I loved this store but lately like the past 6 months the employees have no idea about what they sell, where it is, or honestly do anything other than just keep sending you to each other. I think I might know where more items are than the employees. Educate your staff. It's not a huge store. They should also have a basic knowledge of the depts they work in. If they don't know they where something is they will just tell you I don't know and leave it at that.

This store has a little bit of everything. Farm, boots, clothes, hardware, plumbing and so much more. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there's not always someone available to help you that's knowledgeable. And some of the staff doesn't even try to find out the correct answer for you. But other than that it's great!

Great and awesome store! Loved the personal service received from associate Dan as I navigated my way through this very large and expansive selection of farm goods, home goods, horse tack, clothing, toys, pet needs, just about everything you would need. Loved the resident cat I found back in the gift area! Hoping to go back next time I am in the area.

Very friendly and helpful employees.I love my FC rewards.The items I purchase today were a is a great deal!They have a great selection of livestock, horse and pet foods, Also horse tack, livestock and pet supplies.Also they have great selection of boots, shoes, hats, clothing and even food and drink items.I highly recommend the Paola store.

Not one employee offered any assistance or bothered to look my direction at all. Hadn't been in before and was looking for a couple specific items which I couldn't seem to locate. Lost a sale from me there, but the store was clean and well stocked

I love family center and their products. Staff is extremely friendly and the gentleman in the tools area is extremely knowledgeable. Only giving 4 stars for prices. Wish they werent so far above market value.

I was able to get our dog, Jack's food there. It was kinda expensive, but what isn't expensive in our economy. He's worth it! I went on Tuesday so I got a discount which helps. Thank you for having a senior discount day!

Didnt get his name today, but the younger guy from the feed department that was working the front checkout counter closer to the door wasn rude as hell. He was slow and treatedyoy you like you werent there even when you were talking to him. Just stood there with agitated look. Im not trying to tell you how to run a business, but good customer service is pretty important. I'm certain I read that somewhere once.

Asked floor salisman for help because i was in a hurry. He walked me to the item and found it in sliding door display. Even helped me with an item to help avoid over tightening. Then got coffee at exit coffee shop on way out

Have bought everything for our farm since they opened. Last Spring bought new batteries for our tractor, noticed the manufacture date was 7/21 but didn't give it a thought. The batteries both will not take a charge 1-year later, I Took them back and I am told they have a 6 month warranty and I am SOL. I understand you don't control manufacture warranty, but when you sell something that is already 9 months old with a 6 month warranty is shady. So long story short I just paid $360.00 to start our tractor for one summer. I recommend not buying batteries from this store!

5 stars for the shopping experience but 1 star for the mower repair experience. Unfortunately we had our mower dropped here for repairs and after 3 weeks we had to call in and found out the part was lost and potentially reordered. There was constant confusion about the status of the mower, next steps, and what was actually going on. We ended up just getting the mower and opting out of the service. Will be back for supplies but not back for repairs.

I try to shop local but they make it difficult. Cash register prices are higher than marked on the shelf. They deny farm tax excemtions for ag products, even if it has a picture of a cow on it!
