Their recent sale was disappointing but other sales have been much better. The Facility is very dirty inside. The door to the warm room for example won’t stay closed so you have to handle the trash and drag it over to prop it closed if you go in. Just because it’s an animal facility does not mean it’s okay to let it be dirty.

It was an exotic animals sale. Lots of people there. They weren't well organized. People waited in line for more than an hour to get a bidding number. Not enough seats for the crowd to set. We couldn't even get close enough to the ring to see what was being sold. Paid $10 dollars to get in but couldn't even get into where we could see the sale ring. Big let down.

There is no room for anyone to sit. The line for getting in and getting a number took 40 minutes. Then get back there and there isn't any sitting room. This place is way too small and understaffed. We left after standing and getting bumped by everyone getting thru. Paid $5 to get in. Left after 20 minutes.

This place is messed up. I repeatedly watched the auctioneer let people run up bids on their own animals. DO NOT BUY OR SELL YOUR ANIMALS HERE.

Auctioneer was fast raising to $6500 and stopped to say he only had $4700 but thought for sure the horse he was selling was going to bring $10,000. Started back at the $4700 he had. Misleading. This made the crowd question the truth behind "internet" bids.

Typical sale barn. This event was $5 admission and standing room only. It seems all of the seats were "sold" and there really wasn't anywhere to stand...
