Went in to make a payment on my husband's and my account since the online payment option was glitching on my phone. Was snapped at by the lady at the register when I tried to let the people behind me move up when I saw this was going to take a few minutes ("No! You need to stay at *this* register!"), told to call customer service though I was there in the store, and then told I needed my husband's driver's license to make a payment, so I drove 45 minutes for nothing. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I was very impressed with "Missy" she spend all the time with me I needed to find the right recliner for me. She was courteous and so helpful looking up stock, letting me try out chairs and signing me up for store card. Old fashion service that is rare these days. Found the perfect chair. Thanks again Missy!

It's not even thanksgiving yet. In fact, Halloween hasn't even happened, and they already replaced everything with Christmas. What a statement to make. 'hokidays don't matter , give us money's . Another disgrace of the American economic standing

Big lots has so many things that makes it to easy to leave with more then you needed. I have purchased bedroom furniture and living room furniture and the quality is excellent and the prices are just as good. You don't know what your missing if you haven't been shopping there!!

I love their holiday decorations and their house goods. They have such a great selection of pictures and house decor items and really great prices. I love Big Lots. I also find a great selection of pet supplies such as clothing and toys. Even better than what I find at the pet store next door. I hope that Big Lots is here to stay for a long time.

The lady on the phone was most helpful before we drove 30 minutes to get what we needed. The cashier was great because our merchandise was at the register on a dolly to be taken to the car

I bought a couch from this store 6 months ago. The couch ended up being broken in the long run, and then when a spring finally snapped the middle of the couch is when I finally realized. YOU CAN’T EVEN SIT ON IT ANYMORE. I contacted the store, then corporate customer service, NEITHER of which will assume responsibility for their mishap, and will not give me my money back. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to do that in this situation… but hey! Why not screw over the locals and keep money?! I spent over $1,000 on this piece of furniture. For the love of goodness, do NOT make the same mistake as I did by shopping here. They’re rude, steal your money, and give you the middle finger as you walk out the door. Congratulations, Big Lots. You lost a faithful customer. Hopefully you’ll lose more as this review makes its way around on the internet.

This store has a broad range of items, furniture to some food stuff. It has a lot of home decor and usually a good selection of outdoor patio furniture. I've found the food items to be different from what you'd see in most stores.The store is clean and not too crowded. They have shopping carts and carry baskets. There is plenty of free parking and wheelchair access.

Just no.A bad place. Stuff all out in the isles blocking the way. Rude employees that are not helpful at all.The isles are cramped and narrow.Will not visit this store again. Or recommend.They are so inattentive that we watched a man shoplifting things right in front of them.He would shove things in his pants right there by staff. His shirt was bulged with his treasures and they didn't even do a thing about it.

Service is fair to great. Practices better virus safety than Walmart. Prices often equal to Walmart. Stock has variety in novelty, but lack of consistency and necessities. Free rewards card uses phone number, but doesn't send annoying texts.

They have a guy by the name of Aaron that works in the furniture department he's very rude and very disrespectful he literally told me to leave I went and told a manger that you realize cause of Aaron you just lost every bit of of an 1800 dollar sell he said come back when Aaron isn't there why should if I'm going to be treated like I'm a nobody

Watch your tickets stuff didn't ring up correctly for Christmas markdowns, lady had an issue in fixing it said it might be a winter item and not a Christmas one even though it had Christmas tags on it and there was an entire shelf of them with all the Christmas stuff. Very rude

The prices here are very good, the employees are always welcoming and extremely helpful, and it is such a good place to just walk around because it is a very calm place. Also if you need something you can't fine anywhere else Big Lots will probably have it!

Very helpful. Bought a couch, took it home and it wouldn't fit in my front door. So thankful I was able to return it. Only reason was because I kept the plastic on the couch. So don't remove plastic till after your furniture is in your home.
