 minutes just be greeted and told it'd be even longer to order our food. We also witnessed the cook reheating a drivethru order in a bag in their microwave. Needless to say we left and went to McDonald's down the road and got breakfast within 15 minutes of being there total.

I Love there Strawberry shakes. There great, service is good, food quantity is a lot. You get what you pay for. And the restaurant is very clean as well as bathrooms I find the employees are very helpful and I will keep returning to Braum's it is my most favorite place. They make me feel right at home.

I came through the drive thru around 10:30 last night and ordered a pint of orange sherbet. After getting it home, my daughter tried to eat it and discovered specks of blue icecream in it. Then, found a scoop of vanilla icecream under some orange sherbet.

Very rude staff this morning. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I will not be going back. The manager was standing right there while a worker was giving us attitude and didnt say anything because we told them they had our order wrong. Calling corporate. Ridiculous.

Braums is my favorite local fast food restaurant. The store and parking lot are always clean, the staff is very friendly, the grocery store is well stocked with a variety of items, and they have lots of items to choose from on their kids, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert menus. They have handicapped accessible parking and restrooms (clean ones). They have high chairs and booster seats. There isn't a long wait, unless you're in the drive-thru, because the line is usually really long. They have no sugar added options. Their ice cream is amazing, I love their froyo (frozen yogurt), and they have the best fries!!
