It is so nice having a Dollar general out here by the lake. Soany times you have to drive back in to Topeka or go to Lawrence for simple stuff. Dollar general has a friendly staff and can usually find exactly what you need without the hassle. Store is clean and well stocked.

Super clean and organized. Staff is fun and friendly.... Out of a lot twords the end of the week, due to not having a grocery store in town anymore. But honestly the best Dollar General I've personally been to..... Thanks DG.....

Jefferson County $ General's have the nicest customer service. Stores are clean, BATHROOMS are clean! BUG PLUS! Good prices, well advertised sales.

Its nice small town so friendly people. Prices are same as any other DG. Only reason i am giving a 3 start review instead of 5. Is nobody there knows how to answer the dang phone!!! Ive been calling for an hour. Finally it picked up and made some loud weird sound. Now its back to busy. Imagine that!!!

I like the North Lawrence store. It was nice and clean on my last visit. Shelves nicely stocked. Cashier was friendly. Good sale prices.

Good people but shelves are pretty slim pickins but I think that's due to dollar general being the only retail and grocery store in Perry and Lecompton since thriftway got shut down.

Great selection of items, fair prices (16 lb bag of cat food is only $1.50 more than Walmart and it saves the drive into Lawrence), friendly staff, and the store is very clean and organized!

This Dollar General aisle are well organized, however some aisle although neat don't coincide with products on them. Still one of the better ones around.

Had most of what I needed where Walmart did not. Containers for goodies at better price and real chocolate chips in store band. The other store did not.

Employee's mask was not covering her nose and she kept rubbing her nose while I was in line. Disgusting even if there weren't such a thing as Covid.

It was a great time bought my nephew, niece and my lover something. Which I never thought I would buy KU stuff but it was a cool tiedie shirt for my woman.

The company make unrealistic decisions, they don't follow they're policies. Also they don't have enough wet floor signs, when they were moping the floors I fell and didn't see a wet floor sign.

I dont remember though they got good lighters thought of a lighter with sounds 2 the flame being lit or what not your typical dollar store

The people here are very nice and helpful. It's also clean and well kept. I love the different sales and the digital coupons!

They definitely don't enforce any sort of mask mandate. Close quarters, non maskers. Enter at own risk.

Don't go between 5-6 highway gets packed and hard to take a left onto highway because of rush hour. One of the nicer DGs in the area

Deals are ok, but moved into town and forced local store out of business. No place to get produce and almost always out of milk and frozen veggies

I"m giving 1 star because Dollar General offers western union services, but will not give you the cash. You have to spend the money in their store. This sounds illegal.

Not sure what is happening, store shelves were bare and a lot of things marked down. They may be closing.
