I have lived in this town a long time yet they make no effort to fix the issues with there pumps not taking cards, I am a person that is paranoid about paying my credit card off every month and there screens say see cashier all the time the fact I have called corprate and they don't even try to fix it drive me nuts and the cashier will said it was declined not that the pumps didn't try to even run it, Because I called my credit card company to see why it was declined. Pour effort on the stores part and the company.

I used to go in there at least once a day for an icey. But since the new manager came the machine is out or broken super not happy i really don't want to drive all the way out to the truck stop just for an icey

Came in for cheese sticks and crispitos after surgery, lady behind the food area was extremely rude and sarcastic to my wife. She asked if she could drop another order of cheese sticks and crispitos. Very rude and told her they were out of crispitos and it was a big deal and all exasperated about the sticks. Wife didn't end up getting any food. Long drive home.

I've been there twice I don't live in parsons. But ever since the covid-19 started i notice everything. My husband and i went to get a couple fountain pops expecting them to handle our cups and lids correctly. However, they didnt. She didnt wash her hands, didnt physically see her use hand sanitizer and she touched the lids for our drinks with her hands without having gloves on. The Pete's in my town sanitize their hands and put gloves on. I thought this was required to be done everywhere. I feel it should be.

The floor was sooo sticky and employees are just standing around talking and on phones not even doing work. the place has went downhill they really need new management or something needs done .!

It's a truck stop / gas station convenience store simple Simon's Pizza and quick bites if you're in a hurry stop there get your gas and something quick to eat
