The employees here know their store, are quick to help when you ask, and know their products fairly well! I needed a 4 prong cord for my dryer, which came with 3 prong. Asked about a plug converter, but sadly, they didn't carry those... They did have replacements though, both 3 and 4 prong, with various lengths!

Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a pretty good selection for a small town hardware store. Their shelves lack a few items but most of what you're looking for will probably be there. Good prices too. I couldn't even find a lower price on Amazon so, good job Ace!

A friend suggested I go to Aces for my shower faucet issue. The store associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about my water issue.They didn't have the part but neither did any other store. Lol. Ace's employee did find the part online and offered assistance in helping place the order.I was very impressed.

After spending over $200 in that store I was accused in front of every one in the store of stealing when I had the damn receipt in my hand they are the ones who stole from me charging me for an item I did NOT receive and saying well I can't fix it cuz you ordered it online. Tell me how to remedy the problem by cancelling the order so I did and as im on the phone with corporate they call me and threaten to have me arrested for theft. Worst customer service I've ever received pathetic employees who didn't know much about anything but how to gossip I'll never again return to an ace hardwarem GO TO HOME DEPOT OR LOWES

The only place in townThe only concern that I have had is that the girls at the checkout counter have an attitude. The guys and ladies in the back area are great. There is one lady with glasses. I think she is a manager or owner her attitude sucks. Started talking about a customer so everyone could hear after the customer left the store. In my opinion, I would have sided with the customer. We just moved here, bought a house, and a few rentals would like to spend money locally, but Home Depot is not that far.

Went in about closing time on Saturday and a young man helped me with everything and didn't only carry my things to the car and load them for me but even opened my car door. Best customer service I've seen !! He should be promoted . Wished I had got his name.

Always helpful if you can't find something they are glad to help ya. I went in for one bolt for my motorcycle kickstand awhile back. Guy offered me help when he found out what bolt was for, we got to talking about bikes for a few minutes. They had the right size and thread for my bike. Love this store.

The BEST Ace Hardware store I have been in. They have a little bit of everything and some very knowledgeable and helpful people. I remember shopping here with my grandmother as a little kid. Was great then, and still is today. Just a good, small town store that you can count on.

Great business. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. They've even stayed open a few extra minutes when I was running in to get a much needed item to fix my bathroom.Best service around by far. They even sell gifts and toys.

Everyone here is very helpful from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you walk out. You don't have to wander around wondering where everything is and where everything is. You can even bring your pets in there pet friendly and kid friendly

The girls checking you out are nice but it's like pulling teeth to get someone to help in the aisles. If you find the right person they will show you what you need. I would highly recommend formal customer service training to make it a great store again.

It was great. We found everything we came in to get , and every time we were looking for something , another employee would walk up to us and ask if we needed any help finding anything. And even at the check out , the cashier asked me if I had a rewards card. And I had never been asked that there. I didn't even know they had a rewards card there. They said they've had them there for several years. I've been in there to Ace Hardware' s several times b4 this time , and have never been asked about a card b4

This is my go to place for all things hardware. I'm almost constantly involved in DIY projects which often go above my expertise level. The guys at this ACE Hardware store are expert in helping you find that hard to find item or in just helping you figure out what it is that you are really needing.This store is very clean, well lit and has ample free parking. They have a large nursery section outdoors with a very nice selection of plants for our growing season.

Love the green house selection! The appliances and supplies inside are varied from okay tools to great quality. There is a selection for any budget level!! Friendly staff, that is saying alot for this area!

Drove 20 miles on the last Sunday in September, to pick up some stuff I needed. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they would be closed Sundays in September. Drove back over October 3rd, only to find ANOTHER sign on the door saying they would be closed on the 3rd. Unfortunate, I work six days a week, so Sunday is the only day I have to do my own projects, I guess Ace no longer wishes to have me as a customer.

Excellent Store! ACE Hardware has the things I need; paint, plants and Home improvement. My first experience with Ace was my mother in law registering us for our wedding. I questioned registering at a hardware store?, but soon learned ACE was a great gift store- even gift wrapping!
