My cat decided to have a exciting morning only to show up and have the vet front counter become a magic landing place. While checking in my cat magically appeared to heal itself. The front counter may or may not work for you yeah my cat was magically healed. After paying the emergency visit fee and some lab work she turned out to be just fine. The staff and the vet work extremely nice and very helpful and appreciate them coming to work a little early this morning. For those wanting to know my cat dislocated its front driver's leg (left) while I was adjusting her as we were sleeping I think, I don't know.The facility is nice and clean. There is a restroom that you can use. They offer Keurig coffee. They have an assortment of things on display as well as some pet food and medications.

They are very compassionate with our animals and highly knowledgeable. They removed Blueboy's eye due to an ulcer and he's doing great. Very satisfied with all the friendly staff!!!!

We boarded our German shorthair here for eight days and he was not returned to us the way we had dropped him off. We paid this clinic to take care of our family member and they completely dropped the ball. Our dog lost 8 pounds while in their care. We can see every rib and his spine sticking out. Short hairs are already naturally thin and then to lose that much weight is unacceptable. Even if the dog wouldn’t eat, a phone call to let us know would have been appreciated. I would have appreciated hearing concerns and definitely would have approved trying different dog food or giving other suggestions. Then, not only did our dog lose weight but his leg and nose was also cut up. He was not left that way and no explanation was given. I know for fact he lost that much weight because they weighed him before he was vaccinated. This dog isn’t just an animal but a loved one in our home. I complained directly to the clinic and leaving the review here will hopefully prevent this from happening to another family member. I wish I would have asked around before leaving my animal with what I thought was a good place.

They were beyond kind, and helpful!! Our cat was in labor and they stayed on the phone with us walked us through helping the cat. Then we ended up having to take momma kitty in because she had a kitten stuck. But they continued to check on us called and more than anything made sure our cats were there number one priority. I definitely recommend them to any and all who have pets in need or just need to check up they are kind compassionate and very responsive to your needs!!!

I gave my dog to a friend cause I ended up not having time for her and my friend needed that dogs vet records because I had her up to date on shots and spayed so I called to see if I could get those sent or faxed over to Stockton. Woman on the phone was very rude and not helpful. My friend said they acted the same way to her. They couldn’t send them for what reason? I wasn’t given one. But I was told I could have them printed off and I could come get them in the rudest possible tone. I won’t be using this clinic anymore.

John is great and knowledgeable of all animals. I drove from Kansas City to keep seeing him for over 5 years because my dog loves seeing him. He is much more friendly and respectful then any vet we found in the City.

Dr Lauren Mack was amazing! While traveling our 9 week old chocolate lab baby became ill and Dr Mack not only took the very best care of our boy but was caring, empathetic, and compassionate to both animal and human alike. Thank you to her and the Crossroads team for taking such good care of us!

Dr John And Dr Alisha are fantastic!! They really care about our kitties. Had an emergency late Friday night and Dr John met us at the clinic. We drive over 30 miles to have our guys taken care of.
